“I’m so thankful to have found Joyce and her roommate. At the beginning I was kind of nervous and even lose sleep few days prior to dropping Kiko off at Joyce’s. Once I drop her off and shortly after get an update, all my worries gone and I was able to go on vacation at ease. Joyce gave us regular updates with photos and videos. We really can tell that Kiko is happy and treated well. Kiko is now back home with our daughter while we are still on vacation. We are now wondering if Kiko is missing us or missing to be back with Joyce 😊 We will definitely use her service again in the future, highly recommended.”

About: Lived in a multi-dog household for over 15 years providing care to pups of all ages (newborn puppies to seniors). Experienced in puppy care, senior care, medication administration, and rescue pups needing a little extra attention as they're getting adjusted to their new furrever homes. Although I don't personally provide training, I've had experience in going through training for our own pups and can support in maintaining the training that you have already in place. Guests are provided with care full-time. I'm available throughout the week and are generally flexible with pick up and drop off times. Though there may be some slight adjustments to the our daily routine, a general idea of our schedule for boarding consists of.. 6:30am potty break and playtime 7am breakfast and continued playtime 8:30am lounge/nap time Potty breaks every 3-4 hours 12:00pm -2:00pm Afternoon playtime some time during this time frame if the weather permits 5:30pm-7:00pm dinner around this time frame Evening play until 7:30pm-8pm 11:00pm for a final potty break We live in a fenced home that is double gated with a large spacious backyard. Guests are only allowed outside when there is human supervision. Guests are welcome to wrestle and play chase; however, if we do see there is an escalation in energy levels then we do a quick reset and separate guests for several minutes before returning to a lower energy of play behavior.

Trey and Lola seemed to be fast friends and were "patrolling" the (gated) back yard together when I arrived to pick her up. They treated Lola like family and ensured that Lola got her AM/PM medications. They even sent her home with an adorable little report card that I hung up on the fridge because it sparks joy. Cara was so great. She has a calm, confidence to her with the dogs. My dog can be anxious sometimes, and Cara was very accommodating to her needs and even built her confidence. She sent me multiple videos a day of her. My dog has to take five pills by mouth, and Cara handled it no problem. I highly recommend her.
We needed to find a pet sitter for our dog, Pepi, for a month, a long time to be away. Pepi is a small terrier rescue who can be timid and has particular eating habits. She’s very calm and needs a low key environment. We spent much time reviewing sitters seeking a place where Pepi could live a similar lifestyle as she does at home. So lucky, we found Joyce! She has two small sweet dogs. After we met, I felt confident that Pepi would be in good hands along with good doggy company. During our trip, we received photos and videos daily, many times twice a day. I could see Pepi was happy and enjoyed the company of her two lovely dogs. The photos showed walks, Pepi eating well while enjoying the doggie company. She made friends. I could tell Pepi was happy and I made the right choice. I highly recommend Joyce. If you are looking for a spectacular sitter, hire Steven! He went above and beyond for our pup, keeping us posted every step of the way with great photos. Our dog has separation anxiety, but Steven handled it flawlessly by dedicating lots of quality time to him and taking him on frequent daily walks. We couldn't have asked for better peace of mind. Amazing experience! My 2 dogs stayed with Jianlei for a few nights and I would definitely book another stay for them in the future. With a park right next door, my dogs were able to take frequent potty breaks and walks. Jianlei was very responsive and sent pictures/updates in the morning and evening which definitely helped with my peace of mind, especially since I have a senior dog. Julianne was always responsive, professional, and deeply patient and caring toward our dog. Cookie, our Beagle, stayed with her for nearly three weeks while we travelled out of the country.
