About: I’ve grown up with pets and have had pets most of my life. I had a Labrador for 6 years and a Chihuahua for 5. I’ve also had two cats for 3 years, and I’ve raised all my pets since they were little puppies and kittens. I love pampering my pets and I’d love the opportunity to pamper yours! I am currently studying at an online college so I have a lot of flexibility with scheduling pet care into my schedule. I just need 2 days notice of when to arrive so I can plan things out. My approach varies depending on the temperament of the pet (if they are high energy, low energy, timid, etc). If they are high energy and comfortable I’m happy to play with them and let them burn that energy off, if they’re lower energy or timid I’m happy to keep an eye on them and give them their space.

About: I've lovingly cared for dogs for over 15 years and treat every pet like family. I’m patient, gentle, attentive, and focused on making dogs feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I work mostly remote, so I’m home often and able to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I only go into the office occasionally and when I step out, I’m usually gone for less than an hour. I enjoy creating calm, loving routines where pets feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. Megan is a godsend! This was my first time hiring a professional sitter and being for a week, it was the longest I was leaving my 2 cats alone. Megan not only came over for a meet n greet, but when one of my cats was unexpectedly prescribed an oral med for the week of my trip, she came over twice to practice (and was a natural!) She is so sweet and professional and I didn’t have to worry about my kitties once, she checked in every day with pics and I got to enjoy my trip. She even came over the day after to drop off my keys as I forgot to tell her where to leave them. Megan is the definition of ABOVE AND BEYOND! Can’t wait to hire her again and recommending her to every fur parent I know!

About: I always thought my dog was my sister and I've always treated them like that, I also do the same with my cats! I really cherish them and treat them right because you never know what could happen so I try and make them happy every day. I work part time in a retirement facility and I'm also a part time student. I always have time to drop in whenever but maybe not on the weekends! Just let me know and I'll give you an answer. I didn't choose the drop in time slot 6am-11am because I'm not a morning person but I do get up at 9 so if you want me to come around that time I definitely can come around 9am-10am. I'll drop in after class if you schedule me that day! I'm very flexible with my hours. I didn't mark down I can have them in my home but I would make sure to separate my animals so your animals won't get too nervous or scared if they're afraid to socialize!

About: I’ve taken care of both cats and dogs since I was a young kid. I’ve also been trusted to take care of many of my family and friend’s dogs. I was in the foster animal club at my high school and have fostered both puppies and kittens and took courses on how to care for them as well. I’m currently a part time college student, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets after my classes. I’m open to boarding animals during the week after 3, and on weekends any time. I have a fenced yard and a huge backyard for your dog to run around in. I do own cats but I’ve owned dogs as well and my cats always get along with new animals! I love all animals and strive to do the best I can to make them happy and comfortable when being cared for by me!

About: Hi there 😌 my name is Vivian and I would love the opportunity to love your fur baby! My senior cat, Marla, is a cute loving menace that I would literally do anything for. I’ve lived with both cats and dogs for 10+ years and have pet sitting experience for friends’ pets when they’ve been away on trips. I love being active, so walking (or running) your pet will not be a problem for me! I’m great at following instructions, giving your pets lot’s of love and attention, and keeping an eye out for anything that may seem off in your pet’s behavior. I have administered oral medication for cats & dogs, trimmed cat nails, and brushed cat teeth. I currently work 9am - 5pm M-F, but am available to care for your pet in the weekday evenings & all day & night on the weekends. Please help yo girl out with her 2nd stream of income 🙏 Having a cat myself, I always open doors that lead out the home very cautiously and carefully. I’m good at reading when a pet may dart out and would never let that happen to a client’s pet! Earning a pet’s trust is the #1 thing for me. I will work with your animal’s personality and meet them where they are! The last thing I would want to do is make a pet feel scared or unsafe without their mom/dad around.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life. Growing up with pets and spending summers on my grandparents’ farm gave me a natural connection with them. I’ve always been the go-to person for my friends whenever they needed someone to care for their pets. I’m patient, caring, and treat every animal like my own. I used to have a German Shepherd who was with me for almost 10 years, a Chihuahua, and multiple cats, so I’m very familiar with different personalities and needs. When I was in college, I volunteered at an animal shelter, which gave me even more experience caring for animals with different needs. Being a vegetarian is just another way I live out my love for animals. I’m available for full-day boarding on Fridays through Sundays. I can also offer boarding on Tuesdays and Thursdays if you’re okay with your pet being alone at my place for a few hours in the evening while I’m at school. Otherwise, I’m home and available most days to give your pet plenty of attention and care. I live in a spacious apartment that provides a safe, clean, and calm environment where pets can feel comfortable and relaxed. I don’t currently have any pets of my own, so there’s no chance of conflict or distractions, and I can fully focus on caring for your furry friend:)

About: I have had dogs since I was a child. Nothing makes me happier than to spend time engaging with animals. I work from home, so I spend a lot of time at home and outdoors. Safety is my first priority. I once had a geriatric dog myself (18 years-old!). As a result, I am familiar with the patience and attention required to take care of pets to elderly pups. I put good communication at the forefront of my work and will diligently keep you updated on your dog's wellbeing. If you have any questions, fell free to contact me. I currently work from home, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pet. The area is very dog friendly and I have a private backyard for digging and zoomies! I have my own dog, Archie. We live in a house, so we spend a lot of time exploring the neighborhood as well as playing fetch in the backyard.

About: My family has had dogs since before I was even born; my family has a particular affinity for medium and large shelter dogs (and one dog that literally walked into our yard and hasn't left). I've been raised to love animals and I've become the type of person that waves at a dog and says, "Hello!" to every dog I drive or walk past. I have a rotation of stray cats that I feed in my yard and it's not uncommon for me to hang out with them while they eat and drink. I also willinging admit to that I've sat outside for significant amounts of time trying to entice new cat friends with squeezy treats. Growing up in an animal-loving environment, I also have experince with dogs and cats of all ages. I've been with several dogs to the end of their time here, and although not as many, a few cats too. I've walked, fed, watered, played with, and pet my dogs almost every day of life. My singular, explicit brag is that I can walk my two 70lbs+ dogs on leash without being dragged around. I've lived with inside cats for over a decade and have fed, watered, cleaned up after, and (stressfully) wrangled them on escape attempts. I'm also a proud, regular cat-sitter to two black cat siblings that would never try to escape, but would definitely sneak a double portion of dinner if I didn't watch them. I'm currently searching for a full-time job and am a partial caretaker for my dad, who increasingly more independent. That being said, my schedule is very flexible! I focus on basic pet needs and health first: food, water, relieving themselves, making sure everyone is safe. Once I know the basics are taken care of, I move on to any specific instructions from clients: training, treats, tasks, etc. And after all those are done, then (if allowed) it's hang out time! Playing, petting, and chilling out are my go to's.

Gissell is a true gem! She is hard working, reliable, flexible, and a good communicator. Gissell has been caring for my 3 large-sized dogs for a while through easy times and hard times (e.g., when my senior dog was seriously ill, when I foolishly fostered 8 puppies). I couldn’t have asked for a more trustworthy, compassionate person to look after my family. Hire Gissell, and you won’t regret it!
