“I just had my first stay and I couldn’t been more happy with how it went. My last Rover sitter ghosted me after been with her for several stays, so I was very hesitant to try Rover again but man did I luck out with Camille. From my very first request, she responded immediately. We then set up a meet & greet. Her home is lovely and clean with a great big, fully fenced in backyard, which was critical for me as my small dog can fit through and under some fences. The neighborhood is great as well. Camille was so warm and kind and my dog seemed to really feel at home there. So, I immediately booked for 6 days. Then came the actual stay. Camille sent photos and videos and her response time was amazing. Bowie adapted well, ate well and seemed very happy there. She even allowed him on her couch and lap and bed. My dog was in heaven. She has great energy and I will definitely book with her again. Thank goodness I found such a great replacement, way better than the one I had before.”

They came for an in home visit on their own time to meet her and put her at ease, were clear about what to bring to their place to make her more comfortable, and then at drop off were completely focused and engaged with her to make her first moments playful and fun. They gave daily updates with photos and then when we had a family emergency, were even kind enough to accommodate last minute extensions and changes to the reservation. Jen is an absolute God send!!! Our dog adores her and has since she first met Jen who helped us out with some drop in visits when Juno was a puppy. We previously had a not so great experience at a boarding facility that left our pup distressed. This time around we boarded her with Jen and our dog had the time of her life! She was so happy to go with Jen and didn’t even look back at us! Jen kept us updated with videos and pictures and pup looked so happy the entire time. She has plenty of dog beds and blankets and space for pups to play. She is meticulous with following any care instructions, I 10/10 would recommend Jen to care for your pets.
