“Richard is such an amazing and thoughtful dog walker. Although he only met Corey once and Corey is very timid with new people, Richard’s reassurance and patience helped Corey see him as a trustworthy leader and friend! I highly recommend Richard to anyone looking for their furry friend to be cared for as if he/she was Richard’s own.”

About: I have solid dog-raising experience: I raised my Pitbull from 2 months old to 2 years old, and he regularly slept beside me as a puppy. I absolutely adore puppies and all dogs in general, and this close companionship helped me learn to read dog body language, manage energetic, strong breeds, and maintain safety on walks and drop-in visits. I always schedule meet-and-greets and only take on one-on-one care for every dog. Im currently work Monday-Friday 9-6 anytime after 6pm is an yes for me and im off on weekend so free free to bookings I only provide one-on-one walking and drop-in visits at clients’ homes. I keep a calm, quiet atmosphere, watch the dog’s body language closely, and always use proper leashes to avoid stress or danger. I never bring pets back to my place.

About: I come from a family that has loved and raised 3 bulldogs. Two out of three of those bulldogs were in our care starting from when they were 6 months old. Growing up, I would often have to babysit my pets when my parents went on trips. I am no stranger to big, strong dogs or how rough they like to play. I am also familiar with dogs who are not friendly with other dogs. I had a Shiba Inu and a bulldog who were not friendly with other dogs. When it comes to pets like that, I’m very careful and aware of my surroundings. I will always respect a pet’s boundaries. I understand that pets are considered family and should be treated as such. I previously lived with a family that had multiple cats in their care. I loved chilling and playing with them. Living in that house taught me that (unlike most dogs) most cats have their boundaries and will have to come to you. Pets of all sizes and breeds bring me a lot of joy. As much as I love dogs, I have a soft spot for cats and hope to have one of my own someday. I am currently unemployed and graduated college a year ago, so I have a flexible weekday schedule. Weekends are slightly restrictive since I like to allot that time for my personal life. The house I currently live in has a zero-tolerance policy for pets. However, I am capable of following instructions and caring for pets - having lived with my parents who owned dogs, cats, turtles, and hamsters as I was growing up.
About: I am now a pet groomer. In my daily work, I can come into contact with various dogs. I know their personality traits and things to pay attention to. Every dog is unique. We must understand and love him. Master basic dog training techniques. The safety of your dog comes first at all times I work as a groomer three to four days a week and am available to take care of dogs in my free time, especially on weekends and evenings. I can spend time with your dog and offer grooming and care advice. Safety and compassion are my top priorities. Please rest assured that leaving your dog with me will keep her active and happy. When we visit dogs at home, we will communicate with the dog owners in advance, play with the dog in a designated area, and play games with the dog according to its preferences to keep the dog active and healthy.
“Tanner is very sweet. He was very patient with our dog on getting comfortable with him. He went above and beyond. Even the family feels comfortable with Tanner taking care of our fur baby! He is the best and we will definitely keep working with him.”

“Thanks Christine for taking such great care of both Bowie and Nellie! They had a great time with your dog! I’m so happy we connected! You did a great job! Looking forward to the next time I need help with a Bowie!”

About: Use code ELAINH89783 for $20 off your first booking! With over five years of pet sitting experience, I bring genuine care, reliability, and calm attentiveness to every stay. Because I have no pets of my own, your dog receives my complete, undivided focus — no distractions, no divided loyalties. I’m experienced with dogs of all ages and breeds, from high-energy pups to senior companions, and I pride myself on respecting each pet’s unique routine and personality. I take direction seriously — whether from owners or veterinarians — and follow care instructions to the letter. Your home is treated with the same respect: I keep things tidy and leave everything exactly as I found it. My regular clients say it best: I’m the only sitter trusted to watch Haku, a spirited Shiba Inu who needs firm, loving boundaries. I’ve helped nurse Zula, a Taiwanese mountain dog, through a stroke and a serious infection — following vet aftercare with precision. I know how to keep an active dog engaged and an elderly dog comfortable and happy. If you’re looking for someone who treats your pet like family, stays calm under pressure, and gives you genuine peace of mind while you’re away — I’d love to meet your dog. I voluntarily left my full time job so you have my undivided attention! I also work remote so my schedule is flexible and I’m very mobile! I treat your home and your pets with respect, kindness, compassion, and love. I’m a guest in your family’s home and would not do anything to jeopardize that relationship. At home, I make sure necessary doors and windows are closed and the space is clean tidy so no ingestion accidents happen. Before any outside activities, I make sure the temperature isn't too hot and can defer to inside enrichment activities if outside temps are dangerous. During walks and playtime I remain attentive to not only your dog's behavior but the external environment to ensure both our safety. I provide text and picture updates at an agreed upon cadence. In the event accidents happen, you will be notified by text and voice immediately and necessary safety protocols will be followed.

