About: Hi! I’m Bella and I’ve taken care of animals since I was 12. I grew up with a pet loving father and have taken care of basically every animal. I raised our 4 family dogs in Norcal, 4 Presa Canarios, from puppies to now adults. I’ve raised and trained many dogs from Boston Terriers and Chihuahuas to Pitbulls and Dobermans. I have no pets in my Socal home but often go back to Norcal and care for the Presas! I love all dogs - any age, any size! Love cats too!! I currently work remote and often have time during the day and after 5 PM to take care of your animals! Damaris is an absolute gem. We are so grateful that we found her! My husband and I have a very skittish and anxious Pomeranian that can be complicated and requires some extra work. We had a previous sitter that we used but she retired because she had a baby so I was so nervous starting the whole process of introducing Luna to a new sitter. However, Damaris was absolutely amazing and dedicated time to getting to know Luna and would come over to spend time with her leading up to our 10 day trip. She thought that it was necessary and important for them to be comfortable with one another, just as we did, since she would be staying at our home with our dog. Damaris is amazing, dedicated, and SO patient with our dog. Luna absolutely loved her and it’s important to note that Luna doesn’t love everyone! It gave us so much peace of mind knowing that she was safe and well taken care of. She always kept us updated with how things were going, sent us plenty of pictures and videos of our girl, and I can’t thank her enough for all of her help. She also is amazing house sitter. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
