Our German Shepherd, Pete, is particular about who he likes, and when we go on vacation, he can get moody, sad, and even go on hunger strikes. But Travis has a special place in Pete’s heart, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the love and care he gives our boy every single time we’re away. Pete is always SO happy to see Travis when we drop him off, which gives us incredible peace of mind when we leave for vacation. And here’s the best part: when we return, Pete is excited to see us, of course, but he repeatedly checks back in with Travis for attention and kisses before finally pulling us toward the car to go home! 😂❤️ If that doesn’t tell you how much Pete loves Travis, I don’t know what does! Travis doesn’t just watch our dog—he genuinely loves him, understands his personality, and makes him feel safe, happy, and cared for.