About: Hi! My name is Jing, and I’m so excited to care for your furry family members while you’re away. 💕 I live with my family in a house with a fully fenced backyard and a separately fenced swimming pool area, providing a safe and comfortable environment where dogs can relax, play, and explore. 🐾 My Care Style I’m a patient and loving home-style caregiver, and I treat every dog who stays with me like part of my own family. 🐕 Every day, I provide: * Multiple supervised play sessions in the fenced backyard * Activities tailored to each dog’s age, personality, and energy level * Plenty of companionship, attention, and rest throughout the day 🧠 In my home, I also provide: * Snuffle mats * Puzzle toys * A variety of interactive toys All toys are cleaned and sanitized regularly to provide a safe and healthy play environment. 🏊 Summer Pool Time During the summer, dogs who enjoy water may have the opportunity to play in the pool. Pool time is only offered with the owner’s permission, and all water activities are closely supervised to ensure every dog’s safety and comfort. 🐾 About Crate Use I personally do not encourage long-term crate confinement, and I will never place a dog in a crate without the owner’s permission. I prefer to let dogs move freely in a safe environment so they can feel relaxed and comfortable. However, if your dog is crate-trained or needs a crate for safety, rest, or training, I’m happy to use your crate or provide one, as long as we discuss it in advance. 🏡 Cleanliness & Safety Cleanliness and safety are my top priorities. I maintain a clean, pet-friendly home every day so your dog can feel comfortable and at ease throughout their stay. 🍓 Optional Add-On Services (Additional Fee) If requested in advance, I also offer: * 🦷 Teeth brushing care * 🍎 Fresh fruit or plain yogurt treats (only with your permission and if there are no allergies) * 🍗 Homemade fresh meals prepared according to your instructions (ingredients, portions, and allergies will always be discussed beforehand) ❤️ My Philosophy I truly enjoy spending time with pets and deeply value the trust owners place in me. My goal is simple: 👉 To make every dog feel safe, happy, loved, and well cared for while staying with me. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend soon! 🐾💕 🐶 A Typical Day in My Care Every pup in my home enjoys a warm, structured, and loving routine: 🌞 Morning – We kick off the day in the backyard! Pups get to stretch their legs, do their morning potty, and play around before enjoying a delicious breakfast. 🌤️ Midday – We head outside to the yard for a quick potty break and a little fun. Afterward, we spend most of the time indoors—relaxing in a cozy, air-conditioned room if it’s hot—so everyone can enjoy a peaceful midday nap. 🌿 Afternoon – After naptime, the pups can head back out to the yard to play, explore, or just relax. I’m always home, so your pup is never left alone and always receives plenty of love and attention. 🌆 Evening – Dinner time! For any picky eaters, I like to mix in a little shredded chicken or tasty toppers to encourage them to eat up. After dinner, they head back out to the yard for more play and relaxing family time. 🌙 Night – Right before bedtime, we go out to the yard one last time for a final potty break. Afterward, your pup can settle down for a calm, restful night, feeling completely safe and loved in their favorite cozy spot. 🏡 A Safe & Secure Home Away from Home Your pup’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. My home is a single-family house with a spacious backyard that features a double-gate system for extra peace of mind. Your furry friend can run and play in total safety, with zero risk of wandering off! Additionally, we have an in-ground pool surrounded by its own locked safety fence. The pool area stays securely locked at all times to ensure complete safety. However, if your pup is a water lover, I’m more than happy to unlock the gate and supervise some splash time with your permission! Indoors, our home is clean, quiet, and kept refreshingly cool with air conditioning on hot days. Because I am home full-time, your pup will never be left alone. Whether they are napping, playing in the yard, or enjoying cozy cuddle time, they’ll receive gentle, around-the-clock care. I treat every dog like family—balancing fun, structure, and endless love. With regular photo and video updates sent directly to you, you can relax with complete peace of mind knowing your pup is in a reliable, super secure, and loving environment. ❤️

