Jackie is amazing. She took great care of Neil while we were out of town for a week. For sure will use her again! Thank you Jackie!

My husband and I and our 11 year old furbaby Shorty are here visiting LA for fun. The other day we were looking for someone trustworthy and kind to watch Shorty while we went out to some not so dog friendly places rather than leave her alone at our hotel. She has never stayed with anyone other than us or our immediate family (excluding vet visits or being at the groomers) so even though it was just for 7 hours or so it was still a stressful decision. However Jackie came to the rescue! We were searching for sitters last minute and she was a godsend. So sweet and friendly, we knew immediately Shorty would be in good hands. She sent us a bunch of photos and texts every few hours and was extremely precise when following our instructions. As such we were able to enjoy our date night without worry. We were even ready to rebook with her but unfortunately our schedules didn't work out. This was our very first experience on Rover and thanks to Jackie it was a great one!
