Born in Burlingame, California, I have lived in different parts of the United States, experiences that have shaped my adaptability, compassion, and appreciation for different communities and lifestyles. My journey with animals began at five years old in Macedonia, where I spent my childhood caring for stray cats and dogs and developing a lifelong passion for protecting and advocating for animals. I hold a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology from Middle Tennessee State University and have over 1,000 hours of veterinary assistant experience. My scientific background, combined with hands-on clinical experience, allows me to provide thoughtful, detail-oriented care while recognizing subtle changes in behavior, comfort, and health. I recently completed an upper-level Animal Physiology course through UCLA Extension with a 4.0 GPA as I continue preparing for my goal of attending veterinary school. Our golden absolutely loved Kimberlee! She took him on lots of long walks, played and totally spoiled him. She sent frequent updates with pictures and made us feel very comfortable leaving our puppy while we went on vacation. Brian and Kristy are the best, I can't recommend them enough! They were able to accommodate a last minute booking for my family and took such incredible care of our sweet Charli. This the first time we used rover and Harley was great with our mochi. She kept us updated and sent over pictures and a video of mochi playing with another dog. They were patcient with her since she has some separation issues but mochi eventually came around. Highly recommend Harley as your dog sitter.
Brian was great with our dog, Lucy. He’s clearly very comfortable with dogs and Lucy, who can be high energy at times, immediately took to him. He provided updates and photos throughout the week and took her on plenty of adventures - pet store, multiple daily walks and fetch at a nearby park, etc. Brian and Lucy have a special bond and we (and Lucy!) would be happy to have him watch her again in the future.
Vanessa was really great to work with and took excellent care of our pup for a few days when we were out of town. She was communicative, available when she said she'd be, and sent great photos and updates while we were gone. We would absolutely choose to hire her again when we need someone to care for our doggo.
