About: Thanks for stopping by! Choosing the right sitter is a big decision, and I truly appreciate you considering me. Being a Rover sitter has been one of my most rewarding experiences. I genuinely love getting to know each pup’s unique personality and treating them like my very own. I can’t wait to meet your pups! What I'll provide: 📸 Lots of updates - I will provide lots of photos/videos during their stay so you have complete peace of mind while you're away. I often take videos of walks and when they're being cute or silly. 🌟 1-1 attention - I typically only host pups from one family at a time. There are no kids or other pets in my home so that means your pups get all the belly rubs, all the walks, and all the couch space in a calm environment. ⏱️ Consistency - I have a flexible work from home schedule so I can follow your care routine and instructions to the letter, including administering oral medication. 🌳 Fun adventures - This is what makes the stay special! Each pup likes to have fun in their own way. 🔹 For social pups, we're lucky enough to live across the street from the dog park so we can go multiple times day and meet new friends. 🔸 For the athletes we'll play fetch at the field. 🔹 For nature lovers we can go on a waterfall hike. 🔸 Whether it’s a stroll to see the neighborhood peacocks, a trip to the local cafe, or just a quiet day of indoor play, I tailor the adventures to what your dog loves most. 🏡 Clean and safe home - We keep a clean home and your pups can explore the whole space. They can also go on the couch or bed if they're allowed. Note: I always prioritize your pups' comfort. If I ever consider taking on another guest during your stay, I will always ask for your explicit consent first! I work from home 4 days a week (sometimes everyday), so weekdays are easy for me. I don’t have many meetings and I have a lot of flexibility in when I do my work. I keep a clean and clutter free home. I live in a single story triplex. The place isn’t too big so I can have eyes on your pets most times. My neighbors don’t have any pets. There’s a dog park across the street if your pet is good with other dogs, otherwise it’s a nice place for a walk!

About: I offer dedicated, private boarding in Pasadena with a strict one-family-at-a-time policy. Your dog will receive personalized, high-attention care in a calm home environment, without ever having to compete with pets from multiple unfamiliar households. I have loved and cared for dogs since I was 6 years old. I also spent three years volunteering with the Walk Me Home Rescue group(as a volunteer and foster parent)—walking, socializing, and supporting rescue dogs across a wide range of breeds, energy levels, and temperaments. What You & Your Pup Can Expect: Attentive Supervision & 1-on-1 Focus: With my flexible schedule, your dog will never be left alone for long and will enjoy continuous attention, companionship, and customized routines. Friendly Playmate or Private Retreat: My sweet 5-year-old Border Collie loves having friends over to play. If your pup prefers quiet solo time, I can easily provide a separate, comfortable resting area alongside private walks and yard time. Secure Backyard Play: Supervised outdoor playtime, fresh air, and safe exercise in our secure yard. Daily Peace of Mind: High-quality daily photo and video updates showing meals, walks, and playtime so you always stay connected. Whether your dog is an energetic puppy, a social butterfly, or a senior who loves a peaceful routine, I treat every furry guest like my own. Feel free to message me with any questions—I look forward to meeting you and your pup at a Meet & Greet! I work part-time and am home for the vast majority of the day, giving me plenty of flexible time to give your pet constant attention and supervision. Our household has a fun, active routine: we let the dogs out into our yard every 2 to 3 hours for playtime, fetch, and frisbee. In addition to yard play, I take them on 1 to 2 dedicated neighborhood walks every day to ensure they get plenty of fresh air and exercise. Your pup will be welcomed into a warm, pet-loving home where they are treated like family. Alongside my own friendly dog, I have a 14-year-old brother, who is passionate about animals and loves keeping pets company with calm companionship and playtime. We prioritize safety and comfort above all. Our home has a secure yard for safe outdoor fun, and pets are never left unattended during activities. Whether your dog thrives on interactive play or prefers a cozy, quiet spot to relax, we tailor our routine to their unique personality and keep you updated with regular photos and message.

