About: I”ve always been around animals, caring for a dog or cat is second nature to me. I love to take my foster dog Chester out for long walks or hikes near the Rosebowl or other large areas where he can really get his energy out. I’ve cared for my senior dog that recently passed and so have experience with slow long walks or just hanging out too.I am very patient, loving and responsible. I like to make sure my pets are always comfortable and safe and am always looking ahead for other dogs and people while we’re on walks. I know when to turn around or step to the side to let others go when I sense an aggressive or untrained dog; or just to avoid anything happening altogether. Throughout the day, I schedule playtime and rest according to each pet's rhythm. Evenings are for settling everyone in, sending updates to owners, and prepping for the next day. Because this is my only job, I'm fully present; No juggling meetings or rushing off to a desk. Your pet gets my complete attention. I care for pets in my own home. I've created a calm, pet-friendly space where dogs feel safe and comfortable while you're away. Here's what that looks like: • My home is clean, secure, and set up with pets in mind (no hazards, plenty of cozy spots) • I follow your pet's regular schedule — feeding, walks, potty breaks, medication, and rest • I only take a small number of pets at a time, so each one gets individual attention • I send daily photos and updates so you can see exactly how they're doing For safety, I'm careful about introductions between pets, keep the environment calm, and never leave pets unsupervised in risky situations.
