“Stephanie was awesome, she took Izaiah on walks and outings. He got to socialize with Stephanie’s puppy. She kept constant communication and sent picture updates throughout the time she had him. Would definitely reccommend.”

“Where do I start, if I could leave a 10 star review I would, from the moment I left my dog with Steven it was pure joy, he was always in contact with updates with pics and videos, he is truly a animal lover, he is so patient and attentive, he will go above and beyond with your dog, I will definitely book again with Steven, thanks a lot Sol my dog was extremely happy staying with Steven. He is awesome!!!”

We will absolutely see her again and I highly recommend her, especially for overnight stays when you want a peace of mind that your pet is happy and safe. Thank you again!”

“Rubin took our pet in for a last minute boarding and we had an overall great experience! Rubin was really good with communication whether it is asking specific questions regarding Luna or giving us certain updates. Rubin gave us a sense of confidence that Luna is being well taken care of. Great at giving daily updates and pictures! Will 1000% rebook him in the near future!”

“Deanna was phenomenal! She helped me when I was in a pickle and needed a dog sitter on very short notice. Not only was she willing, she was incredibly accommodating, kind, and communicated regularly with updates throughout my dog’s stay. I picked up a very happy pup who’s acting like his usual self. I can’t thank Deanna enough!”

“Great sitter! Our dog can get nervous in new places and Leo was so kind and patient with him. We got lots of pictures and updates. Will definitely book them again!”

“We have been bringing Kala over to Sabrina for day care for a while now and it was an easy decision to have him board there! The warm fuzzies when seeing the photos from afar was so lovely every time!”

“Couldn’t be happier with Amanda as our Rover sitter. Loves our paw baby, Berry, like her own and truly cares for her. We love Amanda and her warm home for Berry, not to mention the care her and her family provide!”

“Angelica was amazing with our pup! We were so nervous as we’ve had a bad experience when we left our Beagle puppy at a local pet resort and this was our first trip after that experience. However, Angelica went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable even before the actual booking. My husband and I travel a lot and after booking with Angelica we feel so confident that we’ve found a great boarding option for our pup. Our pup was so happy when we dropped her off and picked her up. Angelica sent us tons of pictures and updates for the days she had our pup. We are so happy with her service! “David took great care of my dog, Max. Max couldn’t stop talking about all the adventures they went on, and shenanigans they got up to. He’s got weird eating habits (Max, not David), but they rolled with it and I’ll definitely be using David for future bookings. Happy senior pup!”

“Margaret has become our "go to" sitter for Zoey. I feel extremely comfortable leaving Zoey with her. Zoey seems to enjoy staying with her as well. She is great with communication and let's me know how Zoey is doing - I never have to wonder. Plus, she takes amazing pet photos. Highly recommend!!”

“Our 13 year old senior pitbull stayed with Mark for a few days, and we are so thankful for how things went. Mark and his lady took such great care of our old man, Reggie. They kept us up to date throughout the stay with pictures and videos, and spoiled Reggie (with permission from us) with treats and brain games. Mark was patient with Reggie on his slow short walks and followed his medication schedule. 10/10 recommend!”

“My senior pup Benji loved staying with Irina! She sent lots of really cute photos during his stay and was able to accommodate his medication and frozen food requests. Thank you so much!”

“Me and my companion Smoky had a great first experience. Smoky is a very energetic and very active dog. Videos and the pictures that the Sitter provide was gave me a lot of peace of mind. I really recommend the service.”

“Laura (also goes by Stella) was amazing with Nala. She took her out on 3 potty breaks throughout the day and sent a few pictures to keep me updated. Nala is typically a shy and timid dog, but she quickly got comfortable with Laura. I will definitely book her services again!”

“Karolina was a total sweetheart and my pup Teddie was quick pals with Karolinas little cutie Pumpkin. Would bring Teddie here anytime and know she is in great hands!”

“Cara came through for us in the best way! She accepted a truly last-minute request to dog sit our pup, Nelly, and handled everything like a pro. Nelly is a high-energy puppy who loves to play and be around other dogs, so we’re always a little nervous leaving her with someone new. Cara was patient, attentive, and made sure Nelly had a fun, safe day full of play and activity. Our trip ended up taking longer than expected, and Cara was incredibly flexible and accommodating with our schedule, which we’re genuinely grateful for. She also kept us updated with photos and videos throughout the day (which gave us so much peace of mind). And honestly, go look at Nelly’s profile picture… Cara took it, and it’s adorable. We just picked Nelly up and I couldn’t wait to leave this review: she exceeded her daily step count, and she’s currently snoring so loud—which tells me she had an amazing time. 😂 We’ll 100% be reaching out to Cara again the next time we’re in the area, and I know Nelly will be excited to see her too!”

