Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. ’ve used Ivanka twice now and she has been great with my senior dog. We did a doggy daycare trial run before boarding, and when we arrived for boarding, he walked into her house like he owned the place. He seems to be really comfortable around her and her dog, which is amazing because my dog doesn’t always get along with others. My dog is high maintenance because he has a lot of medication, treatments, and personality quirks, but she handled them with ease and followed all of my instructions. We also got photos for most of the days we were gone. We would use her again in a heartbeat.
Our Lea loves Dodonna and her family. She is a very skittish dog and would not let anyone approach her unless she feels safe. By day 2, Lea was so comfortable that she got on the bed on her own and rolls around like she owns the place. That is a testament to how loving they are to dogs, thus our sensitive girl feels safe with them. They even cooked fresh food for Lea to ensure she eats all her meals. Dodonna was also very responsive and sent updates, pictures, and videos daily. We would not board Lea withy anyone else as Dodonna is the only one that gives us the peace of mind when we are away from our baby girl. Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!
