Our pup can be a bit bossy/quirky so we are always wary about how he’ll be with other people. Fortunately, Sandi was able to handle him just fine. She asked plenty of questions, did everything she could to accommodate him and sent regular updates/photos. She was very caring and he came home very happy. Sandi is a great communicator and we felt very comfortable with her in charge. She was even gracious enough to set up a meet and greet before his stay. I knew Celeste and Rocky really enjoyed their stay because Mandie sent me videos of them wrestling in the morning, the way they always do at home. This was our first time leaving our pup with Lily. Communication was minimal at first and required me to reach out and set clear expectations. Once I did, she followed through on the basics (two messages and two photos a day) but updates were brief and she didn't go above and beyond. The care itself seemed pretty good. If you're someone who likes detailed updates and frequent photos, you may want to communicate that upfront.
I found my new boarder for my girls. My former boarder was flaky couldn’t fulfill my dates so I turned to Stephen and David and couldn’t be happier. I went on vacation with not a worry on how they were doing back home. I got many updates and pictures and picked up two very content dogs.
Aimee and her husband were wonderful sitters for our energetic, one year-old golden retriever! And their dog Toby was a perfect companion for her energy. Grateful for the wonderful meet and greet, fantastic communication, and photos while we were gone. Would highly recommend!
Katy (and Mark) were wonderful dogsitters. They took our puppy (7 mo.) in and were so affectionate and enthusiastic about having her.