“First time using this app and seriously these were the best sitters I could have asked for!! They set the bar high! I was needing a sitter last minute as I traveled from Utah with my pup for my husband’s surgery in LA, and they responded so quickly and were able to help in this situation. I got pics throughout the day, which was great because I was so nervous about leaving Maserati with anyone at all. Thank you for putting me at ease! Xoxo”

About: I grew up with both cats and dogs and have a strong understanding of animal body language and positive reinforcement (R+) training. I have experience dogsitting, walking and caring for dogs with a range of energy levels and temperaments. At home, I live with a nervous, high-energy 5-year-old dog, so I’m especially comfortable supporting pets who need structure, calm handling, and a bit of extra understanding. I also spent nearly a decade volunteering with a cat rescue, working with personalities ranging from rambunctious lovers to feral scaredies, but my favorites were always the shy kitties that needed a little bit of extra attention to feel safe. Pet care with me is an inclusive and personalized experience. I want to make sure that your animal receives the exercise and enrichment they need, but that they are also safe at home. This may include checking and refilling water, turning AC on or off at your discretion, feeding, light grooming, or the administration of medication. I am happy to clean up accidents, take out trash, and collect mail while you're out of town. I am also happy to walk at your dog's pace, whether that's a slow sniff walk or an excited stroll, and I can even incorporate training and treats into a walk if you desire. I like to spend some time bonding with both cats and dogs, whether that includes cuddles or play. I trust that you'll book enough time to meet your pet's individual needs. Note, for everyone's safety I will not approach an animal that is wary or aggressive so if your animal is afraid of strangers, please consider booking extra sessions so that your pet can acclimate to my presence (I am also always ready to do a complimentary meet-and-greet for new clients). I am trained in both the dog and cat fear signals, and usually pickup on subtler signs of stress. I will also use my discretion regarding weather conditions - if it's too hot, rainy, or smoky to safely walk your animal I'd be happy to provide them with play and potty breaks closer to home. In addition to Rover's guarantee I am insured and pet CPR certified. I am available most weekdays for drop-in visits and dog walks, and I’m flexible with timing so I can best support your pet’s usual routine and needs. I have a fenced yard and a friendly 5-year-old 40-lb dog that loves to play. At your house, I am willing to work with whatever your needs are. I know every animal is different. Let me know how your pet likes to be approached, what kind of training commands they're familiar with any special care needs needs, such as medication. I prefer to do meet-and-greets with new clients, especially with shy or temperamental animals.
About: I have had dogs and cats since I was five and I have always been someone family and friends can rely on when they need pet sitting, feeding, or walks. I’m currently on call at my job, so I have a lot of free time to play and take care of animals! I’m usually available more on the weekdays but my schedule is very flexible. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I always follow each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any medication instructions. I keep owners updated with photos and messages, and I’m happy to crate your pet if requested.
About: Hi there! I’ve been caring for small to medium-sized dogs for over 15 years — from playful pups to sweet seniors up to 14 years old. I’ve handled all kinds of care, including giving meds and helping dogs with special needs (my own one-eyed senior dog taught me so much about patience and unconditional love!). I treat every dog like part of my family, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether it’s playtime, belly rubs, walks, or cozy cuddles, your pup will always have fun and get plenty of attention. You can count on me to care for your dog as if they were my own — with kindness, reliability, and lots of tail wags! Pet care is a big part of my everyday life! I love spending time with dogs — going on walks, playtime, feeding, and just giving them attention and affection. I plan my days around the pets I’m caring for, making sure they get consistent routines, exercise, and love. Whether it’s early morning walks or evening cuddle time, I truly enjoy every moment. Taking care of dogs isn’t just something I do — it’s something I love, and it naturally fits into my daily routine. When I care for pets, I always focus on making them feel comfortable, safe, and loved — just like they would at home with their family. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, playtime, and any medications or special needs they may have. I take the time to get to know each dog’s personality — whether they love playtime, belly rubs, or just quiet company — and make sure they get plenty of attention and affection. In my home, pets have a cozy, clean space to relax and play, and in a client’s home, I treat their space with the same respect and care I’d want for my own. My goal is always to make every pet feel happy, secure, and cared for while their family is away.

