“EVERYTHING ABOUT EDWIN AND WIFE ANN WAS PERFECT!!! This was our first time dropping off or puppy Charlie to anyone. With a little nervousness and anxiety, Edwin and Ann put it All at Ease! A week prior we had a meet in person which was good for Charlie, My wife and I to see the place and Charlie and sniff around .. Ann told us the whole run down of the day to day. We left Charlie for 3 days, Ann and Edwin would send us pictures and text messages a couple times a day and would quickly respond to my messages which put was at Ease knowing Charlie was doing good… We will DEFINITELY BE SENDING CHARLIE BACK FOR OUR NEXT VACATION… THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR DOING A GREAT JOB WITH CHARLIE”

“Basilio is truly amazing. From the very first moment and in a complicated situation for us, we felt that Basilio was the right person to entrust our Zoe in her first experience without us. Basilio always had the best comments and advice for better care of Zoe, he made an effort to provide her with an adequate environment so that Zoe felt at home. He even gradually tried to improve the way Zoe socialized with both people and dogs. In addition, he always tried to maintain regular communication to inform us how Zoe was doing, always sending us photos and videos of her adaptation. I can say without fear of being wrong that Zoe found her angel in Basilio and someone we definitely recommend with our eyes closed. Basilio will always go the extra mile to give your furry children the best care and attention they deserve! He will ALWAYS be the best decision for your pet's care! It was our first time using Rover and any service like this. Reneta kindly offered a free meet-and-greet so Sydney could briefly get to know her house, yard, and pets. While we were on a 4-night vacation, we got tons of updates and pictures from Renata! Renata was kind enough to let Sydney sleep in her bed, and I am sure Sydney sometimes woke her for some late-night potty times. Renata also mentioned Sydney got better at playing and socializing with her own dogs, as well as the dog she cares for during her doggy daycare. I had a last minute cancellation from a different Rover sitter before a 2-week trip, and luckily Bonn was available. We did a meet and greet where Bailey seemed comfortable at his place and his dog got along with mine. It was a relief that I was able to find someone who already had great reviews to take of Bailey. During my trip, Bonn sent pictures and updates and kept me updated about Bailey’s feedings. When I went to pick up Bailey, she was happy to see me but it also became apparent that she was so comfortable at Bonn’s - She wasn’t super anxious to get in the car. That’s how I know Bonn and his family took such good care of Bailey. Will definitely reach out again the next time we go out of town!

This was my first Rover booking. I was so nervous because I just didn’t know what to expect and sometimes I feel that my dogs require more than the average dog. I was very happy that my dogs were so eager to go with Carola. They don’t react this way at their usual groomer. I believe that your animals are the most intuitive and feel all of the energies. This gave me a lot of confidence in leaving them with someone who is technically a stranger. Carola was so communicative with drop off and pick up and I am definitely going to have my dogs go back to her in the future. Thank you so much Carola! My babies loved staying with you.
I couldn't have asked for a better sitter for my terrier, Laidy. She has severe separation anxiety and becomes very depressed when she's away from me, so leaving her for a week was something I was really worried about. From the moment Laidy arrived, it was clear she was in caring and capable hands. Savannah was incredibly diligent, observant, and compassionate. She paid close attention to Laidy's needs, made sure she got plenty of walks, and did an amazing job helping manage her anxiety. Most importantly, she gave Laidy so much love and attention that she truly felt at home. The updates and care she provided gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I'm beyond grateful for the kindness and dedication Savannah showed my dog. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet like family.
I was sent pictures through out Aces stay and it’s safe to say he looked very comfortable. Typically if he’s scared and feeling anxious he’s not very active but he was playing with the ball and exploring the new grass areas at his stay. Thank you so much! We will be back.
