I was sent pictures through out Aces stay and it’s safe to say he looked very comfortable. Typically if he’s scared and feeling anxious he’s not very active but he was playing with the ball and exploring the new grass areas at his stay. Thank you so much! We will be back.
Lost count how many times we’ve had Milhouse there. He loves it there and is always a little sad to leave. They have a new pup DoDo - super sweet and playful with Milhouse. Jesse is awesome - always sends us plenty of videos of our boy and his friends. Appreciate the care her and her partner provide, even on stormy weekends!
Robert was a life saver to our family vacation. We booked with Robert while driving from the Bay Area to Southern California and he responded within minutes. Robert kept us updated daily with either pictures and/or videos of Roxy hanging out with other doggies that Robert boards. Roxy came home a happy and tired pup. We started with a meet and greet with Lizet - we ended up meeting her fiancé, her Dad, and her two dogs. All of whom were great! Everyone did exactly the right thing when meeting new people/animals! LOL. It all went smoothly. Fast forward a week or two and we dropped Rocket off for an overnight. Lizet handled him well and knew how to deal with his collar and harness (the latter you would be surprised how many people can't figure out!). She ensured he got all his pills and sent pics/videos even though it was just 24 hours. She really seemed to care about him - which we love! Thanks Lizet!
