About: Experienced pet sitter and animal lover. I have grown up with dogs and have two loving cats now, I understand how hard it can be to make sure they are cared for when you are not available. I can be flexible with my rates depending on your situation. I love taking pictures so expect plenty of updates! I work from home and have a fairly flexible schedule. As long as I have a notice of any changes, additions, cancellations, I will likely not have an issue tending to any pets. Since I have cats of my own I do not plan on hosting other pets in my home. He is great with cats and got along with Callie immediately. The home was in great condition when I came back as well. Hannah is an amazing person who treated my sassy senior cat with all the love, snacks, and attention I would've given myself! The daily check ins with pictures proved the extreme trust she built with Puma in a short period of time, she even let Hannah pet her stomach (which we all know is the ultimate cat compliment). Hannah is consistent, professional, and kind all the things that gave me confidence that my fur baby was well cared for in my absence. 10/10 recommend!
Hillary is a wonderful pet sitter and I would trust them to look out for my cats again in the future. During our meet and greet, they easily picked up on a lot of details/instructions and asked thoughtful questions. They are a natural animal whisperer because our Marble, who is usually afraid of strangers, warmed up to them in just 2 days. I’m glad Hillary got to pet him.
It was so wonderful to have Elizabeth as our sitter! She was very detail oriented and kept in communication with us throughout our time away. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
