Big time animal person :)
I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of several breeds since I was 10. I had a Labrador Retriever growing up, and two mini Australian Shepards. I also have experience with large energetic dogs. I have also pet sat for dogs in home as well, and have helped foster a litter of kittens in the past. I have volunteered a lot with Best Friends Animal Society with bunnies, cats and dogs. Now I own an American Staffordshire Terrier who is very strong, has a high prey drive, reactive with other dogs, has a lot of energy, but loves cuddles!

My dog lives in my house, but I have taken care of dogs that live outside too. I am willing to adapt to your preference and whatever makes you comfortable with feeding, treats, and toys! I am very respectful of your space and am diligent to leave it as found.

April was amazing with our cats while we were out of town. We have asked April to help now during multiple vacations given what a wonderful job she does.

If you are looking for anyone to take care of your furr baby, please look no further April is the BEST! Very experienced, kind and patient. Our dog can be a bit stubborn sometimes but April handed it with so much care and patience.

April was a wonderful cat sitter! She was responsive and professional and took great care of our little buddy while we were away. I will definitely have her look after him again.
April did a wonderful job checking in our two dogs for midday breaks this week! She was very communicative and made sure to address all the things we asked her to: enrichment activities for one pup and snuggles with another. I’ll definitely book her again!
