About: Hi! I am a dog mom myself, so my husband and I will work together to take great care of your pooch! I have a Golden Retriever, Toby. He’s high energy and loves to play so sometimes comes in hot with others. Please let me know if there have been any issues with that with your dog. I had a little one for 14 years so comfortable with all sizes of dogs- I love them all. My schedule is pretty flexible and I will definitely try to accommodate your timing needs. I am home most of the day Tues-Fri. My husband is home on weekends and can be WFH flexible on Mondays for dog care as needed. Our golden, Toby, always gets a walk in the morning and plays throughout the day. Access to the fenced backyard is available all day. I have a fenced front and back yard. Dogs have access to the backyard all day when we’re home, and will be encouraged to go potty before we leave to go anywhere. No unsupervised front yard time, but if we’re doing stuff, they can hang out. We can crate other dogs, but Toby does not get crated, so happy to cover the crate to reduce fomo!

Christine was awesome! My little boy has severe separation anxiety and I needed someone like her to care for him. I worried he wouldn't eat, or worse drink. Christine made sure that he did both. He wasn't touching the food I sent, so she fed him some chicken which was a treat for him. Christine gave him love and attention and I so appreciate it. If I do need to leave him again, she'll be my first choice!
Once again, Frida had a blast with Amorn and Adam. I can tell these two just have big hearts for dogs. Frida gets treated like the princess she so clearly thinks she is. I also love that she's getting to meet and play with other dogs. Thanks again for your time and care and the great pics and communication. Will see you next time.
Alina was so wonderful. Our regular dogsitter had to cancel on us last minute. Alina came to the rescue and watched our dog for a 4 night stay. We were nervous to leave our senior dog (who has some special needs) with a brand new person. Usually we book an initial one-night stay with a sitter before doing anything more than 24 hours. It turns out we had nothing to be worried about. Alina checked in with us regularly and had very accurate descriptions of how our dog Bedu was settling in. By the end of her stay Bedu was in love. We brought home a very happy pup who was so well looked after, I can happily say she also had a little vacation herself. Alina’s residence is right next door to Petco, which was very convenient for us as we had forgotten to pack some supplies and stopped there on the way.
They are absolutely the BEST. This is our second time having Marcelo & Elaine take care of Legend. I had a family emergency so I contacted them if they can watch our boy. They were happy to watch Legend this past weekend. He will be staying with them again in 12 days. See you soon!
Jessica and Michael were great! I booked to go out of town for my grandfather’s funeral and they were so accommodating. My boys Codie and Chase enjoyed themselves as I could tell through all the photos and videos sent. I highly recommend Jessica and Michael and will be using them again in the future. If you are in search of a fantastic sitter for your pup, look no further! This was our first time boarding with Jodie and it definitely won’t be the last. Jodie is great with dogs and does whatever she can to make them feel comfortable in her home. The communication was unmatched, giving us the confidence our pup was is good hands. We feel so fortunate to have found Jodie and look forward to booking with her again.
We needed someone to watch our pup for the weekend. It was a late booking so we didn't have a chance for a meet and greet in advance. We're nervous if we need to leave Cookie with someone we don't know, but Nicole was great! She made sure Cookie was comfortable and sent us plenty of pictures and updates. He was happy to see us when we returned, but we could tell that he had felt happy and safe without us.
Tue is hands down the best. We are so grateful to her because she’s the only person we trust with our baby and she always takes amazing care of her! She makes us feel so at ease while we’re out of the country with the photo updates showing us our happy and well cared for dog. We are beyond grateful for her!!!!
I had several meet and greets with Rover’s close to my home, I have hired privately and on Rover once before. If you want the dream Auntie for your fur baby, Katy is the one. Not only is she highly experienced, she is affectionate and kind. Buddy reads ppl quickly- he kissed her face at our meet and greet. No doubt, he knew. Bud had several walks per day, hikes, a beach trip, dog park and slept at the foot of their bed. She sent videos and pics, texts everyday. He was truly happy and confident when we picked him up and I never once worried as we were gone for 10 days. Peace of mind is everything - that’s the gift you receive from Katy.
