I’m not certain if I contacted Yang on a weekend where they were particularly stressed out or overwhelmed. They were thankfully so accommodating when I reached out because the rover I trust had a truly horrible family emergency. When I dropped Chestnut off, I noticed that all of the dogs were in the backyard (totally fine, that’s Chestnut’s HEAVEN). What was weird to me was that they didn’t mention that there were so many dogs. I felt a little uneasy about all of that. She mentioned that all the dogs are able to come into the house because the heat could be overbearing, but there were absolutely no dogs in the house. When one tried to come in, she got upset and frazzled , wanting to put him back in the backyard. I asked them to provide me pictures of Chestnut because they didn’t send any the first day and I was getting worried. She then responded with pictures of Chestnut playing with another dog and stated that she couldn’t send any earlier because a family member was in the ED. I apologized but found it strange that I wasn’t notified at all, and that I probably wouldn’t have gotten pictures if I didn’t ask. She didn’t send me pictures the final full day Chestnut was there and I thought, it’s ok…I’ll see him tomorrow. When it was the last day, it was scheduled that we’d pick him up at 1:30 PM. She messaged me and asked if we could come earlier, it was apparently her husband’s birthday. Why were there excuses for every situation? I found that so strange. When we came earlier, chestnut was in the backyard near the fence and I immediately could tell he was dehydrated. It was EXTREMELY hot outside, so why was he outside? We saw him before we even rang the doorbell. When we rang the doorbell, I heard her screaming for Chestnut and her voice was irritated and angry. And when she opened the door for us, she immediately gave me her dog sitting card then stated, “you guys are the last people. Chestnut is….strong.” There are a million things that Chestnut is, and strong is one of them, but he is also infinitely loving, loyal, protective, sweet, playful, and so pure. Things that my regular Rover knows and sees. I will not be coming back, I’m sorry.

Great experience with Yang taking care of our fur baby. He was very responsive, provided updates/pics and has a great space for the dogs to play. Thank you Yang and look forward to seeing you soon

When I got my dog back he was extremely happy and well rested. I appreciated the fast responses, and my dog appreciated all the affection! 10/10 would book again

Great experience with Yang and Luci! Seems like my Winnie had a wonderful experience at their place; they were always responsive and gave me updates (and photos) immediately after I asked for. I will book their services again :)

Our dogs had so much fun. They came home worn down and happy. We will definitely use this sitter again.

Yang is the best, as always! I love the photos they send me, too! My dog is worn out and super happy after a weekend of play.
