About: I'm a former clinical research nurse coordinator dealing with human patients for 20 years before becoming disabled. I have had pets all of my life. I have adopted several cats and dogs from the humane society including a 3 legged Siamese cat who was a Siamese twin that surgically separated from his sister leaving them both with 3 legs. I have trained several my dogs including a temperamental Dalmatian mix. I currently have a 13 year old Chihuahua/American Eskimo mix, who has Cushing's Disease that is on medication twice a day, a 9 year old Rat Terrier/Toy Poodle mix and an 8 year old black short haired cat that loves snuggling. My little dogs love to play what I call trick or treat. The kitty loves to play fetch the hair elastic and fishing. I have recently started pet sitting for a cat in the neighborhood. I've always loved animals and as a child I wanted to be a veterinarian. I am a former clinical research nurse with 20 years of nursing experience who has been on disability for 10 years. I lost my husband to pancreatic cancer 4 years ago and I now am looking to supplement my income by working with animals and giving and receiving unconditional love. I make sure that the pets are fed, have water, and go potty, (which means cleaning up after them.) Of course play with and walk the dogs. I would come to your home at intervals of 1, 2 or 3 times a day or if you or if you need I can stay at your home to care for your pet.

15. Kim Y.
About: With 5 years of dedicated experience in dog training and handling dogs of all backgrounds, I bring a wealth of patience and care to each furry friend, regardless of breed or behavior. I personally have three dogs, all rescues, who all came from very different backgrounds and behavior challenges. I’ve worked hard to build trust and relationships with my boys. I strive to carry that same ethos to any dog under my care. I have trained out behavioral issues from my adult dogs (including my senior puppy!) and raised a wonderful puppy by training him from day one when we first got him! My commitment lies in ensuring the utmost happiness, enrichment and comfort for every dog under my care, striving for nothing less than the best experience during our time together. I STRIVE TO SHOW YOUR PUPPY THE SAME LOVE, CARE AND DO SOME PLAY TIME DURING OUR TIME TOGETHER just like how I do with my dogs Teddy, Odin and Loki! I look forward to meeting your pup! Please reach out if you have any questions! I have full availability except for some weekends. I update my calendar timely but I am fairly flexible! Please reach out for any specific questions you may have! My commitment lies in ensuring the utmost happiness and comfort for every dog under my care, striving for nothing less than the best experience during our time together.

17. Devyn D.
About: I haven't been allowed to have a dog my whole life, and won't be able to for a while. However, animals are one of the most important things to me, and I want to make sure that they all get the care that they need. I am honest, trustworthy, and one of the most caring people you will ever meet. For myself, I want to have more experience with different dogs so I can have my own one day, and for you and your dog, I want you both to have the experience you want. I work with horses as well, and similar to dogs, they visually show you what their needs are. I am good at telling what is needed by reading body language. As of right now, I am not currently in school, however I do have a part time job. I rarely work more than 6 hours in a day. I have dog sitted while working and was able to spend plenty of time and give lots of love and care. I will make sure I have more than enough time to play, care for, and love your pet!
18. Samantha S.
“Samantha is fabulous! After his first walk my 8.5year old boy actually did zoomies around the house, which he never does normally! Highly recommend this lovely girl who really loves dogs and is reliable and thoughtful.”
