“This is the second time Katherine housesat for our dog and she was great! Our dog is anxious and reactive to strangers so we had Katherine come for a few drop ins beforehand so our dog could get used to her. She was very patient with him and got him to trust her. During her housesit, she sent us very frequent updates and communicated well. She left our apartment very organized and even washed the bedsheets she used! Would definitely recommend and book her again.”

Our sweet pup Oliver is currently on strict bed rest per the vet’s orders while he recovers from an injury so we needed a sitter that could be super attentive to his special needs. Cassie did all these things and beyond! She constantly sent us photos, videos, and updates on how he was doing throughout the day that always put us at ease. It’s very stressful when your pup is injured and needs to heal but she helped make his time away from us as comfortable and smooth as possible. Even from the initial meet and greet, Cassie asked so many thorough questions about his care and we had a feeling he would be in great hands, and he was. About: I have a dog named Nacho. He is a 13 year old chihuahua mix (my old man). He loves his walks and we never skip. We walk twice a day, I'll adjust times depending on how hot it is outside. I have a spacious yard for friends with pets to come play. We'll occasionally go to the dog park in the mornings or afternoons to socialize with other dogs. I have dog sat for friends/family (all different breeds & sizes!). We have lived with several different pets at a time so Nacho has no issue with other pups. He will play with small/medium size dogs closer to his size but generally will leave them alone. I have plenty of dog toys stocked up and snacks/treats (if you're ok with them). I love all animals and am very excited to meet yours! I am on my summer break from teaching at an elementary school which means plenty of free time to give your pet all the attention! While I understand all basic care instructions, I value if there are any special requests or concerns. Will definitely do my best to make sure your pet is in the safest and best care possible.

About: I've been around both cats and dogs since I was little and have always loved animals of all kinds! Throughout the years, I have helped looked after a variety of pets at different sizes and stages of life. 5 years ago I decided to take this interest more seriously by fitting part time pet care into my schedule. I took a short break from pet care after moving away from home but am now excited to jump back in and meet new furry friends and families! :) I am a freelancer that is looking to pick up a variety of pet care jobs throughout the week (does not include weekends). Outside of pet care I work from home on random nights. My current work schedule is flexible but will still require my attention during some nights. I am available during the day for walks and drop-ins and will try to fit in house sitting jobs when I can. I will treat your pets like my own and give them as much as I possibly can. I will make sure they have fresh food and water, keep their environment clean and safe, make sure they're getting enough playtime and affection, and will watch them closely and carefully during walks.
