About: Every childhood friend had a dog. I'd always volunteer to wash, walk and feed my friends' dogs. I didn't have a one of my own until I was a sophomore, in college. That's when I learned how to train, care and thoroughly look after a dog. They're my favorite kind of pet. From the moment they met, Dexter—who is typically very shy and slow to warm up—immediately took a liking to Scott. That alone gave me so much peace of mind. We were gone for two weeks on an international trip, and I was extremely nervous about leaving Dexter for that long. Scott stayed at our home to help maintain Dexter’s routine and reduce his anxiety.
