About: I grew up on a small family farm in Ohio for the first 18 years of my life so proper pet care has always been incredibly important. Growing up with herding dogs and German Shepards has taught me how to train and enjoy some high energy breeds as well. !I love to go outside and go on long walks during the morning and evening daily. So adding a furry friend makes it even more fun! I am very careful to ensure all locked doors and security systems are put back into place before leaving. Any small messes or accidents made in your home would be documented and cleaned up per your instructions!

About: Animals tend to warm up to me quick so we'll be on our merry way with walks, treats and play time :) I usually have a few treats on hand if I know I'll be seeing them often (My dog enjoys hers as soon as I walk in the door) and I've got experience with dog sitting a few fellow friend's like Shih Tzus, Chihuahuas, Lhasa Apso, Schnauzers and even a Chow Chow (She was lazy, so it was a piece of cake! lol) I work in Commercial Real Estate at a Tech company in the day and enjoy taking time out to unwind by staying active with my own dog. About: I have had my dog since he was a puppy and he is now over 5 years old. I have been around all kinds of dogs my whole life and am very familiar with different dogs’ daily needs. I am very flexible with schedules and can you help you care for your furbaby the best way that works for you. Right now I work part time 12-5 at a restaurant so I am able to go early mornings between 7am and 10am. I am also able to go after 5 so anytime between 5pm and 8pm I am your second set of hands! I can do whatever you need within your own home to make you and your furbaby more comfortable!
About: I have been a dog-friend all my life. I have been a pet sitter for many years, both in Portland and Los Angeles. I’ve had dogs most of my adult life. An Australian shepherd (Ghost), a Kelpie (Freyja), and currently a Boxer/Bullie (Princess Leia), and a Staffie (Kylo Ren). While I am not a professional trainer, I have personally trained all of my doggies who all became calm, well-behaved kiddos. Kylo is still in training, as he is newly adopted and just over a year old. My work schedule is flexible, and can mostly be done remotely. I can dedicate much time to the care and/or training of your kiddo. My doggos eat twice daily with at least three trips outside. Kylo is still working on his bravery skills for walks. I am happy to adhere to your preferred schedule for your kiddo(s).

About: I have two dogs and one cat currently but three cats in the past! I love all animals and feel connected towards them. I have been working specifically dog walking and sitting for about two years on apps like wag. I am a psychology major and want to work with service animals in the future! “I think we've had our young dog, Leica, stay with Harley and her family 5 or 6 times now and she is the best! To name a few reasons: 1) She is on the ball about communicating. She writes back immediately, whether it be on DogVacay or text messaging. She sends cute pictures too. 2) Her dog, Briscoe, is a sweetheart and gets along SO well with my pup. They share toys, beds, everything while Leica is staying there. Leica is a little over a year so still has a lot of energy and Briscoe puts up with it just fine, he's great. 3) Harley is very upfront about everything. If she has to be out of the house for a few hours she lets me know. She is such an easy person to work with. 4) They have a nice big fenced in yard to hang out and play in, which Leica doesn't have at home so he LOVES it. 5) The day before I dropped Leica off he had to go the vet because his paw had become infected from licking it so much, I contacted Harley to make sure she was OK with him still coming and she was still happy to have him, even with such last minute news. 6) She knows what she's doing, she seems to have a lot of experience dealing with dogs and I trust her 100% with my pup when we're away, and she's the only one I do completely trust. 7) Leica tends to not eat while we're away but he always eats at Harley's. That proves to me that he is happy to be there, and not as stressed as he has been staying elsewhere. 8) You can tell Harley genuinely loves and cares about dogs. Book with Harley, you will not be disappointed!”
