About: I have had cats and dogs and mice and fish my whole life, and have been many people's go-to consultant for care and advice, and for taking care of their pets when they're out of town. I am one of those people that folks say have "a way with animals". Always have, even when I was a toddler. I can administer medications and injections, help with puppy training, and bring your shy pet out of his or her shell. I rescued my own kitties when they were only a week old and syringe and bottle-fed them and reared them up to be sturdy upright feline citizens of the world. I'm good with the "difficult" cases, and a gentle loving companion to the seniors. I do this because I adore and feel a bond with all animals and creatures of all kinds. :) I am available for morning and mid-day walks and drop-ins, and some evening walks depending on the day, and evening drop-ins most days of the week. About: Hi There! My name is Raven and I can't wait to hug and kiss your pup right on the snoot! Here is a little info about me: My professional back ground is in Forensic Medicine and I've worked in government for the past 12 years. I recently decided to start working on my PhD and take time away from work. After the recent passing of my sweet Golden Girl, Kelly (retriever, 12) I'm focusing more on things that fulfill me (like hugging dogs and my education). I have had dogs all my life and my house has always been a revolving door for fosters, pet sitting for friends and neighbors, lost dogs etc.. I have experience with everything from geriatric dogs, special needs, post-surgical, administering IV fluids, medications, and I even know doggy CPR! I have two dogs right now; Bagels and 10 year old Corgi and Freya a 7-ish year old husky/lab mix. Both are very calm and sweet and love meeting new friends. I have a pretty decently sized yard that the dogs have full access too (including the house), if you'd like to leave your fur baby with me. I can also do drop-ins for walks, pats, playing and feeding. I would love to hear about you and your dog and possibly schedule a meet and greet before we schedule drop-ins or home stays. I can also do drop-off and/or pick-ups if you're in the neighborhood for a small additional fee. I offer discounts for Golden Retriever's and extended stays. Feel free to ask me about it! I'm currently working from home. Any days that I need to be on campus I will mark as unavailable on the calendar so you can rest assured I will always be around to tend to your pup! I have a large/medium fully fenced backyard and a separate fully fenced side yard that offers a bit more shade. Your dog will have full access to the house that is always air conditioned and never goes above 73 degrees. There are water bowels in the yard as well as a filtered dog fountain inside the house. My home is a ground floor duplex. Completely separate from the neighbors. There are two steps to the front door and two steps to the backyard. If your dog has any special needs please let me know. I can accommodate almost anything including ramps for older pups.

About: i have taken care of puppies and got my own dog 3 years ago who is healthy. i also volunteered at a dog groomer where i would help clean after the dogs and help them destress during or after their baths and haircuts.
