Rose was so lovely to work with! This was our first time leaving the kitties alone so we were a bit nervous, especially because we were going to be gone for a good chunk of time. But Rose was so kind and comforting and confident, and made sure to send us lots of pictures and updates during each of her visits. She took care of everything even with the kitties deciding to cough up some hairballs for her 😅 the kitties were very happy and we’ll be sure to book Rose again if we need a cat sitter in the future!
Chu Hua was absolutely amazing with my kitties!! She clearly has a ton of experience with cats, and asked great questions when she came beforehand to check everything out and get the run down! I made a last minute change due to emergency and Jarvis could still accommodate. My velcro baby seems to get along with him. Jarvis kept me updated with photos, responded quickly, and raised questions about pet care. My fur baby needs to have eye drops every hour and he did it for me.
