About: We are not ready to own a pet full time just yet but I would love to help other owners with their pets. Ritzwi & Ben were wonderful from start to finish. They were always on time, very communicative, and incredibly kind. When heavy rains caused some minor basement flooding, they went above and beyond to help us manage it, which meant a lot and gave us real peace of mind. Most importantly, they were so sweet and attentive with our cats—clearly thinking about their comfort and happiness, not just checking a box. They made time for play, pets, and genuine care. We’d happily trust them with our home and pets again.
