What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. Rika was so incredible with Shaka and gave updates and pictures everyday. Haijin and Victor were extremely prompt with replies for a last minute boarding. Our puppy Casper (8mo high energy beagle mix) had a great time playing in their big yard with the other dogs. When we picked Casper up, he didn't want to leave. Will definitely book again, peace of mind and ease of arrangements made this a wonderful experience.
We are very pleased with our boarding experiece with Amelia. She was very gentle and attentive to our dog. We received sufficient updates incl. photos, videos, and how our dog interacted with other dogs. And our dog got along well with hers (we think our dog misses her buddy).

I couldn’t be happier with Nugget’s stay! I especially appreciated that the home only had small dogs, since Nugget loves being around dogs her own size. She was cared for in a comfortable home environment, taken on walks, and clearly received plenty of attention and affection.