About: I’ve been caring for pets for 7 years, and my friends often trust me to look after their cats when they don’t have time. I offer careful feeding, patient companionship, and interactive play. I understand cat body language and know how to make them feel safe and comfortable. I am currently at home full-time, which allows me to have plenty of time to care for your cats and keep them company, just like my own. I’m available to provide boarding services on weekdays after 11 a.m. and on weekends. At home, I have a foster setup with two empty rooms that can be kept separate from the main living areas. The rooms are equipped with soft carpets and basic toys for play.
“Haijin and Victor are AMAZING to work with. I’m always at ease when they walk and care for Tofu. For being an anxious pup, he’s been so comfortable with them from the start. I love that they are always on top of communication and you can tell they have a lot of experience working with dogs. I’m very grateful for them!”

“It was nice to be able to invite Sommer back to walk our pups! She's good with the dogs and able to handle their excitement for walking. Her Rover cards are thorough and takes ton of pics, which we love. She was able to accommodate a late notice and walk the dogs every day while we unexpectedly returned to work. The dogs seem to love walking with her and we're glad that we're able to have her back, finally!”

About: I have taken care of pets all throughout my life! From big dogs to little dogs, from houses to apartment living. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, play and keep company to their pets. It brings me so much joy and I love learning all the pet's personalities! I am flexible on taking care of your dogs since I am working part time! My part time is self scheduled based, so I can attend to their needs as long as I can work my way around it. I make sure the pets are in safe environment at all times! I treat people's pets and homes with respect. I believe keeping a client's space, and my space tidy for the safety, as well as enough outdoor time spent (for dogs).

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Temple City
Chloe is a professional dog sitter and she is amazing with the dogs! She followed all my instructions , was on time every walk and send me pictures twice a day. I asked her fed my dogs ( she takes care about both my pugs) and she did it perfectly. I strongly recommend her! Thank you, Chloe!

Joselyn really stepped up in a pinch. She was professional and so great with my puppy. When she discovered my puppy had found the bathroom TP and used it as a chew toy she took her time to clean it up! Completely unnecessary but much appreciated. Top notch! I’ve used her multiple times and always impressed! 👏

I had a very hectic work schedule come up and needed a walker for a MONTH during the week. Yujing was available to accommodate the booking and communicated well. We had one day that we need to modify and she took care of it no problem. She showed up the first day with treats and got to know Skip so she would be comfortable with her. Showed up every day on time and sent pics and updates. 100% reliable and will definitely use again when we the need arises.

Cristina communicated very well. She listened to everything I told her about my dog. She sent me picture updates! I could tell Pepe had a great experience with her because when I picked him up he was relaxed and happy! Will definitely book with her again and highly recommend!

Judy has been wonderful with my dogs. She communicates clearly and consistently, and she has so much patience with my girls. I really appreciate her thoughtful suggestions, helpful comments, and the pictures she sends after each walk. She’s very knowledgeable, and I completely trust her with my dogs. I would absolutely recommend her.

Exactly what I needed! Anyone that is even bothering to come on this app/site definitely cares a lot about their fur babies. If that's the case, of course Trust and confidence in your Rover partner makes all the difference in the world. I was so fortunate to have found Beverly last second. She was incredibly communicative throughout my entire process and worked around my schedule and timing. The biggest thing for me was that I was going overseas so I definitely was stressed out and she made me feel extra relieved by sending plenty of pictures and keeping in contact whenever needed. She's the one! Give her a shot if you're near!
