We had a meet and greet to see if my cat would be ok with her dog (which I wasn't sure how he would react to dogs and Bella was lovely and is super-highly trained). She stayed with us during the meet and greet until I was comfortable with their interaction (my cat wasn't a fan but they did well enough for me to feel comfortable and knowing he wouldn't be super stressed) and she answered all my questions. She kept me informed (with pictures) every day on their day-to-day and was super respectful of and attentive to my cat's special needs. Kobe needs a balanced diet with many supplements and a strict medicine schedule and she took amazing care of him. My apartment was also super tidy and clean when I returned. About: I've shared my home with two to four dogs since coming to LA 15 years ago. Because I work from home, your pup gets a calm, dog-savvy human nearby all day — frequent yard breaks, play, and belly rubs instead of hours alone. I'm comfortable with puppies, seniors, medications, and high-energy dogs. I feel time together and attention is what bonds both humans and dogs, and seeing them go from anxious and confused to a happy member of "the pack" is one of the more rewarding parts of taking care of them, so I prefer stays long or frequent enough for your pup to feel at home with me and in my home, but I'm also always willing to cover a tight spot or step in for a day of daycare. I work from home on a flexible schedule, so your dog has company and supervision for the entire day — regular walks, play, and potty breaks, not long stretches alone. I offer boarding and daycare and take only up to three dogs at a time, and mostly for medium to long term boarding, so it's a calm environment without a ton of new dogs coming and going. I'm glad to keep your dog's normal routine for meals, walks, naps, and bedtime. I always mark as unavailable any days I have travel or major time commitments that will keep me away from home for more than an hour or two, so they will have constant care while they're here. Your dog will have free range of my 3 bedroom home, detached studio, and very large, securely fenced backyard full of fruit trees. I don't have pets of my own right now, so your pup gets the whole space and my full attention. I'm happy to crate or set up a quiet separate area if that's what your dog is used to, and I keep things calm and low-stress. My space is easily partitioned to allow dogs to eat, nap, or hang out alone in peace if that's what they prefer. I have a doggy door for dogs who like to let themselves in/out at their leisure. (it's about 50/50 whether they figure it out and make use of it lol) I converted our detached 2 car garage into a recording studio, where I work, so we have the quietest place in town in the event we have to make it through fireworks or if your pet prefers quiet or isolation. Both the house and studio have their own separate HVAC systems, so they'll definitely stay comfortable. I don't generally use kennels or crates, but if your dog prefers or is used to using one, by all means bring it along. I have always slept with my own dogs, so happy to co-sleep with yours if that's what they're used to, but also glad to maintain whatever rules you generally set for them in regard to being on beds/furniture. I have found even "reactive" and "solitary" dogs very quickly acclimate to a more social environment (it usually only takes 3-4 hours) and I never leave them together unsupervised until they're demonstrating clear friendliness to each other. Many dog parents bring their pups over just for this kind of socialization, and it's great to watch a dog that "hates all other dogs" running and playing in the yard with the group after snarling at everyone just a few hours before.

Adherence to any fitted schedule isn’t necessary. Unless communicated prior, scheduling shouldn’t ever be an issue of concern. I’ve been surrounded by, and lived with and have familial pets all throughout my life, but I’ve only recently become a pet father myself as of eight months ago. Actions I take in my home to cater to, and care for my pets include the following: -Thorough research on how to continue to better myself as a parent towards my pets. -Patience becoming more and more a virtue 😅 ha. -Repetition -Understanding Acts of discipline, or constructive experiences to better the bond between myself and my pets, are dismal. Redirection, and communication with the pets consistently build the bond. Consistent, and I mean consistent playtime, proper feeding schedule, toys…I’ve built quite the furniture shop for my cats. Lastly just love them, damn. 😁

About: I worked in an animal shelter for a year in high school to help dogs get adopted. I also have taken care of friends and family pets for years! I do have foster care experience with an American bully who made himself at home quickly and got adopted shortly after! Currently I have an open schedule this week! I would love to drop in and spend time with your pet and provide them with the love and care they deserve! Caring for a new pet requires patience and understanding. We are both meeting each other for the first time so it's important to listen to pay attention to their needs.
About: I've taken care of dogs for a long time. Extended family members have dropped off their pets with me when they are away on holiday. I enjoy playing with them. Typically I walk my dog, Mochi, once in the afternoon. Sometimes I play fetch with her around noon if she's up for it. I feed her on schedule daily. I have a large fenced yard and one friendly dog who will enjoy a playmate, as you may see in the first photo of Mochi with the pavers and grass. I make sure that there is always fresh water available for Mochi and that she gets regular outdoor breaks.

