About: From the day I was born until I moved out of my childhood home, I lived with cats. My family still owns cats, and I miss them every day that I am not with them. “This was Arnie's first time boarding with a sitter, and he had a wonderful time with Loretta. He made a new best friend with another dog, and had such a good time that he didn't seem to miss us that much (I think he enjoyed his vacation!) Loretta shared pictures and commentary with us so we always felt in touch with Arnie. I was most impressed with her flexibility - our travel plans changed unexpectedly, and we needed to have Arnie stay with Loretta an additional day. “Albert, Cat, and Trey were so lovely to work with! They were very responsive and provided me with plenty of updates and photos. Trey and Lola seemed to be fast friends and were "patrolling" the (gated) back yard together when I arrived to pick her up. They treated Lola like family and ensured that Lola got her AM/PM medications. They even sent her home with an adorable little report card that I hung up on the fridge because it sparks joy. It's always scary when having to leave your pet somewhere and I'm immensely grateful for them for treating Lola so well and giving her love in my absence. Many thanks from the bottom of my heart <3”
