Usually my neighbors will feed my cats while I’m on trips, but one of my cats crossed the rainbow bridge recently, and it gave me such peace of mind that Meru was not alone and had ample sweet and caring company with Yuhong and her husband. Meru had never been away from our home so she (and I) was nervous at first, but warmed up to Yuhong quickly. Yuhong played with Meru twice a day to keep her spirits up. She sent us SO MANY fun and cute pictures of Pebbles while we were out of the country that I felt super reassured. After rescuing my (giant) Norwegian Forest Cat over 5 years ago, I've fallen in love with felines and cared for them via Rover bookings as well as directly for friends and colleagues. About: Hi there! I have long loved being a dog mom and thought to start sitting to give myself and my own dog some extra company and fun times. I can usually take up to two additional dogs to my own. If I am able to sit for your dog, I will be working from home. However, I am not available everyday. This is why I recommend planning in advance for my availability. I have a single family home with a fenced in dog run and patio for them to play in. They are free to be in the house and not be restricted in movements. However, I do not let pets on the furniture or beds. However doggy beds are available.

The dog I took care of was named Jumanji, and she was really happy to walk around the city with me, visit different parks, and get treats from shops. Beyond being wonderful and caring with him, they were so kind when our flight was delayed this past trip. “Yuhong took care of my kitty while I was on a long vacation. We met prior to ensure Meru could meet Yuhong and it was clear Meru was going to be in great hands. Usually my neighbors will feed my cats while I’m on trips, but one of my cats crossed the rainbow bridge recently, and it gave me such peace of mind that Meru was not alone and had ample sweet and caring company with Yuhong and her husband. Meru had never been away from our home so she (and I) was nervous at first, but warmed up to Yuhong quickly. Yuhong played with Meru twice a day to keep her spirits up. I’m grateful this worked out and to have found a wonderful sitter moving forward!”

“My husband and I booked a pet friendly hotel in Pasadena and planned on going to the 626 night market last weekend. At the time of booking, we didn't realize pets weren't allowed to be left unattended at the hotel at any time. Desperate to figure out where to leave my 10 month old pup Emma for a couple of hours, I learned about Rover and (around 9:30pm) began to message everyone and anyone I could in hopes of finding a last minute pet sitter. Angelica was quick to respond and very eager to help me with my situation. Upon dropping my pup off, her personality was very welcoming and her sons also looked very excited to spend time with my Emma. Although my pick up time was anticipated to be pretty late (around midnight or 1am!), she didn't seemed bothered by it at all. She truly is a pet lover! This review just isn't enough to show my appreciation for people like Angelica. I highly recommend using her (and her family) for your dog needs!”
About: For nearly two decades, my neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to care for their pets when they are away. I have extensive experience looking after dogs and cats of all ages and needs. Not only can I take your high-energy dog for a long walk or run, I will also slow things down to give your elderly pet the time and attention they need. I’m known for never refusing a belly rub and always loving your pets like my own. I am also happy to check up on aquarium dwellers (like my client who has goldfish!) I am a professional dancer and summer is the slow season, so I have flexible hours that can fit anyone’s busy day. I am available for daytime check-ins, walks, and daycare any day of the week. My schedule easily allows for pet pickups/drop offs and house sitting. I am home most of the day to keep your dog company. If I am out of the house it usually will only be for a couple hours and I have a very friendly dog who will comfort your dog in my absence. Because I am home most of the time, I can do exercise and potty breaks as frequently as you would like.

With a park right next door, my dogs were able to take frequent potty breaks and walks. Jianlei was very responsive and sent pictures/updates in the morning and evening which definitely helped with my peace of mind, especially since I have a senior dog.