About: We are not ready to own a pet full time just yet but I would love to help other owners with their pets. I do have children my youngest being 6 so they do have to be children friendly but I also have a safe space your pet can be separate from them when they want or need to be. About: I’ve been petsitting for 12+ years and fostering animals for 8+ years! I have taken care of many dogs under age 1 as well as senior dogs. I also have experience fostering kittens (as young as 2 weeks old) and cats! I am fluent in both Korean and English! Also, one of my family members is a veterinary assistant :) My home is condominium, and the floor is hardwood. I have a small patio area inside my house. I also have a small grass area for the residents — it’s located outside my house but inside the condominium complex. Pets are always welcome to sleep on bed or relax on our furniture! Usually, we take the pets out for potty breaks 4 times a day—first one in the morning, second one around noon, third one in the afternoon, and last one at night, right before bed. We also use the small patio area for potties if they need to potty more frequently. I take them on walks in the afternoon! For cats, I clean the litter box as soon as I see that they used it. I also have plenty of toys, treats, and cardboard scratchers! My parents and I will be available to take care of your pets full-time! My family (5) is also available to take care of the pets most of the time! If you do not want your pet/pets to interact with other pets, I can separate them upstairs and downstairs. At least one person will be available upstairs and downstairs so the pets are not left alone! Our condominium complex has two doors/gates (front and back) . I look forward to sitting your pets!
About: I absolutely love dogs. I've grown up with dogs all my life, sometimes with 5 in the house at a time. Along with taking care of my own dogs, I began dog sitting and dog walking for family members and family friends when I was 15. I love making dogs happy, getting them out of the house on walks, playing tug of war with them, or just cuddling on the couch. I am a full time college student taking mainly online classes so I have a good amount of availability. I am available Monday-Friday mainly all day, for the weekends I have limited availability but I can always be flexible. I think being respectful of what your boundaries are is most important. Every owner and pup is different and I can adapt well to the different needs for each one. I believe that being gentle and patient is a necessity when it comes to pet care. About: I'm a former clinical research nurse coordinator dealing with human patients for 20 years before becoming disabled. I have had pets all of my life. I have adopted several cats and dogs from the humane society including a 3 legged Siamese cat who was a Siamese twin that surgically separated from his sister leaving them both with 3 legs. I have trained several my dogs including a temperamental Dalmatian mix. I currently have a 13 year old Chihuahua/American Eskimo mix, who has Cushing's Disease that is on medication twice a day, a 9 year old Rat Terrier/Toy Poodle mix and an 8 year old black short haired cat that loves snuggling. My little dogs love to play what I call trick or treat. The kitty loves to play fetch the hair elastic and fishing. I have recently started pet sitting for a cat in the neighborhood. I've always loved animals and as a child I wanted to be a veterinarian. I am a former clinical research nurse with 20 years of nursing experience who has been on disability for 10 years. I lost my husband to pancreatic cancer 4 years ago and I now am looking to supplement my income by working with animals and giving and receiving unconditional love. I make sure that the pets are fed, have water, and go potty, (which means cleaning up after them.) Of course play with and walk the dogs. I would come to your home at intervals of 1, 2 or 3 times a day or if you or if you need I can stay at your home to care for your pet.
About: Before boarding, l should know the living habits of the pets. Feed them on time every day, keep the boarding environment clean, take them for a walk in the morning, at noon and in the evening, train them to relieve themselves outside. During the day, the dogs play in a safe yard and sleep in the indoor dog bed at night. Pay attention to the details of the pets. In case of any emergency, communicate in time I get up at 5 am every day and work part -time marshalls from 6 am to 10 am for 3 days a week ,the rest of the time l' m free and can take care of pets, Even l am not home , my husband will be at home, so don't worry , be safe/ be clean /be happy ! I live the house with a closed and secure yard ,during the day pets can freely move and play around in the yard, the room on the second floor is where the pets sleep,l don't boarding more than three pets at sam time
About: My name is Jessica and I live a very active life taking care my three beautiful kiddos. I work from home so availability is open! Previously, I have owned large dogs including two german shepards, two st. bernards, and a chow/labrador mix, but I love dogs of every size! When I was younger, I walked to my moms animal hospital after school. It was my job to clean the kennels and feed the animals.
