About: I had an English Cocker Spaniel growing up, as well as a Miniature Schnauzer that lives back in Russia with my parents, who is now 17 years old! :) I lived with a Shiba Inu for the first few months of his life and know their personality really well. I always happily take care of my friends’ dogs when they’re away. I have extensive experience with Spaniels, Miniature Schnauzers, Cavapoos, Shiba Inu, Dalmatians and others, as you may see in the photos. I work from home, 8-4 PST, Monday to Friday, and happy to keep a dog company while at it - he’ll do the same for me! I live in an apartment, no yard, I’d never leave the dog out of sight. While on a walk, the dog would always be on a leash.
“Brendon was great with our puppy. The updates had cute pictures and always included a nice note about his visit. He was always on time and was a wonderful with our dog.”

I have a calm, intuitive way with animals - the kind of energy that helps anxious pets feel safe and confident. I’m experienced in administering medications, supporting dogs with chronic or multiple medical conditions, and tailoring routines to keep them comfortable and happy. Whether it’s crate training a new puppy, giving meds on a strict schedule, or providing gentle companionship to a senior dog who just wants company, I meet each pet exactly where they are. I treat every animal like my own - with patience, love, and genuine care. Pet care fits naturally into my lifestyle. “Eric did an amazing job looking after my 8 month kitten when I was going away for holiday for 2 weeks. I had travel logistics that made handing off the keys a little bit difficult, but Eric was super flexible and responsive which made the whole experience very smooth. He is great with cats and got along with Callie immediately. The home was in great condition when I came back as well. If you are looking for a responsible sitter for your pet, look no further than Eric! He even brought over some toys for her to play with that he let us keep afterwards. 100/100!”

“The best for our kitty. Thank you Minay for always being so thorough and loving with our kitty. We always appreciate all her photos and detailed notes about how well she cared for our kitty. Best communication and we’re just so grateful to have her on our team. THANK YOU”

“KC has taken care of Poki for us twice. Although Poki is usually stand-off-ish, she warmed up to him very quickly. KC is very reliable, accommodating, friendly, and professional.”

“Rebekah was great! She sent detailed updates, photos and videos while I was away. My cars are usually scared of strangers but they warmed up to her after only one day! Have already booked her again. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve been an animal lover as long as I can remember. Having four legs grants an automatic friendship with me! I have experience training my own dogs. They can sit, stay, stand, twirl, and sleep (I’m really good at teaching the latter). I also have experience helping animals with extreme health issues such as tube feeding, giving pills and liquid medicine, and caring for an animal in a fragile state. One of my dogs also has a very strict diet due to a health problem so I understand how important that can be. I have watched high energy dogs, anxious dogs, and everything in between, and I love getting to know the personality of new dogs! I am new to the city, so my schedule is very open to give time and affection to your pets! Maybe they can show me their favorite places! I’m respectful of a client’s space, and understand I am coming into your pet’s safe place. I approach with care and work to find what each pets boundaries are. I always appreciate detailed care instructions so I can be the bet sitter/walker for your pet.
“Minh was absolutely wonderful! She was super responsive, attentive, and detail-oriented from the very beginning. She asked all the right questions and made sure she was fully prepared before the appointment. Throughout the entire time, she kept me updated with thoughtful notes and lots of pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. You can really tell that she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. Truly a great experience, and I highly recommend Minh to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to take care of their pup!”

“Christopher is the best!! He took on a last minute request and was super communicative. I felt that our cat was in great hands, and upon our return she didn’t display any of her separation anxiety signs which means she was definitely happy with him as a surrogate pet parent. Thank you so much again!!”

I’ve worked with pets of different ages and personalities! Whether it’s walks, playtime, or companionship, I treat every pet like my own. About: I take care of your pet like they’re my own! Animals are the most important thing in my life. I'd do anything for my dog, but truthfully, I'd do anything for any dog! I’m caring, considerate, and clean. After about 7 years of professionally dog and cat sitting, I got my own Quarantine Dog. I'm good at that, too! Have issues with reactivity or food guarding? Just an anxious dog overall? Trust me, I'm very familiar. No judgement here! Although I'm not a trainer, I've dealt with these issues with my own dog, as well as others. I know how to handle these needs with care, for the comfort and safety for everyone in involved. Is your baby just a little quirky, maybe? If you need their paws wiped down after every walk, imaginary food sprinkled in their bowl to eat, or needs classical music to fall asleep? I can definitely handle that! I would love to be your best friends caretaker. My schedule is very flexible. I like to dedicate as much time as possible to my pet clients, and typically try to keep one client at a time for maximum attention. I do not provide home boarding, but I am happy to take care of your pup in your own home. I keep a very clean space and respect house rules easily. Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Echo Park
Anastasiya was extremely prompt (and flexible with time changes) and asked many pertinent questions. She engaged very lovingly with my little guy and he will be happy to see her again. Also, she was very helpful guiding me thru the Rover app as I have not scheduled a drop-in visit.

Imogen is the best carer ever for our cat, Mina! She was so professional, helpful, and communicative while we were away on vacation and she was dropping in to care for Mina, who was on medication. Any nerves I had about leaving our girl while she was on temporary meds were completely put at ease by Imogen’s excellent care. We felt so reassured knowing Mina was in such good hands and happy to see her each day!

Malia did such a great job taking care of our puppy when we were traveling. She dropped to him on the requested times, played with him and took care of him. She was super communicative and send me videos and photos from each drop. Highly recommend her if you are looking for a reliable person!

Anna was wonderful! She made Doodle's days so much brighter with playtime and kept the place in great shape while I was gone. I also loved her funny notes on what Doodle was getting up to every day I was gone :) Can't recommend Anna enough, and hope to work with her again soon!

Damaris was wonderful with my Sage! She was reliable, communicative, and made me feel completely at ease knowing my pup was in good hands while I’m at work. I really appreciated the care and attention she gave her. I would absolutely recommend Damaris to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog walker!

Desiree takes amazing care of my cats and I am so grateful to have found her on Rover. My kitties are so comfortable with her and she always send me pics and a message to check in and let me know how they are. It is a blessing to be able to go away knowing my cats are in the best of care with her.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
