1. Alyssa A.
“Alyssa was great!! Super attentive and paid attention to all the instructions I left behind. She also sent me pictures of my cat every day. Would definitely reach out for her services again if needed!”
2. Young R.
“Shelly is the absolute best! Our big pup warmed up to her immediately because she approached him with warmth and kindness. She goes the extra mile by recommending foods/brands that our finicky eater would like and always arrives on time. Our furry child may actually like her better than us. We always know our pup is in good hands when he’s hanging out with Shelly.”
3. Albert & Catherine C.
“Thank you Albert and Catherine for your drop in visit with Danny. I was relieved to know you played ball with him, picked up after him, gave him fresh water and even pulled in my dumpster!!! You both are amazing. I surely will hire you again!!!”
4. Federica C.
“Federica was extremely nice and professional taking care of my two cats for 2 weeks. She was always consistent and came at the same time and took great care making sure they were fed and played with. She was also very good with communication sending lots of pictures and updates and responding quickly to texts. Would recommend her sitting services to anyone!”

About: I’ve had dogs all my life and am so lucky to have two of my own. I have experience with puppies to senior care, and can offer specialized care, such as sniff walks or providing enrichment/engagement. I work from home, so giving your dog attention with my flexible schedule is easy. I know all too well how much dog and pet care costs can add up, so I wanted to offer my home to other dogs, and make it as affordable as possible. I currently work from home, so my schedule is flexible for doggie day care and boarding. I’m also able to check on your dog or cat for a drop in whenever you need. I have two dogs of my own that love to make new friends, so your dog will have plenty of opportunities for play time. I’ll be sending you pictures and videos of your dog having a blast! I’m also home all day, so your dog will never be unattended. If you have any special instructions for boarding and drop ins, please feel free to share them with me. Having a safe and comfortable environment for your dog is my top priority!
6. Amy X.

7. Aimee U.
“Aimee did a fantastic job caring for our cats while we were on vacation. She kept us updated with lovely photos and updates, and our cats always looked happy and healthy in her care. We highly recommend her and would gladly book with her again - 10/10 experience!”
8. Carissa F.
“Carissa was an amazing sitter! She took great care of my dog Leo when I was out of town for the week. Leo is elderly and has a lot of health problems now. He needs special food and medications. It can be hard for me to trust just anyone to take care of him, but Carissa really put me at ease. She gave regular updates and was very responsible with Leo's routine. I could tell he was having a great time with her. Leo and I are so grateful for her! Thanks Carissa!”
9. Patrick & Sean & Hilmar C.
“There is no one I would trust with my animals and home more than Patrick. He will treat your fur babies like his own. I have known Patrick for over 15 years now and he has shown true love, compassion, and patience for all animals. He got me and my family prepared for my rescues as he is very knowledgeable on all kinds of dog breeds! He will make sure your pup gets the best meals, snacks, and enrichment during their time together. My dog also requires medication and Pat is very good at getting him to take them without any fuss! On top of that, Pat is incredibly attentive and responsive - he gives me great updates/photos on how my animals are doing. Your animals will be in the best care with Patrick!”

About: Me and my dog Oxford are a team, he is a rescued Yorkie mix from the San Gabriel Humane Society. I have been surrounded by pets all my life, from rabbits, turtles, hamsters, cats and dogs (German Shepherd as a kid, a Pomeranian, and now a Yorkie) I have used Rover as a client for over 5 years and I know exactly what it feels like to leave your dog in a new environment for long periods of time. I don't host more than 2 small dogs a night for boarding and 3 for day care. Your dog will be safer and more relaxed and you will be notified if an additional friend is joining the party. I believe that too many dogs can decrease dog safety. Day Care flat rate: Flexible drop off and pick up times. 6am drop off? no problem. Delayed pick up time due to unforeseen circumstances? Just let me know. Also, If you are new to Rover, for $20 off your first booking use the Promo Code: GRACIC50273. And if you use Rakuten, you can get $15 cash back on your first booking making your first day care virtually free. When I’m hosting, your dog will be accompanied the entire stay and NEVER left alone. I will feed, give treats, provide chin rubs and do everything according to your schedule! Oxford has no issues eating with other dogs next to him but I can provide separate and alone feeding if your dog prefers so. *Unfortunately I cannot host young dogs or puppies with excessively high energy due to Oxfords safety as they can jump and land on him. *Must have a meet and greet prior to boarding so we can make sure your dog and our home is the right place for your dog. You will have a live look at their first interaction which truly helps the owners feel at ease. When you leave your dog with me, they will enjoy unlimited trips to a safe backyard that is fenced with added mesh fencing on top for smaller breeds with escape artist abilities (My dog Oxford is 5 lbs) They will not be let out unsupervised and can stay and lounge out there for as long as they want. Oxford loves intermittent sunbathing and I am sure your dog will too. I also make sure they have tons of fresh filtered water (bowl cleaned and changed daily) because the California heat can be very dehydrating especially if they are playing all day. Dogs are free to roam around the house and backyard all day. They can also look out the window overlooking the street and watch cars and pedestrians passing if that's their hobby. The window is just a couch hop away. No walks will be provided so your dog will be 100% safe in the house. I invite you to bring your dogs bed, covers, toys, anything that can help them feel at home. They can jump on the couches and relax with Oxford. At night, if your dog is anxious, I can prepare their bed next to mine in our bedroom or wherever is most similar to their own home. So far 90% of the dogs have slept on my bed with oxford and I’ve noticed this helps them with their anxiety.
13. Amber T.
“Amber is very reliable and responsive, not only did she take good care of our cat when we were away, she even helped us bring in our packages to the house (some of them were huge). She is truly an angel, we’re so glad to have found her on Rover! <3”
14. Marina G.
“So attentive and caring to our cats, they warmed up to her quickly! So glad we chose her as our pet sitter went above and beyond to make sure our kitties were well taken care of. Will definitely rebook :)”
15. Mary & Valerie Z.
“Mary is the mother of a friend of mine, she’s very responsible and, organized. I’ve had her watch my cat when I’ve been out of town. And also when my cat has been out of of the vet and I have work she would take care of him and make sure he gets his medication.”
16. Ellen F.
About: Hello! My name is Ellen and I have a deep love for animals and enjoy every moment spent caring for them. I grew up in a home that always had pets. That being said, I’ve taken care of a wide variety of fur babies for friends and family. I’m committed to making sure your furry family member feels safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away. Your dog/cat will be treated like family, receiving plenty of attention, affection, and exercise. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, feeding, or just extra cuddles, I’ll ensure their routine stays consistent and they get all the care they need. My top priority is your dog’s happiness and safety, and I take pride in being reliable, communicative, and flexible. I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. Whether you need a dog sitter for a day or an extended stay, I’m here to provide trustworthy, loving care! My boyfriend, Connor, and I have a dachshund named Bella who loves making new friends. She was fostered with cats before we adopted her, so there won’t be any problems there :-) I currently work part-time and have plenty of days off to provide care for your fur baby. I am home most, if not all, of the time. I can adjust my schedule based on your fur baby's needs. Connor and I live in a quiet apartment building with our sweet girl, Bella. We do not have any children. There are plenty of residential areas around for long walks and a park that is a 5 minute drive away if your fur baby requires more exercise. I would also love to take care of your pet in the comfort of their own home, ensuring they feel safe and secure in their familiar environment while receiving all the love and attention they deserve.

“I couldn't be happier with the dog-sitting services! My dog, Max, usually takes time to warm up to new people, but he bonded immediately. The care and attention given to Max were exceptional, with daily walks, playtime, and lots of love. I received regular updates and photos, which put my mind at ease while I was away.
