My last Rover sitter ghosted me after been with her for several stays, so I was very hesitant to try Rover again but man did I luck out with Camille. From my very first request, she responded immediately. We then set up a meet & greet. Her home is lovely and clean with a great big, fully fenced in backyard, which was critical for me as my small dog can fit through and under some fences. The neighborhood is great as well. Camille was so warm and kind and my dog seemed to really feel at home there. So, I immediately booked for 6 days. Then came the actual stay. Camille sent photos and videos and her response time was amazing. Bowie adapted well, ate well and seemed very happy there. She even allowed him on her couch and lap and bed. My dog was in heaven. Basillo was the best dog sitter for my Yuki! I can't thank him enough for the compassionate and attentive care he gave her. Without me even mentioning it, he quickly picked up on her favorite activities—like being a little "water shark" and soaking up the sun. He kept in regular communication throughout my vacation, sending photos and updates that gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that Yuki was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I will definitely be bringing my dogs back to Basillo and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter.
I was sent pictures through out Aces stay and it’s safe to say he looked very comfortable. Typically if he’s scared and feeling anxious he’s not very active but he was playing with the ball and exploring the new grass areas at his stay. Thank you so much! We will be back.
Lost count how many times we’ve had Milhouse there. He loves it there and is always a little sad to leave. They have a new pup DoDo - super sweet and playful with Milhouse. Jesse is awesome - always sends us plenty of videos of our boy and his friends. Appreciate the care her and her partner provide, even on stormy weekends!
Ivy took wonderful care of Willow last weekend. She was very responsive to all my questions and always replied quickly, which gave me so much peace of mind. I really appreciated the 2–3 photo updates each day — it meant a lot to see Willow comfortable and happy. I truly felt that Willow was safe and well cared for in their home. We started with a meet and greet with Lizet - we ended up meeting her fiancé, her Dad, and her two dogs. All of whom were great! Everyone did exactly the right thing when meeting new people/animals! LOL. It all went smoothly. Fast forward a week or two and we dropped Rocket off for an overnight. Lizet handled him well and knew how to deal with his collar and harness (the latter you would be surprised how many people can't figure out!). She ensured he got all his pills and sent pics/videos even though it was just 24 hours. She really seemed to care about him - which we love! Thanks Lizet!
