Dog hotel w/ high-fenced yard!
Hello, we’re Earl and Kat and welcome to The Limited Occupancy Dog Hotel! We’re lifetime dog lovers and our lovely Lucy is a puggle with up-to-date vaccines. As dog owners for most of our adult lives, dogs have provided us much love, laughter, and comfort during all facets of everyday life. Life is much brighter with dogs! And we’ve provided a warm home, laughter, treats, belly rubs, and love in return to every dog we’ve been blessed to come across. PLEASE NOTE that we charge an extra $10 for PUPPIES a year and a half old and younger (18 months and under). They require more attention and supplies and we do love having them around. :) We may experience very slight separation anxiety when they leave but our Lucy will be there for comfort as usual. :)

We had such a wonderful experience boarding our dog here over Christmas break! From start to finish, Earl and Kathy were incredibly thoughtful. We really appreciated the meet-and-greet they arranged ahead of time, which made us feel a lot more comfortable. They took the time to ask for all the little details about Dobby's routine and preferences, and it really showed in how they cared for him. Plus, the photo updates were such a treat! It was so reassuring to see how happy and well-treated he was. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we’ll definitely be bringing him back next time. Thanks so much to Earl and Katherine for taking such good care of our furry family member!
Earl and Katherine were attentive and sweet to my shy pup. They were quick to respond to questions and gave regular updates.

Schedule
We work flexible hours and are home 95% of the time and we’re both available through the app for calls and messages and will care for your dog and family member as if they were our own! Always, always, always :)

Safety, trust & environment
We limit occupancy with our pet family visitors. We have a 4 bedroom house and can separate pets when necessary. We have a high-fenced yard that is water tight so rest assured your pet family members are secured at all times :)
Pets
A typical day
Backyard walks and runs. Learning how to SIT, STAY and LEAVE it. First floor area dedicate for our furry friend pets. Bed, sparkletts water, fan and air purifier provided. :) We have a webcam in our doggie bedroom to keep watch on our furry friends, even when we are just in the other room. We live in Panorama City with a large yard with high walls. Lots of space for potty breaks and exercise in a safe space. :)
