What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. Sophie will definitely be back soon. We even forgot a couple of things at their house and stopped by later, and Sophie was eager to go back inside to Ana and Mitchell’s home- showing just how comfortable she feels there.”

We get regular updates and never have to ask them how Walter is doing. Their backyard is absolutely beautiful and dog friendly. “Jing took such good care of our corgi!! She provided frequent updates and responded to our requests very promptly! Overall making the process very worry free. We also added a bath request for an additional fee, and she came home smelling cleaning and Jing even made sure she brush out all her knots!! Idk how she managed this because we tried and she isn’t the most cooperative when it comes to getting rid of her knots..major kudos to Jing!! “Yuhong took care of my kitty while I was on a long vacation. We met prior to ensure Meru could meet Yuhong and it was clear Meru was going to be in great hands. Usually my neighbors will feed my cats while I’m on trips, but one of my cats crossed the rainbow bridge recently, and it gave me such peace of mind that Meru was not alone and had ample sweet and caring company with Yuhong and her husband. Meru had never been away from our home so she (and I) was nervous at first, but warmed up to Yuhong quickly. Yuhong played with Meru twice a day to keep her spirits up. We really can tell that Kiko is happy and treated well. Kiko is now back home with our daughter while we are still on vacation. This was Arnie's first time boarding with a sitter, and he had a wonderful time with Loretta. He made a new best friend with another dog, and had such a good time that he didn't seem to miss us that much (I think he enjoyed his vacation!) Loretta shared pictures and commentary with us so we always felt in touch with Arnie. I was most impressed with her flexibility - our travel plans changed unexpectedly, and we needed to have Arnie stay with Loretta an additional day. She was very accommodating, and everything went smoothly. Loretta is very responsive to messages and obviously loves dogs! I would highly recommend!
Yoko was absolutely amazing! We left our little guy, Boogey with her for an extended trip out of town, and it was his first boarding experience that was longer than 5 days. Boogey has some separation anxiety but Yoko put our minds to ease with her calm and warm demeanor! Yoko was able to maintain his walking schedule, feeding schedule and also sent photo/video updates during his stay that put our own separation anxiety at ease! This is why I can’t recommend Yoko enough; during Boogey’s stay, he had an allergic reaction (most likely a bug bite/bee sting from a walk) and Yoko calmly let us know what was happening, took him to the vet when we requested him to be brought there, and immediately got him the attention he needed, all while having an open line of communication with us. It’s every dog parent’s worst nightmare for something bad to happen while you’re away, but Yoko truly went above and beyond making sure he was well cared for in our absence. We can tell Boogey LOVED staying with Yoko, and we’ll be sure to have him stay with her for our next extended time out of town!
Dodonna and her family are unreal! The nicest and animal loving folks you’ll ever find. Very easy to work with and super flexible with pick up and drop off. Great with communication, very responsive and sent daily updates without prompting. We are so grateful to have found them!!
Rique is an awesome dog sitter! Cooper got sick while he was watching him and he took such great care of him. He also kept us updated and sent pictures and he has a big backyard that is perfect for running around in. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a sitter who is caring and reliable!
Amazing experience! My 2 dogs stayed with Jianlei for a few nights and I would definitely book another stay for them in the future. With a park right next door, my dogs were able to take frequent potty breaks and walks. Jianlei was very responsive and sent pictures/updates in the morning and evening which definitely helped with my peace of mind, especially since I have a senior dog.
