“Angelica was amazing with our pup! We were so nervous as we’ve had a bad experience when we left our Beagle puppy at a local pet resort and this was our first trip after that experience. However, Angelica went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable even before the actual booking. My husband and I travel a lot and after booking with Angelica we feel so confident that we’ve found a great boarding option for our pup. Our pup was so happy when we dropped her off and picked her up. Angelica sent us tons of pictures and updates for the days she had our pup. We are so happy with her service! Will definitely be booking again with her.”

“Ana and Mitchell were incredibly caring with Sophie. I needed a last-minute sitter for Sophie, who isn’t used to being home alone yet at 5 months, and they were amazing. What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. Sophie will definitely be back soon. We even forgot a couple of things at their house and stopped by later, and Sophie was eager to go back inside to Ana and Mitchell’s home- showing just how comfortable she feels there.”

“This was our second time having Cathy and Andres as Luffy’s dog sitter and Luffy was running to their front door and was so excited to go in. This reaction showed how much Luffy likes them and how well they took care of him the first time. They sent us the cutest pictures of him and their dog together. Will definitely book again!!”

“We hired Janice to take care of our mini Aussie for a week while out of town. She and her family were amazing and our pup took to them right away. She was awesome at providing regular updates, photos and videos. We are so happy to have found her and will be using her again! ❤️”

“Five stars. I couldn’t be happier with the care Jonesy received. Communication was excellent the entire time, and I always felt updated on how she was doing. It’s obvious Jonesy had a great time and was very well cared for. She came home happy, tired, and even learned a few new tricks while she was there. Most importantly, I felt completely confident that she was safe and in good hands. I would absolutely trust her with Jonesy again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.”

“We glad Tobby enjoyed his vacation again with Eric, he looks great in the photos & videos, good on this little old guy to have Eric to taken care of him. I would definitely recommend Eric to whom needs sitter when out of town.”

“We really appreciated Lisa (and her family’s) care for our dog Kunga! She was flexible with pick-up and drop-off times and sent updates. Kunga loved her time there. Would totally leave Kunga with Lisa again.”

“I love Haijin & Victor! Their communication is great and they are kind enough to send pics throughout the boarding time. They take great care and my doc comes home happy. They also do grooming and do a great job and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend and will be coming back regularly.”

“Our dog Zoey had a great time with Diana and her pups! We left for four days and Diana sent lots of communication and Zoey was well taken care of. We would highly recommend Diana and will use her in the future.”

“So thankful Rique was attentive and sweet to my senior boy! He administered medicine and even took care to learn how to wrap an old orthopedic injury my dog has (for support/wound prevention). It meant a lot to know that my dog was in such great and mindful care. I could tell my pup was comfortable, and that he lounged and enjoyed the backyard. Thank you again. Would absolutely recommend and hire again!”

“This was our first time leaving Lucky with anyone. We met sherice and her kids before we left for our trip. They made us feel very comfortable . Lucky was very happy and so were we . I would definitely use them again. Since I can't give them more than five stars I'll add my own. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟”

“The outstanding care of my two small dogs by Albane always gives me the confidence to make the important business and personal trips I need to make in my life. I could not be happier with her care of my pups!”

“Will definitely be using Philip again to board Wilbur! Wilbur loved him and almost didn’t want to come home with us when we picked him up. Philip was very responsive with messages and genuinely very nice. Great experience, highly recommended!”

“Jasmine and Andrew were so amazing! Great communication and super flexible. 3 night boarding for our dog and I’d definitely 100% recommend them for caring for your pet whenever you’re away. Our dog was very happy and all the pictures we received showed how much he liked his time with them. :)”

“Jing was wonderful with Melon. She took very good care of Melon and took her on several walks a day. Jing sent me updates throughout the day and I received lots of pictures. I highly recommend!!!”

“Yueli did a wonderful dog at watching our 2 dogs. One of our dogs has a anxious personality when staying anywhere outside our home, but Yueli did a great job at making her feel as comfortable as she could be. I wouldn’t leave my dogs anywhere else now! She regularly sent me photo/video updates every day. She is very quick to reply. I know our fur babies had a wonderful time!”

“Our pup had a wonderful time with Tiffany! Tiffany sent us frequent updates and pictures and took extra care of our dog when they were scared of fireworks over the holidays. We are so grateful for Tiffany’s care and attentiveness - our minds were at ease knowing that our dog was being well taken care of. Thank you, Tiffany!”

