“Thank you so much to Renata and her family for looking after our 1 year old Chihuahua-mix named Sydney. We are not used to leaving her since she is so young, so I was very sad and anxious. It was our first time using Rover and any service like this. Reneta kindly offered a free meet-and-greet so Sydney could briefly get to know her house, yard, and pets. While we were on a 4-night vacation, we got tons of updates and pictures from Renata! Renata was kind enough to let Sydney sleep in her bed, and I am sure Sydney sometimes woke her for some late-night potty times. Renata also mentioned Sydney got better at playing and socializing with her own dogs, as well as the dog she cares for during her doggy daycare. We had the dogs meet her at their house before we dropped them off the next day so they’d be more comfortable, and immediately you could see just how much they love animals. My two dogs even ran straight into the house because they felt so comfortable! Jolie was kind enough to let me come inside and see the house and they have plenty of space for the dogs to play, which Loki and Sylvie absolutely loved. I gave them very specific instructions for both dogs and they followed them perfectly. Every day I would receive plenty of pictures, updates, and even videos of our furry babies, who were so happy and felt right at home. About: One delightful benefit of being single and living alone is I’ve ended up being the person in my friends group who gets to dog sit for all my friends whenever they go out of town. I studied Ecology at University and the love and respect of all animals is very much ingrained in me. I work from home, so to have a justified incentive to leave my desk and go for a walk would be gratefully appreciated. I live in the foothills of Sherman Oaks which makes for easy, safe walks in a very dog friendly neighborhood. I’m also more than happy to hop in the car and take dogs to the park. About: I've worked with dogs for over 15 years, training for 4 years, previously CPDT certified. I can handle dogs of any size, experienced in giving medication and reactive dogs. PLEASE NOTE I can only offer boarding for puppies under 4 months old. While they are boarding I will teach crate training and basic obedience. I have a fenced yard for pups without all their shots. They will get to socialize with my dog and cat. This is similar to a board and train for puppies for a fraction of the cost! I am currently between jobs so I have lots of free time to care for your kids! I can do drop in visits, walks, and puppy boarding for pups 4 months and younger. I can follow any rules for your pets in your own home. I am very careful to keep animals safe and will pay attention to any details you give me.