About: Hi! I'm Sarah, a lifelong animal lover and proud dog mom to Margot, my sweet 11-year-old pit mix. I grew up with a beloved cat named Tigger who lived to the age of 18, and I've also cared for hamsters and other small pets throughout the years. Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I truly believe the love of a pet can be healing, comforting, and life-changing. I currently offer dog walking and drop-in visits, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. Whether your pet needs exercise, companionship, playtime, feeding, medication, or simply a reassuring presence while you're away, I'm committed to providing attentive and compassionate care. Because I've cared for pets at many different life stages, I'm comfortable with puppies, senior pets, administering medications, and following special diets or care instructions. I understand that every animal has a unique personality and routine, You can trust that I'll follow your instructions carefully and communicate clearly throughout every visit. My goal is to give you peace of mind and make sure your pet receives the same love, patience, and kindness they get from you. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! Pet care is already a regular part of my daily routine. I have an 11-year-old pit mix, Margot, who keeps me active with walks, playtime, and plenty of love and attention. My schedule is currently very flexible, which allows me to accommodate a variety of pet care needs, including dog walks, drop-in visits, feeding schedules, medication administration, and extra time for pets who need a little more attention. I enjoy spending time with animals and believe consistency, patience, and affection help pets feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, young, or a senior, I'll make sure they receive attentive, loving care. At this time, I provide care in my clients' homes through drop-in visits and dog walking services. Because I have a senior dog of my own, I am not currently offering pet boarding in my home. When caring for pets in a client's home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and secure. I follow feeding schedules, provide fresh water, administer medications if needed, clean litter boxes, take dogs on walks, engage in playtime, and give plenty of affection and companionship. I understand that every pet is unique. Some want lots of attention and belly rubs, while others prefer a quiet companion who respects their space. I take the time to learn each pet's personality, preferences, and needs so I can provide care that feels familiar and stress-free while you're away. My goal is to treat your home with respect and care for your pets as if they were my own family members.

“Melanie walked my mini schnauzer on a weekly basis. She was reliable and took care not to tire him out too much as he is a senior dog and had some health issues. I recommend her for your fur baby!”

About: I've cared for dogs throughout my life, including feeding, walking, cleaning up after them, and recognizing their individual needs and personalities. I am available from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM for dog walks and drop-in visits. I enjoy staying active, so I love taking dogs on walks and making sure they get the attention, exercise, and care they need while their owners are away. About: I’ve taken care of both dogs and cats for over 5 years, including seniors, shy rescues, and energetic kittens. I’ve helped foster and rehome multiple cats, and currently care for three of my own. Friends and neighbors often rely on me to feed, clean, and spend quality time with their pets. I’m gentle, attentive, and love learning each animal’s unique personality. Pet care has always been a part of my life, and every interaction with animals feels incredibly healing and meaningful to me. I wish I could welcome even more animals into my life, but since I can’t right now, I treat every pet I care for like family whether they live in my home or yours. Pet care is already part of my daily life. I have three cats at home, including one I'm currently fostering. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and love being around them as much as possible. I provide a calm, pet-friendly space with lots of love and patience. I'm especially experienced with shy or anxious cats and dogs, and I make sure every pet feels safe, understood, and cared for. My own pets are well socialized, and I’m happy to follow any special instructions you have.
“Eric is amazing with my dog Dexter. Dexter is very happy when I get home with a big smile and happy to tell me about his visit from his friend!!! I would recommend Eric to anyone!!! Amazing job!!!”