I carefully follow each pet owner's instructions regarding feeding, medication, exercise, and daily routines to help pets feel as comfortable as possible while their owners are away. For boarding specifically I do rearrange my schedule in order to stay home with the pet during the stay! I am comfortable giving medicine when needed to pet. I will give lots of love and cuddles! I will follow feeding schedule and potty schedule when assigned. In my home my house is centered in the property and I have a gate surrounding the whole property but also right down the middle so I am able to separate the pets if needed and when requested. I have extra doggie beds and crates and allow dogs to sleep inside!
About: First-time Rover members can get a discount by using our referral code! https://www.rover.com/sit/andrud63951 We are pet owners with experience raising and caring for plenty of different animals (fish, lizards, birds, dogs, and cats)! My wife and I recently adopted two kitten siblings that we named Cannoli and Mochi. We are excited to welcome your pets into our home and treat them like a part of our family, just like they deserve! Caring for animals has always been a natural part of our daily lives. We love starting our mornings with a walk or some playtime. Throughout the day, we make sure our pets receive plenty of attention, love, and consistency with meals, bathroom breaks, and downtime. One of us works from home, and the other is a full-time pet sitter, so we have plenty of flexibility in our schedule to build our days around our pets' needs and routines. When we are caring for pets in our home, we treat them like part of the family. We have dedicated spaces to make sure they have access to cozy spots to relax, fresh water, and regular meals. We also dedicate parts of our day to lots of playtime, cuddles, and company. We pay attention to their moods and comfort levels, so they feel safe and loved in ways they enjoy while they’re with us. If we're caring for a pet in a client’s home, we always follow their routine closely to help the pet feel secure and keep things familiar. We take care to keep their home neat, stick to feeding and walk schedules, and send regular updates so owners know their pets are happy and in good hands.
“It was my first time using Rover and she was great! Super communicative and sent me lots of photos and videos which I appreciated. Will be booking again!”

About: I have given advice to friends and family on how to care for their pets, knowing they trust me with such questions is very sweet. I am a high school student looking for a job I genuinely will enjoy, I love pets and being able to be with them while earning money is such a great opportunity. I have my own two little dogs who I walk every other day, I understand how to care for them during walks and watch out for anything that can possibly harm them.

About: I truly enjoy caring for pets and spending time with new furry friends. Walking, playing, and giving them attention is something I find both healing and uplifting. Every pet has their own personality, and I love building trust and creating a fun, safe experience for them. In my free time, I love taking walks at the park near my home, and it’s even better with a furry companion by my side. Whether it’s a playful dog or a cuddly cat, I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and giving them love, attention, and care. Your furry loved one will have a safe, fully fenced yard with plenty of room to run, play, and relax in both the front and back yard. I want every pet to feel comfortable, happy, and at home while in my care.
About: I take the time to understand each dog’s personality, energy level, and walking style so every outing is safe, enjoyable, and tailored just for them. I’m experienced with puppies, helping with leash training. I’m also comfortable supporting senior dogs, keeping walks at a gentle pace. I plan my class schedule in a way that gives me open blocks of time throughout the day, which I dedicate to dog walking. I keep my weekly schedule organized so I always know when I’m free for regular walks, and I’m careful not to overbook myself. I also have availability in the mornings, afternoons, and some evenings, depending on the day. At home, I already have a friendly puppy and a calm 5 year old dog, so visiting dogs are introduced slowly and safely to make sure everyone feels comfortable. I monitor all interactions, especially in the beginning, and give each dog personal space, positive attention, and plenty of supervised playtime if they enjoy socializing.
About: I’ve watched friends and family’s dogs since I was a kid. About 13 years ago I rescued my pup and now have the pleasure to love and care for her as she slows down in life. I’ve previously taken care of pups on meds and post surgeries and I always carry a pet medical kit with me just in case. I’m currently working more of a part time job so I have time to spend time with your furry friends. I have plenty of time to spend walking or hanging with your animal! I just bought a home with my dream yard that’s fully fenced in and lots of space. I have a sweet and chill pup named Millie who everyone animal or human loves. I also have 2 cats that are very comfortable with dogs and are open to playing with them or just coexisting.
About: I’ve taking care of dogs since I was younger. I also have a dog of my own. My family and friends have always trusted me to watch their dogs for them. I’m currently in between jobs and have plenty of time to play and walk with your dogs! My schedule is pretty flexible at the moment. I have a fenced yard and two mini golden doodles to keep your dog company and also have some to play with. If needed I also have a crate
About: I did dog rescue for 12 years, and lots of pet sitting. I trained dogs at the shelter cleaned and cared for them, did basic vet tech, I also ran a volunteer program and trained others to care for the dogs. I have worked for Oakland Animal Services and Happy Endings Dog Rescue. I had 2 pitties in my life that I rescued and they lived to 16 and 17. I’m taking a break from having dogs, and would love to pet sit yours! Both my dogs were special needs, one was blind the other deaf. They lived a long happy life ❤️🐶🐶 I have fostered and rehomed over 50 dogs, I’ve lost count. In my dog work experience I worked a lot with big dog breeds. I have no breed discrimination and love all dogs! This is my first time in 20 years without a dog. I paint/draw and work from home, I’m a full time artist. You can see I even do pet portraits, I’m dog obsessed haha. I hike and walk every day and missing having a buddy to take with! I’m also happy to just cuddle or hang with a dog if hiking is not an option! Working from home and loving the outdoors makes my life is pretty ideal for dog sitting ☺️ I own my home. I have a fenced yard with a fence that keeps most dogs in unless you have a super dog that can jump very high! If so then only leashed walking for your dog! I have a front patio/tiled area, and backyard that are both fenced and separated. I can crate or not crate your dog whatever your preference is. I allow dogs on furniture and in my bed for cuddles if they are bathed prior to coming over and not dirty, if you allow it at home that is! I’ve done lots of dog training and while I love a trained dog, I also love letting dogs be dogs! 🤗 I’m really good at working with anxious and fearful dogs too, and making them at home and push gently past their fears.
“Hannah was great! Super communicative and very confident and sweet with my anxious sometimes aggressive rescue. It’s clear she has a lot of experience with a lot of dogs with a lot of different needs. Will be booking her regularly!”

