“She was amazing with keeping me updated with pictures and messages . My puppy had a good time and was in amazing care . We will be using her again for both boarding and daycare .”

“Rika was so incredible with Shaka and gave updates and pictures everyday. We recently lost our usual sitter, so going with someone new was a bit scary, but she made me feel at easy everyday my dog was with her. Very responsive and communicative and made my little guy feel like a king! Can’t wait to work with Rika again soon. ❤️”

“Angelica was great. I’m so glad I found a sitter I can trust. She is kind and sweet. She loves dogs .and I can tell my dog loves her too . I’m definitely bringing my dog back to Angelica the next time I go outta town.”

“She was great with my senior dog, Nano. She truly cares and was very attentive. Nano needed daily medication, and she sent me pictures along with updates on how he was doing every day. I would definitely leave my dog with her again and highly recommend her services.”

“I highly recommend Janice! She sends frequent updates so you know your pet is doing well. It was very clear by the videos she sent that my dog was feeling very comfortable, as she was acting playful and silly, which she only does if she truly trusts someone. I was able to relax on my trip knowing my dog was happy and well cared for! Thank you Janice!”

“Ana and Mitchell and their dog Ellie were wonderful sitters for our 5 month old Labradoodle puppy. I am very glad to have found them. Their fenced in backyard and house are set up for entertaining new dogs with comfort and safety. They were able to get our puppy to eat his meals even though he's teething and sometimes unmotivated. He loved playing with Ellie and he was so relaxed after I picked him up because he had a great night with Ana & Mitchell.”

“This was our first time leaving Lucky with anyone. We met sherice and her kids before we left for our trip. They made us feel very comfortable . Lucky was very happy and so were we . I would definitely use them again. Since I can't give them more than five stars I'll add my own. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟”

“Cathy and Andres were wonderful! I was gone for five days and they took such great care of my dog. They always kept me updated on how my dog was doing. It was a complete load off my mind. They also have a great, sweet dog who kept mine company. Overall, this was a fantastic experience.”

“Yuhong is the best. She really came to our rescue last minute while we dealt with logistics related to the local wildfire. She took great care of our dog, and he was clearly happy in the daily update pics. On top of being available and reliable, Yuhong was also incredibly sensitive and caring towards our family's situation. I highly recommend her as both an awesome Rover and awesome human.”

“This was the second time I boarded my dog with Eric. He's patient, keeps a clean environment, and always sends me photos and updates of my dog. I feel completely at ease leaving my dog with him. Highly recommended!”

“I was searching all over for the best pet care provider I could find and I found Ali on Rover! She was amazing! She took pictures every day and sent me updates every day. My little Cece was so happy over there that when she came home, I think she already missed her! I would absolutely use Ali again. I highly recommend her for her professional attitude and her loving heart. She took the best care of my little baby that anyone ever could have! Thank you, Ali!!!!!!🐾💖🐾”

“Albane took wonderful care of our chihuahua Romeo during his boarding stay. She sent regular updates and photos the whole time, which made it so easy to relax while we were away. When we picked Romeo up he was happy and clearly well cared for. We'd book with Albane again in a heartbeat!”

“I'm so thankful for the excellent care Diana provided to my dogs. She sends me daily updates, my dogs looked very happy around her, her husband and their dogs. I'm so happy that I choose Diana to care for my dogs. I heartly recommend Diana to anyone that needs to leave their dogs in the care of someone. In the future, I'll leave my dogs with Diana knowing that she'll provide the best care and they will be happy in her care.”

“Michael took very good care of my 10 week old Lab. Such a short notice to. I am very greatfull and will use his service any other time that we might need. Thank you Michael! 😊”

“Lawrence was the perfect sitter for Winnie! From the moment we first met before the actual booking, Winnie immediately started wagging her tail and felt comfortable with him—which is not something she does with everyone. Knowing I was leaving my baby with someone she was so happy to see made me feel completely at ease. Lawrence kept me updated throughout her stay, and communication was always excellent, which made the entire experience even smoother. I would 100% recommend Lawrence, and I will definitely be bringing Winnie back to him in the future!”

“I couldn’t recommend Dodonna more!! She was super communicative and clearly cared so much about Otis. Plus, the updates and photos were such a comfort while we were away over the holidays. Such a great experience, and we will definitely book with her again!”

“5 STARS! From the first communication exchange I had with Tina I could tell she was going to be a great choice! Tina is very organized in the way she handles everything, and from our first meet and greet I could tell she was great with animals as well. I left my two young pit mix sisters, Bear and Stormy, with Tina for an extended weekend and I couldn't have felt more comfortable and relaxed being away from them, knowing they were in excellent hands. Tina sent me updates with pictures multiple times a day, and took the girls out for lots of runs and hikes and play time in the park with the pack. They had a blast and felt right at home with her. Tina will definitely by my #1 pick in the future and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality dog sitting experience! Thanks Tina! ”

My family went away on a trip and this was the first time we've ever used Rover. Junyao left such a great first impression during the meet and greet that my dog didn't want to leave her house. She gave regular updates during our dog's stay and was responsive if we had a question about something. I would definitely recommend Junyao if you're looking to board your dog!

Haijin and Victor were extremely prompt with replies for a last minute boarding. Our puppy Casper (8mo high energy beagle mix) had a great time playing in their big yard with the other dogs. When we picked Casper up, he didn't want to leave. Will definitely book again, peace of mind and ease of arrangements made this a wonderful experience.

Tiffany was absolutely wonderful with Winnie! I felt completely comfortable leaving her in Tiffany’s care, and it was obvious that Winnie was happy, well cared for, and loved while she was there. Tiffany was attentive, responsible, and so kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely trust her with Winnie again. Highly recommend!

We are very pleased with our boarding experiece with Amelia. She was very gentle and attentive to our dog. We received sufficient updates incl. photos, videos, and how our dog interacted with other dogs. And our dog got along well with hers (we think our dog misses her buddy).

I couldn’t be happier with Nugget’s stay! I especially appreciated that the home only had small dogs, since Nugget loves being around dogs her own size. She was cared for in a comfortable home environment, taken on walks, and clearly received plenty of attention and affection. The photos, videos, and regular updates gave me great peace of mind while I was away. It was wonderful to see how happy and relaxed Nugget looked throughout her stay. I feel very fortunate to have found such a caring and trustworthy place for her. I’ve found Nugget’s home away from home and will absolutely book again!

As a first time Rover user, my experience with Yifan was great. We had an initial meet and greet with Trixie, which helped put me at ease for my booking. The twice daily updates and photos were also appreciated, as I could see Trixie was well cared for and comfortable in her care.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
