Pet care experience
Love animals!
We are Ritzwi and Ben, a husband and wife dynamic duo who simply love animals. We prioritize building trust and operate from the perspective that our service eases someone’s life. We would be happy to come by for a meet and greet prior to confirming a booking. We have taken care of all sorts of animals - many dog breeds (including senior dogs and puppies) hamsters, cats, guinea pigs, bunnies, bearded dragons, turtles, fish…you name it. We are also able to administer medication. Additionally we can water plants, take out the trash, and provide quick services to help out around the house during the visit. Currently we are accepting requests for drop in visits and dog walks. A little about us: Ritzwi started Rover when she was in college and she loved making new furry friends in Denver. Eventually Ben joined and we have been providing petsitting services as a team since 2023. After graduation, we moved to Lancaster for Ritzwi’s job. We had stopped providing services full time since we were getting adjusted to a new state, but we did have some puppy and kitty repeat clients. Eventually, we decided we miss the city life, and since moving to Los Angeles in April 2025, we are excited to restart this journey here and make more furry friends!

Ritzwi & Ben were wonderful from start to finish. They were always on time, very communicative, and incredibly kind. When heavy rains caused some minor basement flooding, they went above and beyond to help us manage it, which meant a lot and gave us real peace of mind. Most importantly, they were so sweet and attentive with our cats—clearly thinking about their comfort and happiness, not just checking a box. They made time for play, pets, and genuine care. We’d happily trust them with our home and pets again.
Ben is great and so good at communicating with you while you’re away. Always knew our dog was in great hands!

Since there are two of us, we have flexibility on when we can come by and take care of your animals. Please reach out and we will make it work!

Safety, trust & environment
We will complete all tasks mentioned by the owners including feeding, walks, cleaning litter boxes/tanks, etc. We are also happy to check the mail/grab packages, water any plants, take the trash out. We understand we are in your home and will respect your space while you are away and focus on the pets!
Pets
A typical day
We love to take dogs on leisurely walks or light jogs around the neighborhood or nearby parks. In addition we love to play with any toys they may have. We will give plenty of attention to the kitties and love playing with them as well!