“Yuhong took care of my kitty while I was on a long vacation. We met prior to ensure Meru could meet Yuhong and it was clear Meru was going to be in great hands. Usually my neighbors will feed my cats while I’m on trips, but one of my cats crossed the rainbow bridge recently, and it gave me such peace of mind that Meru was not alone and had ample sweet and caring company with Yuhong and her husband. Meru had never been away from our home so she (and I) was nervous at first, but warmed up to Yuhong quickly. Yuhong played with Meru twice a day to keep her spirits up. I’m grateful this worked out and to have found a wonderful sitter moving forward!”

If I could give Victor and Haijin more than five stars, I would! Mookie is completely obsessed with them. The second he sees Victor and I hand over the leash, it’s like we no longer exist. He practically drags Victor home and doesn’t even bother looking back at us. Apparently, we’ve been replaced! As dog parents, there’s no better feeling than knowing your pup is this excited to spend time with someone. Victor and Haijin treat Mookie like family and shower him with so much love and attention. We know he’s happy, safe, and probably wondering why we’re interrupting his vacation when we come to pick him up! Thank you both for loving Mookie as if he were your own. Five stars just don’t do you justice!

Jing took such good care of Bagel for a week, this was our second time using Jing and she did a tremendous job of keeping us updated twice daily with pictures and updates of his daily walks, nap times, and eating/treat times. Will definitely be using Jing whenever we need someone to take care of Bagel!

We had a wonderful experience! Our dog was well cared for, and we really appreciated the updates and photos while we were away. It gave us great peace of mind knowing our pup was in such caring and trustworthy hands. We highly recommend them and will definitely book again!
We boarded our pup with Amelia and Roland for 10 days after just moving to Pasadena and would definitely book with them again. One thing that wasn’t as clear on their profile is that where your pup will primarily be is at Roland’s house which is spacious with an outdoor fenced in area. Roland was very attentive to our dog and sent us multiple photos and videos to assure us that she was doing well. He was very communicative and understanding when my flight got delayed and I picked up my dog a few hours after we had originally discussed. He really seemed to enjoy spending time with our dog, and it was an overall great experience. We would book with them again.

Rique is an awesome dog sitter! Cooper got sick while he was watching him and he took such great care of him. He also kept us updated and sent pictures and he has a big backyard that is perfect for running around in. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a sitter who is caring and reliable!

Outstanding experience. A few things I really appreciated: 1. Excellent communication with status updates and pictures of the dogs playing 2. The property is designed for the dogs to be safe, monitored, and low stress 3. Very quick response times 4. You can tell they’re dog people. They care and it shows. Will definitely be taking our dogs to them in the future.
Lawrence was the perfect sitter for Winnie! From the moment we first met before the actual booking, Winnie immediately started wagging her tail and felt comfortable with him—which is not something she does with everyone. Knowing I was leaving my baby with someone she was so happy to see made me feel completely at ease. Lawrence kept me updated throughout her stay, and communication was always excellent, which made the entire experience even smoother. I would 100% recommend Lawrence, and I will definitely be bringing Winnie back to him in the future!

We had been looking for a trust worthy sitter for our Aussie Doodle, Darla for some time, thank goodness we found Ana and Mitchell (and Ellie) who have a warm, clean and safe environment. Ana & Mitchell know how to engage with a dog, minimizing the stress for Darla and for her doggie parents as well!

Mark truly loves dogs+cats, and you can see it in how he dedicates his home and time to them. Our pup was given her own room and space to board in, as well as a back yard to roam. Communication with us constant and efficient. Our boarding request was last minute, and he did everything possible to make sure our pup would be a good fit and boarded comfortably (which takes a lot of work for a large working breed dog), he was so thorough it lifted a lot of weight off my shoulders. i was also happy to learn he works on certifications of animal behavior. We received photos and videos without having to request them. Mark just really cares, and will work to make parties on all sides comfortable. it was all really appreciated

Cathy was absolutely amazing with Cleo! From the moment we connected, she was communicative, kind, and clearly experienced with dogs. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Cleo came back happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for—which says everything. You can tell Cathy genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats your pet like her own. I would 100% book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring. Thank you again, Cathy!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
