I work from home part time as a Producer in the Entertainment Industry and Rover is my husbands full time gig, this gives us a bunch of time to care for your pet(s) at our home or yours! Here’s some other things to know about us: -We’ve got over 25 years of experience caring for dogs and cats -Other animals we’ve also cared for include horses, donkeys, chickens, fish, ponies, lizards, hamsters, guinea pigs, and more! Please drop us a line if you have any of these and don’t see their rates shown on our page -I have extensive experience dealing with senior dogs and dogs that need oral or topical medication(s) -My husband is also a certified body piercer and has experience in injections -Have a rescue animal? No problem! We have had many rescue pets throughout the years and understand that rescues have their own specific set of needs and we’ll work with you on getting to know which tactics work best for your pet -In our house the phrase “bully breed” doesn’t exist as all dogs should receive the same amount of love and cuddles, no matter the size or breed -We only care for one dog (or one families dogs) at a time so it leaves us with ample time to give your pet all the walks, potty time, play time, and belly rubs it deserves! What to know about booking with us: -We want to meet you and your pet(s) before the day of! -If you’re requesting boarding we ask that you come to us for the meet and greet so that they aren’t taken aback by us or the area when they arrive for their stay. Please note there’s a chance we may not be able to bring you inside if we’ve got another pup in attendance. We are also cautious about current illnesses in our area and generally prefer to meet outside -If you’re looking for house sitters we absolutely want to come to you to get to know you and your pet in their natural environment and understand any other house needs you may have -Is your dog shy towards people that aren’t their owner? Some things we’ve learned that help this include setting up walks or day care in advance to help familiarize them with us. Other options are available based on the needs of your pet -Unsure of your exact travel dates? Please add a day or two to each side so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs. We can always take away a few days easier than adding them and you’ll be reimbursed entirely for any days we remove from your booking - Pick ups or drop offs before 8am or after 10pm will incur an additional fee of $10 for each hour outside of our regular operating hours. Thank you for your understanding -We tend to book up and book up months in advance, meaning we aren’t always available last minute. With the exception of a trip to the grocery store or a quick gym session we’re home with them pretty much the rest of the time. We find it’s best to maintain the routine that you’ve already set in place so whatever info you share is what we plan to upkeep.
