About me: I am a certified elementary school teacher and have been in pet care for over 10 years! Currently, I teach a part time after school camps & classes for kids. I live with my partner, Tyler, in a chill neighborhood in Culver City. We both love dogs and have both had dogs our entire lives! We have a small rescue dog named Bubs. He was found on the streets of Inglewood 8 years ago. He has a pink Mohawk, loves humans, loves other dogs and LOVES ATTENTION!💜 We also have a guinea pig named Shelly who loves dogs, hates other guinea pigs, was my Kindergarten class pet and stays in her enclosed habitat eating all day. Overnight boarding: Your dog will be living it up in our 2 bedroom house with a fully fenced in backyard in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We provide a safe environment for your dog to stay while you are away! Think of it like a year round summer camp for your dog! Someone is always home with the dogs since Tyler works from home in the computer/entertainment industry. We accommodate elder dogs, young dogs, middle age dogs, teenage dogs, dogs that sleep in crates, dogs that don’t sleep in crates, all small/medium dogs are welcome! You will receive up to two updates a day with lots of pictures of your dog living their best life. We have over 20 repeat clients who have met some of their dog besties at our place! Your pup(s) will get lots of attention, love and daily exercise! We want your dog to be happy, safe and healthy. We offer a free meet and greet at our home with all of our clients and only take dogs that get along with other dogs. We require that your dog is up to date on their shots and on flea medication. Note: We do not have any cats in our home. We have our dog Bubs and a Guinea pig named Shelly who stays in her enclosed habitat. Location: About 10 minutes from LAX, convenient, if you’re traveling. We accept short or long stays. Drop-In Cat/Small Pet visits: I have experience with drop in visits for every type of cat imaginable and have been on hundreds of drop in cat visits. 😻I am very knowledgeable when it comes to cat behaviors, feeding and litter boxes of all kinds.I also have experience with exotic animals like guinea pigs, chinchillas, rabbits and bearded dragons. I worked for years at a few of LA’s pet care companies. I am detail oriented and send thorough reports and lots of pics from my visits. Experience with: Insulin shots for cats and dogs. Giving meds to cats, dogs, chinchillas, Guinea pigs. Dog walks. Cat litter boxes of all kinds from litter robot to traditional to other types of self cleaning boxes. I have met hundreds of dogs, cats, chinchillas, guinea pigs, rabbits and various reptiles over the years and have loved getting to know them all!

Brandy and Tyler are a great team! This was Korra’s first time staying with them, and she stayed for three nights. From the pictures Brandy sent, we could see that Korra was becoming more comfortable and happy there. We really appreciated the updates and care they gave her. Thank you, Brandy and Tyler!

Brandy sent multiple photos of Mac every day and was very flexible when I needed him to stay over for extra days. Mac looks like he had the best time :)

Clare was well taken care of during her 8 day stay with Brandy and Tyler. The photos shared while we were on vacation showed Clare playing with other dogs and resting comfortably- and allowed for us to enjoy our time away without worrying about her well being. THANK YOU Brandy and Tyler!

Schedule
I own a teaching business for elementary school age children. I do pet sitting because I love animals, have lots of experience and to supplement my income. ❤️❤️💜🐈🐩

Safety, trust & environment
Our residence has a fenced in yard. Dogs are supervised and played with at all times. Every single dog I watch gets two walks a day and free roam of our house. When I am teaching, my boyfriend who also loves animals, is home since he works from home. I think of pet care like running a school- rules, order, routine, fun and love! I will take care of your pets and ❤️ them like they’re my own.

A typical day
Your dog will live their best life getting a walk in the morning around our dog friendly neighborhood… after that they can lounge around our fenced in yard… or play ball or fetch… after they will enjoy a nice late afternoon/evening walk where they can sniff and do dog stuff to their hearts content.

- Let me know if your dog has any special needs. I have experience with dogs who have heart issues, who need insulin and meds of all kinds. I also have experience giving meds and insulin to cats. I’m very good at it and cats can be sassy. :) I often board other small dogs so please only dogs that get along with other small dogs. I have my own pet insurance to keep everyone safe and protected.
