About: I grew up with both dogs and cats, and I've been the person friends and family call when they need someone to look after theirs. Most of that has been in-home care: feeding, fresh water, litter and cleanup, medication, and staying long enough that the animal actually gets some company instead of a rushed visit. I'm newer to walking dogs specifically, so I want to be upfront about that. What I bring is patience, consistency, and attention to how an animal is actually doing rather than just checking a box. I read body language well, I'll follow your routine exactly as you describe it, and I'd rather ask you a question than guess. If your dog needs anything particular on a walk, tell me and I'll do it that way every time. I run a tutoring business and my sessions don't start until the afternoon, so my weekday mornings and midday are completely open. That makes me a good fit for the late-morning to early-afternoon window when most dogs have been alone for hours and need to get out. I'm consistent week to week, so if you want the same time every Monday through Friday I can hold that slot for you. I'm offering walks and drop-ins only. Since I'm walking your dog in your own neighborhood, my attention is on your home and your street. I double-check gates and doors going in and out, keep the leash clipped until we're fully back inside, and I don't use retractable leashes. I keep dogs out of unfenced front yards and away from other dogs unless you've told me yours is friendly and you want the greeting. I'll follow whatever routine you already have, including which door you use, where the leash lives, and whether your dog gets water or a treat afterward. At home I have a fully fenced yard and cats, so I'm used to being deliberate about containment. If anything goes wrong on a walk you'll hear from me right away, not at the end of the day.

My other dog Kevin was a high-energy shelter rescue at 11 months with no house training. And my late dog George, who came into my life through my wife, was with me through a serious illness, including daily medications, until he passed. That experience taught me patience, consistency, and how to genuinely read what a dog needs. I also rescued my cat from the streets and have cared for him for 17 years, so cat owners can feel just as confident leaving their pets in my hands. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate drop-in visits, walks, and pet sitting on most days, including weekday mornings, afternoons, and early evenings. While I don't offer in-home boarding or daycare at my place, I treat every client's home with the same care and respect I'd want shown in my own. About: I have my own tabby cat Penelope for the last 2 years! I've had her since 10 weeks so Ive taken care if her as a kitten and full grown. but my credentials go way back :D ever since I was in elementary , I have played and was the second mother to my cousins maltese dog Cream since she was 2 weeks old. i helped teach her how to sit, stand, and spin while standing! Whenever they are away on trips, I am their go-to sitter. In terms of experience with 100+lb dogs, I love going to my friends house to play with their big golden retriever named kiwi! I am currently a college student so the periods i am free from in this fall semester are Mondays - after 5pm Tuesdays - all day Wednesdays - after 5pm Thursdays - all day Fridays - after 1pm Saturdays - all day Sundays - available until 5pm I can deal with an excited animal that barks or bites, my cousins dog starts getting aggressive when she gets excited about going on walks haha. if your pet has an elaborate 10 ingredient meal that needs to be put together every meal time you can count on me to chef it up 👩‍🍳 I love sports so I will always have energy to play with your pet :)

About: I have taken care of pets for the last 20 years. I have been a house dog sitter for two German shepherds. I have also taken care of a tiny dogs while’s I’ve done babysitting and house sitting while owners are away on trips. I ha a 13 year old Pommix (my first baby). He has 2 kitten sisters (5yrs and 3 months). I recently retired from teaching elementary school for 30 years and would love to spend more time caring for furbabies 🥰. About: I've been taking care and looking after dogs since I was a kid. I have an uncanny ability to find a dog's sweet spot and become best buds. With my flexible schedule, your dog (or any pet) will be properly taken care of and looked after for walks, pets, playtime, lunch/dinnertime, and even naps, even at short notice. I believe your furry friends are very good boys and girls, and I'll always remind them of that every time I see them! I'll take care of them as if they were my own with the love and attention they deserve while providing you with the updates you request and need. About: I've had many dogs growing up from a Chihuahua, Sharpei, Husky and now three of my own rescue mutts. Recently, I volunteered with a rescue in Agoura Hills bringing in dogs from Korea for a year, transporting them from LAX to an adoption center. Also, I have volunteered at the Pasadena Humane Society and North Central Shelter here in LA. Paying close attention to detail, I administered daily medication, fed a special diet (often cooking homemade meals) and had monthly vet visits for a senior dog all while taking care of my young toddler. Since I've been a full time mom, I have most weekdays free between school hours and some evenings. When I don't have to take my daughter to her weekly activities, I am also available weekends. I'm pretty flexible and could be available on short notice. I have 3 dogs who are all potty trained and do not need to be crated. I understand everybody has different needs and environments, which I am open to assisting. I strongly believe in mental and physical stimulation for pets and therefore can play with them, give toys, snuffle mats, fetch balls, go over basic commands and even give baths. Walks are ideal in their own neighborhood, or just letting them out in their yard if that's what they're use to. I am able to give treats, or food when needed and give medication. Most importantly, I want my pets to feel safe, given undivided attention, and loved.

About: Working as a teacher and pet sitter have taught me many of the same skills: patience, communication, responsibility, and genuine care. I’ve traveled across the U.S. to pet sit for both cats and dogs, and I enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality and routine. I have a safe, comfortable home with a backyard where pets can get some fresh air and space to explore. I also live right next to a park with a designated pet area and plenty of greenery, which makes it easy to provide regular walks and outdoor time. I want pets in my care to feel comfortable and at home, while also following their owner’s routines, instructions, and preferences.

About: I had a German Shepherd for 10 years and have also been taking care of my daughter’s cats and her Bernese Mountain Dog on weekdays for many years. I’m very caring and patient, with a lot of experience caring for pets. I’m currently a full-time pet sitter, so I have plenty of time to care for and play with your pups! I have extensive experience caring for pets, and I treat them like my own. I have a fenced backyard at my home where pets can play and run freely and safely! If I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I will carefully follow all instructions to ensure their pups are well cared for.

About: My own dog is reactive so she tends to get nervous with loud noises and is very wary of dogs. So, throughout the years, I’ve learned to notice specific tells and avoid things that can set her off. I’m also very familiar with dogs that tend to pull as I’ve walked the dogs of multiple friends and family before. I currently have two dogs of my own with one being a toy poodle and black labrador/shepherd mix. Both dogs are completely different from each other as their temperaments differ in which one is dog selective, vocal, and prefers people. The toy poodle is very social with people and doesn’t mind other dogs and is fairly relaxed. I have also done cat sitting when my cousin goes on vacation where I do daily check ins to her home. I am currently looking for a film related job as I begin to learn about my major so I have lots of free time. I am usually available in the mornings to noon. I can even do a bit more after noon. However, I do like to maintain a balance with my own dogs and caring for other people’s pets. Nights are possible mainly on the weekends, preferably Saturdays but depending on my schedule I can be flexible. In a clients home, I would make sure to quickly open or close the door so no pet can rush out and even before doing that I can make sure they are being distracted so they won’t get loose. This still applies to a home with a fence because cats are lithe creatures. I also like to make sure to ask the client if the pet has any behavioral concerns that I should keep in mind and if there is any supplements they have that they would like me to implement into their pet’s meals. Energy levels is always something that I like to inquire about as well so I know what to expect.
