About: I grew up with both cats and dogs and have a strong understanding of animal body language and positive reinforcement (R+) training. I have experience dogsitting, walking and caring for dogs with a range of energy levels and temperaments. At home, I live with a nervous, high-energy 5-year-old dog, so I’m especially comfortable supporting pets who need structure, calm handling, and a bit of extra understanding. I also spent nearly a decade volunteering with a cat rescue, working with personalities ranging from rambunctious lovers to feral scaredies, but my favorites were always the shy kitties that needed a little bit of extra attention to feel safe. Pet care with me is an inclusive and personalized experience. I want to make sure that your animal receives the exercise and enrichment they need, but that they are also safe at home. This may include checking and refilling water, turning AC on or off at your discretion, feeding, light grooming, or the administration of medication. I am happy to clean up accidents, take out trash, and collect mail while you're out of town. I am also happy to walk at your dog's pace, whether that's a slow sniff walk or an excited stroll, and I can even incorporate training and treats into a walk if you desire. I like to spend some time bonding with both cats and dogs, whether that includes cuddles or play. I trust that you'll book enough time to meet your pet's individual needs. Note, for everyone's safety I will not approach an animal that is wary or aggressive so if your animal is afraid of strangers, please consider booking extra sessions so that your pet can acclimate to my presence (I am also always ready to do a complimentary meet-and-greet for new clients). I am trained in both the dog and cat fear signals, and usually pickup on subtler signs of stress. I will also use my discretion regarding weather conditions - if it's too hot, rainy, or smoky to safely walk your animal I'd be happy to provide them with play and potty breaks closer to home. In addition to Rover's guarantee I am insured and pet CPR certified. I am available most weekdays for drop-in visits and dog walks, and I’m flexible with timing so I can best support your pet’s usual routine and needs. I have a fenced yard and a friendly 5-year-old 40-lb dog that loves to play. At your house, I am willing to work with whatever your needs are. I know every animal is different. Let me know how your pet likes to be approached, what kind of training commands they're familiar with any special care needs needs, such as medication. I prefer to do meet-and-greets with new clients, especially with shy or temperamental animals.

About: I’ve had dogs since i was a child my first dog was a schnauzer named pato had him for 10 years now I have conchita she is a little baby girl pug the queen of the house. I carefully follow each pet owner's instructions regarding feeding, medication, exercise, and daily routines to help pets feel as comfortable as possible while their owners are away. About: I’ve grown up with pets and have had pets most of my life. I had a Labrador for 6 years and a Chihuahua for 5. I’ve also had two cats for 3 years, and I’ve raised all my pets since they were little puppies and kittens. I love pampering my pets and I’d love the opportunity to pamper yours! I am currently studying at an online college so I have a lot of flexibility with scheduling pet care into my schedule. I just need 2 days notice of when to arrive so I can plan things out. My approach varies depending on the temperament of the pet (if they are high energy, low energy, timid, etc). If they are high energy and comfortable I’m happy to play with them and let them burn that energy off, if they’re lower energy or timid I’m happy to keep an eye on them and give them their space.

About: I’ve watched friends and family’s dogs since I was a kid. About 13 years ago I rescued my pup and now have the pleasure to love and care for her as she slows down in life. I’ve previously taken care of pups on meds and post surgeries and I always carry a pet medical kit with me just in case. I work part-time in film & TV production with a variable schedule, which means I might be away from the house for as long as 10 hours at a time. Realistically, I know this doesn’t work well for many pets’ routines, which is why I want to be upfront about my availability. I will, however, be as communicative with you as possible about my schedule as soon as I know it. If a particular day is going to be long, I can also see if one of my film/tv colleagues can cover me, so that I can provide your pets the best care I can. About: Family and friends who know me know that I love pets. For 15 years I have had dogs and cats, I have rescued many pets from the streets and rehomed them I am available Monday to Friday mornings, all the time to go for walks fines de semana puede ser posible let me help you . We are available for boarding and dog daycare throughout the week. Boarding includes a 3+ mile walk! About: I did dog rescue for 12 years, and lots of pet sitting. I trained dogs at the shelter cleaned and cared for them, did basic vet tech, I also ran a volunteer program and trained others to care for the dogs. I have worked for Oakland Animal Services and Happy Endings Dog Rescue. I had 2 pitties in my life that I rescued and they lived to 16 and 17. I’m taking a break from having dogs, and would love to pet sit yours! Both my dogs were special needs, one was blind the other deaf. They lived a long happy life ❤️🐶🐶 I have fostered and rehomed over 50 dogs, I’ve lost count. In my dog work experience I worked a lot with big dog breeds. I have no breed discrimination and love all dogs! This is my first time in 20 years without a dog. I paint/draw and work from home, I’m a full time artist. You can see I even do pet portraits, I’m dog obsessed haha. I hike and walk every day and missing having a buddy to take with! I’m also happy to just cuddle or hang with a dog if hiking is not an option! Working from home and loving the outdoors makes my life is pretty ideal for dog sitting ☺️ I own my home. I have a fenced yard with a fence that keeps most dogs in unless you have a super dog that can jump very high! If so then only leashed walking for your dog! I have a front patio/tiled area, and backyard that are both fenced and separated. I can crate or not crate your dog whatever your preference is. I allow dogs on furniture and in my bed for cuddles if they are bathed prior to coming over and not dirty, if you allow it at home that is! I’ve done lots of dog training and while I love a trained dog, I also love letting dogs be dogs! 🤗 I’m really good at working with anxious and fearful dogs too, and making them at home and push gently past their fears.