About: Hello! My name is Paige. I’m a dedicated pet lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all personalities and needs. I’ve fostered shelter dogs and helped them find their forever homes, which taught me patience, adaptability, and how to build trust with dogs from all kinds of backgrounds. I’m very familiar with different types of dog gear; collars, harnesses, and leashes and I understand how important proper fit and comfort are for safe, enjoyable walks. I’ve also trained my own dog, Nala (my best friend!), and have experience working through reactivity, so I’m especially mindful of each dog’s unique triggers and comfort level. One thing I truly believe is that no two dogs are the same. I take the time to meet every dog where they’re at, whether that means slow introductions, extra playtime, or just a calm, reassuring presence. Along with fostering, I’ve helped friends and family with dog sitting and walking, so I’m very comfortable handling daily routines, feeding, exercise, and lots of love and attention. Your pet’s safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priorities and I’ll treat them like one of my own every step of the way. Pet care is a natural part of my everyday life. When I’m not pet sitting or out on walks, I work at a pet store, so I’m constantly surrounded by animals and staying up to date on pet care, products, and best practices. Because of my flexible schedule, I’m able to offer daily walks, drop-in visits, and check-ins that can be tailored to your pet’s specific routine and needs. Whether your pet thrives on consistency, extra exercise, or just some midday company, I can adjust my schedule to make sure they’re getting the care and attention they deserve. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities. I take the time to carefully follow each owner’s instructions, because I understand that every pet has their own habits, preferences, and needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I aim to keep things as consistent and stress-free as possible by sticking to their usual schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications. I’m very attentive to behavior and body language, allowing me to adjust my approach depending on whether your pet is energetic, shy, or needs a little extra patience. I respect your home just as much as your pet, keeping things clean, secure, and exactly how you left them. My goal is to provide reliable, adaptable care so you can feel confident your pet is safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away.

“Our 13 year old senior pitbull stayed with Mark for a few days, and we are so thankful for how things went. Mark and his lady took such great care of our old man, Reggie. Mark was patient with Reggie on his slow short walks and followed his medication schedule. 10/10 recommend!”

About: I grew up around dogs and raised a Maltese for 14 years. I’m now a proud Golden Retriever mom for the past two years. I recently purchased a spacious townhouse, and one of the rooms is dedicated entirely as a dog playroom. It’s fully set up with sniffing mats, balls, toys, and chew treats. My dog, Chichi, goes on 3–4 walks a day, and we frequently visit parks to play and exercise. She is gentle and friendly with small dogs and loves all people and dogs. I’m truly a dog person and understand dogs’ needs, routines, and emotions. You can leave your dog with me comfortably, just like home. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and loving, please feel free to contact me. I work from home on Fridays, and on Saturdays and Sundays I often take Chichi to the park to play and spend time outdoors. I’m able to provide full care on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Walks and playtime are, of course, included! I live in a 1,200 sq ft townhouse, and one bedroom and one bathroom are dedicated as a dog playroom. There is also a beautiful garden in my community where I often go for walks. The area is safe, clean, and full of trees, making it a great environment for dogs.