About: I love dogs… of all kinds! That’s an understatement. My boy is Sailor, the Siberian Husky you see in my profile. The other two dogs—Bokee & Penny—are my friend’s dogs that I dog-sit for whenever I’m needed. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, and I’m comfortable with any breed. Your furry friend will love hanging out with Auntie Tamara. I work for myself so I’ll have plenty of time for your fur babies. From feeding to walking to bathing to chilling, your pup and I will be the best of friends. In terms of my house, I have a yard with high walls so Sailor doesn’t even try to go anywhere unless it’s with me. When taking care of my friend’s dogs, they entrust me with their house key so I can come over and watch over the pups (even when they’re older, they’re always puppies in my eyes). When you ask me to dog-sit for you in your home, you can trust me to treat your space with the utmost respect. Same goes for the fur babies. They’re always in good hands with Auntie Tamara.
“Mark is so great with my dog Sheila. He had some great suggestions for different harnesses we could use, and has helped train her into walking more calmly. He’s punctual and very understanding, and just overall amazing. 10/10 recommend!”
“Michelle was great with my dog, I could really tell that she is a dog person and is knowledgeable about the care and maintenance of dogs. She is conscientious, caring and dependable.”

About: I am 20 and got my first pet at 5 years old! I love all animals. I am 13 years old in the picture of me and my pup. I have three doggies, I feed, bathe, and walk all three pups on a daily basis to ensure they are as strong and healthy as they can be. Because of my years of experience with my doggies I got recommended to family members to care for their pets when they are on vacation. I have been taking care of friends, family, and neighbors pets for the last 4 years. I love to stay active as I have been a competitive athlete for 17 years. I have a day job as a gymnastics coach and rock climb daily recreationally. Pet care and dog walking fit into my daily schedule in the morning or afternoon before my shift begins or after a morning climb. For dog walking I carry my own supplies in case of emergencies such as universal leash (approved my pet parent, bags, healthy natural treats(approved by pet parent), and water. I always walk or do a light jog at the pace the dog is comfortable with and make sure they feel safe.

My dog Bodhi took to Sylvia right away...he does not do that with everyone. I handed her the leash and he went off with her with no hesitation...he was very excited. Sylvia has great energy!!! She took a darling picture of Bodhi which tells the minutes and how far he walked...very nice feature. I highly recommend Sylvia and already booked her again.
Chloe is a professional dog sitter and she is amazing with the dogs! She followed all my instructions , was on time every walk and send me pictures twice a day. I asked her fed my dogs ( she takes care about both my pugs) and she did it perfectly. I strongly recommend her! Thank you, Chloe!

Victoria is great with my senior border collie! I need a walker during the day when I'm at work and Victoria has been a life saver! She listens to direction, asks necessary questions and gives me a detailed report after the walk. I can tell that my big baby is happier with his walks while I'm away. I highly recommend her for your doggies!

I had a very hectic work schedule come up and needed a walker for a MONTH during the week. Yujing was available to accommodate the booking and communicated well. We had one day that we need to modify and she took care of it no problem. She showed up the first day with treats and got to know Skip so she would be comfortable with her. Showed up every day on time and sent pics and updates. 100% reliable and will definitely use again when we the need arises.

Vicky instantly won our two pups over. She’s very gentle and loving and our two dogs really enjoyed meeting her. We have two very active pups (Border Collie and Aussie). Our BC has so much fun on his walk with her. He came back very happy and don’t want her to leave. We’re excited to continue to have Vicky come and hangout with our two boys.

Judy has been wonderful with my dogs. She communicates clearly and consistently, and she has so much patience with my girls. I really appreciate her thoughtful suggestions, helpful comments, and the pictures she sends after each walk. She’s very knowledgeable, and I completely trust her with my dogs. I would absolutely recommend her.

I had an amazing experience with Maybrit I was in San Francisco for work and needed someone reliable to take care of my dog, and she went above and beyond. She was flexible with my schedule, made sure my dog got plenty of walks, and sent me updates that gave me peace of mind while I was busy. It’s such a relief to find someone who truly loves and cares for animals. Highly recommend her to anyone who needs a trustworthy and caring dog sitter! 🐾 Corry says Hi!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
