We were quite worried actually and thought of coming home early from our trip, but, to our pleasant surprise we were able to stay the full length of our weekend trip. The essence of my weekly routine is simple: Dogs come first. Their care, their training, their happiness is woven into every hour of my day. This constant interaction and supervision ensures that your dog receives the attention, care, and guidance they deserve at all times. As your dog joins our family, they'll find more than just professional care; they'll find a home away from home! For your dog's comfort and care, I've set up a separate room equipped with cozy dog beds, blankets, TV for auditory stimulation, fresh water bowls, and ample sunlight, not to mention a generous dose of love and attention. Dogs that exhibit good behavior, showing no signs of destructiveness, aggression, and are fully potty trained, will enjoy access to the entire house. I live in a gated community, located within a block of two private dog parks, and also have a yard space for your dog to revel in.
About: I’ve had pets my entire life and truly can’t imagine it any other way! At one point I cared for four dogs and a cat, so I’m very comfortable in a busy pet filled home. I also have experience with dogs who have had seizures and frequent sneezing attacks, so I know how to stay calm, assess situations, and make sure pets feel safe and loved. I took my dog to training classes as both a puppy and an adult, and while I’m not professionally trained, I’ve carried the techniques I learned with me when caring for other pets. Friends and neighbors have always trusted me to walk, feed, and spend quality time with their animals. I currently have a 7 yr. old French Bulldog named Gus and a sassy orange tabby cat named Azula! Animals mean the world to me, and I’ll treat your pet like one of my own! I’m currently a full time student, which gives me plenty of flexibility outside of my classes! I’m available most mornings through evenings, with limited availability on Mondays and Fridays. I’m happy to spend all that free time caring for your pet whether that’s a walk to the park or just a quick hello! I’m also available for pet sitting on weekends and will always care for your pet according to your preferences. Since I don’t offer boarding in my own home, I provide attentive and reliable care in my client’s home. Your pup will never be left alone for long, ensuring they always feel cared for, safe, and secure. Safety, structure, and comfort are my top priorities whether I am hosting in my home or managing yours. About: Hi! My name is Natalie, and I've taken care of silly, flat-faced dogs my whole life! My family had pugs, pug mixes, and bulldogs all throughout my childhood, and I am dying for a dog of my own. But until my living space allows it, I'll have to settle for dogsitting (and visits home to see my parents' new Frenchie puppies)! I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs. My last dog, Lucy (a terrier-pug mix who I got when I was 9 years old), lived a long and healthy life until she was 17. I have familiarity with basic training and commands and love going on walks and hikes of all lengths! Whether your dog is winded after a lap down the block, or wants to hike Runyon with me, I would love to meet them! I love the routine of pet care – whenever I watch dogs, I get outside more than ever and my serotonin goes through the roof! I currently work a combination of part-time and gig jobs, so my schedule is flexible to fit your needs. Some days I work from home completely, while others I'm out for 2-5 hours at a time. No matter the needs of your pet, I'm sure we can find a schedule that works for them! I'm both a house-sitter and a pet-sitter, and am open to whichever combination of both works for you! If you 1) have a dog and live within 15 minutes of my apartment, or 2) have a cact, I'm happy to do à la carte visits, potty breaks, and/or dogwalking. Otherwise for dogs, I prefer to stay at my clients' homes for the entire booking. Especially for extended stays, I've found it's much more convenient for both myself and your dog if we can stick as close to their usual surroundings and routine as possible. I am extremely clean and organized, and I promise I will leave your home better than I found it! While at your home, I'd also be happy to take out trash cans, water plants, and/or bring in any packages you may have delivered. For cats, I love them but I am allergic! I'm happy to schedule visits where I feed your cat, empty their litter box, and briefly play with them, but overnight stays are not possible for me. I prefer not to host in my own apartment, as I live on the top floor of a historic building (with the world's slowest elevator)! However, if you're interested in boarding your dog at my place, please inquire! I don't have any other pets that live with me, and my roommate and I both love having dogs around. Due to my allergy, I am not able to accommodate cats at my apartment.
