“Our cat can be shy with new people and hid most of the week, but Carmela coaxed her out a few times, which we were so happy to see! She took great care of our space, helped with packages, and always had thoughtful responses to my questions when I reached out. We asked for daily photos and updates and did receive something for every day, though a few came late at night or the next morning. Not a huge deal, but since it was our first booking, updates a little earlier in the day (and slightly faster replies when checking in) would’ve given us some extra peace of mind. Overall, we really appreciate the care Carmela showed our cat and home. We’d definitely book again and would just chat through timing and expectations up front next time :)”

“Ellyot was an absolute gem! My partner and I felt at ease the minute we met her. Our 2 dogs and 2 cats immediately approached her (despite being shy normally). We hired Ellyot for 5 days. She communicated every day until the minute we got home. She followed all of our excessive instructions and kept our place as neat as we left it. “We have been pet sitting professionally for 8 years and have yet to find a sitter here who cares for our pets the way we do. We've tried sitter after sitter and had problem after problem. One sitter invited people over she shouldn't have, one sent no updates, one either hurt and or allowed or dog to get hurt and didn't tell us, one left all the time, its been one awful experience after another. Not with Charley!! She is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! It has been nearly impossible to find a sitter who lives up to our standards, which are extremely high because of the care we provide our clients! Charley was on time, sent us tons of updates, she even noticed little things like that one of our fish was upside down and she was worried (we have upside down catfish)! No one has ever checked on our fish for us without us asking! She updated us on our guinea pigs, she even told us that one of our dogs poops were weird and updated us on him incase he was sick! She snuggled our storm fearful dog and loved on all of our babies! Most importantly, she was sweet, kind, and patient to our dog who has a fear of people and can be aggressive when people first walk in. We have had unfortunate experiences with sitters yelling at him etc, but she was so patient!! 10/10 We will be booking Charley and only Charley for life! She is officially part of the family and is 100% stuck with us and our wild pack of animals!! Thank you Charley!!!!!”
