“Jing took such good care of our corgi!! She provided frequent updates and responded to our requests very promptly! Overall making the process very worry free. We also added a bath request for an additional fee, and she came home smelling cleaning and Jing even made sure she brush out all her knots!! Idk how she managed this because we tried and she isn’t the most cooperative when it comes to getting rid of her knots..major kudos to Jing!! We also noticed that she come happy, very well fed, and pretty exhausted probably from all the fun she’s had! Thank you Jing!! ❤️❤️❤️”
“Yuhong took care of my kitty while I was on a long vacation. We met prior to ensure Meru could meet Yuhong and it was clear Meru was going to be in great hands. Usually my neighbors will feed my cats while I’m on trips, but one of my cats crossed the rainbow bridge recently, and it gave me such peace of mind that Meru was not alone and had ample sweet and caring company with Yuhong and her husband. Meru had never been away from our home so she (and I) was nervous at first, but warmed up to Yuhong quickly. Yuhong played with Meru twice a day to keep her spirits up. I’m grateful this worked out and to have found a wonderful sitter moving forward!”

With a park right next door, my dogs were able to take frequent potty breaks and walks. Jianlei was very responsive and sent pictures/updates in the morning and evening which definitely helped with my peace of mind, especially since I have a senior dog. “Ana and Mitchell and their dog Ellie were wonderful sitters for our 5 month old Labradoodle puppy. I am very glad to have found them. Their fenced in backyard and house are set up for entertaining new dogs with comfort and safety. They were able to get our puppy to eat his meals even though he's teething and sometimes unmotivated. He loved playing with Ellie and he was so relaxed after I picked him up because he had a great night with Ana & Mitchell.”

“My husband and I booked a pet friendly hotel in Pasadena and planned on going to the 626 night market last weekend. At the time of booking, we didn't realize pets weren't allowed to be left unattended at the hotel at any time. Desperate to figure out where to leave my 10 month old pup Emma for a couple of hours, I learned about Rover and (around 9:30pm) began to message everyone and anyone I could in hopes of finding a last minute pet sitter. Angelica was quick to respond and very eager to help me with my situation. Upon dropping my pup off, her personality was very welcoming and her sons also looked very excited to spend time with my Emma. Although my pick up time was anticipated to be pretty late (around midnight or 1am!), she didn't seemed bothered by it at all. She truly is a pet lover! I’ve never had a dog with separation anxiety before and frankly it’s a nightmare because I have to have a dog sitter every time instead of letting him stay with friends Well, at this point feels like Joe is his friend. He’s extremely excited when we get to Joe ‘s house thankfully he’s also excited when I pick him up at the end! He’s always tired and dirty (not gross dirty) like a dog who had a blast! I couldn’t be happier with Nugget’s stay! I especially appreciated that the home only had small dogs, since Nugget loves being around dogs her own size. She was cared for in a comfortable home environment, taken on walks, and clearly received plenty of attention and affection. The photos, videos, and regular updates gave me great peace of mind while I was away. It was wonderful to see how happy and relaxed Nugget looked throughout her stay. I feel very fortunate to have found such a caring and trustworthy place for her. I’ve found Nugget’s home away from home and will absolutely book again!

Great experience! She took such great care of Ziggy and kept us updated with lots of pictures. Ziggy usually takes a little while to warm up in a new environment and people, but she felt right at home almost immediately during the meet up it was obvious she felt safe and happy. We’ve already booked with her again for next week. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable sitter!
Kiyomi is the BEST!! She made me feel so comfortable leaving my Tripod Jazz with her. It was my first time trusting someone new and she was beyond exceptional!! She’s the sweetest and truly loves animals. She sent me sooo many photos and updates and although I was on a quick vacation, my dog Jazz was too! She took him on so many outdoor adventures! We were so lucky to find Jadine last minute to watch our senior dog while we went out of town on a last minute camping trip.
