“Where do I start, if I could leave a 10 star review I would, from the moment I left my dog with Steven it was pure joy, he was always in contact with updates with pics and videos, he is truly a animal lover, he is so patient and attentive, he will go above and beyond with your dog, I will definitely book again with Steven, thanks a lot Sol my dog was extremely happy staying with Steven. He is awesome!!!”

“Joyce and Yu are the bessssst!! They watched my dog while I was traveling and I could tell he was in very good hands. They’re very kind and caring, took him on plenty of walks and adventures to the park, provided a calm haven, and sent so many cute photos 😊 He even got a spa day while he was in their care! I’ll definitely be using them again — highly recommend!”

“This was the first overnight stay for my dog Millie. Janice is awesome! She took great care of Millie. I got several updates, which took all my worries away. And by the looks of it Mille had a wonderful time. Will board Millie with her again.”

“Rika was a fantastic pet sitter! My dog had a blast at her house. She sent me detailed updates on how my dog was doing, along with amazing pictures (they were honestly better than the ones I’ve taken myself). She truly took great care of my dog. I will 100% rebook her the next time I need a pet sitter. I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciate her for this boarding. Thank you, Rika!”

“Exceptional Care and Communication!! I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received while boarding with Serena .From the moment we arrived, it was clear that she genuinely loves animals and treats them like family. Obi felt right at home, and I appreciated the frequent updates, photos, and messages that kept me reassured throughout the stay. The home was clean, safe, and dog-friendly, and it was obvious that serena took the time to understand my dog’s routine and personality. When I picked up Obi he was so happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. he even ran back inside to and gave them kisses ! I highly recommend Serena to anyone looking for a responsible, kind, and professional pet sitter. I will absolutely book again in the future!”

About: I love animal and has been volunteering as a dog walker in local shelters and rescue groups since 2012. Then I joined the pet care industry doing dog walking, pet sitting, and dog boarding services. I got my certified Dog Day Care Owner and Basic Dog Training Certification along with Dog CPR certification. I have opened a Doggie Daycare/Boarding store and due to the pandemic, we are closed after four years of great business and great reputation. I provide a fun and safe environment for dogs, and there is a secured faced back yard for them to zoom, play and grass to potty. They will be having a home away from home with lots of belly rubs, toys, treats and love!! Most importantly I will keep communicating with pawrents with all the updates and cute pictures. For New dog boarding client, a half day or full day daycare is required to see if your dog is safe and comfortable at my place with other pups. Also, vaccination records are required as well including Rabies, Bordetella and DHLPP I am taking care of dogs full time so all the dogs are constantly being watched, loved and cuddled. Safety, Health and happiness of the dogs are the most important elements while they are in my care. I have a fenced backyard and dogs will never left in the backyard having zoom time or potty time without my present. I have two friendly senior dogs to keep all the dogs company in a clam environment.
“Eric was amazing! Teddy loved his stay there. Super professional with multiple video updates each day. He walked Teddy three times a day! I would definitely recommend Eric.”

“Janelle and her partner go above and beyond to make your pets feel happy and at home with them! My two pups had a fun and cozy time at their place. When I forgot to bring my senior dog’s bed with him, they ran out and bought him a new bed! We are beyond grateful for these two, they will care for your pets like they’re their own!”

“First time to use ROVER & found Joe. I was a bit nervous leaving Ana to a stranger . Joe sent me photos of Ana and I’m so happy I see her having a good time , interacting with other pets. Will book again next time:)”
“Yuhong is the best. She really came to our rescue last minute while we dealt with logistics related to the local wildfire. She took great care of our dog, and he was clearly happy in the daily update pics. On top of being available and reliable, Yuhong was also incredibly sensitive and caring towards our family's situation. I highly recommend her as both an awesome Rover and awesome human.”

“Our five-month-old German Shepherd was in great hands. We felt completely at ease leaving her there, and Shangmei followed all of our instructions carefully. This was the second time she has watched our dog, and once again, the experience was excellent. We truly appreciate the care and attention she provides!”

“Partheng took great care of our two frenchies and we could see that they really enjoyed their time there. We will be booking with him in the future and highly recommend his boarding!”

“We are so glad we left our pup in Li’s care. He sent photos every day, morning and night. He even gave her a bath so she came back so fresh and so clean! Top-notch service!”

“Amazing experience! My 2 dogs stayed with Jianlei for a few nights and I would definitely book another stay for them in the future. With a park right next door, my dogs were able to take frequent potty breaks and walks. Jianlei was very responsive and sent pictures/updates in the morning and evening which definitely helped with my peace of mind, especially since I have a senior dog. My dogs thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Thank you so much!”

“Ana and Mitchell were incredibly caring with Sophie. I needed a last-minute sitter for Sophie, who isn’t used to being home alone yet at 5 months, and they were amazing. What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. Sophie will definitely be back soon. We even forgot a couple of things at their house and stopped by later, and Sophie was eager to go back inside to Ana and Mitchell’s home- showing just how comfortable she feels there.”

“Lisa and her family were wonderful! She kept us posted with pictures every day and was very accommodating when our dog was a little shy around the other dogs. We will definitely be back!”

“Julianne is a great sitter and her space is absolutely perfect for active dogs like mine who love to run around. She’s always quick to respond to any messages and my dog seemed to have an amazing time, she was so relaxed when I picked up her which is rare. Would absolutely book with her again!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Rosemead
Haijin and Victor were extremely prompt with replies for a last minute boarding. Our puppy Casper (8mo high energy beagle mix) had a great time playing in their big yard with the other dogs. When we picked Casper up, he didn't want to leave. Will definitely book again, peace of mind and ease of arrangements made this a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful experience. Shu Ting took great care of our dogs and cat while we were away, and we felt completely comfortable knowing they were in good hands. Our pets were happy and well cared for when we returned, and we really appreciated the updates and communication throughout their stay. It gave us so much peace of mind being away knowing they were being loved and cared for. We would definitely book again and highly recommend her!

We are very pleased with our boarding experiece with Amelia. She was very gentle and attentive to our dog. We received sufficient updates incl. photos, videos, and how our dog interacted with other dogs. And our dog got along well with hers (we think our dog misses her buddy).

As a first time Rover user, my experience with Yifan was great. We had an initial meet and greet with Trixie, which helped put me at ease for my booking. The twice daily updates and photos were also appreciated, as I could see Trixie was well cared for and comfortable in her care.

This was the first time I had to board my senior dog. I was very nervous. However, after reading all the wonderful reviews about Joe and meeting him, I was convinced that Jackson was in great hands. Joe truly cares about animals. Jackson returned home happy and I will definitely call Joe again to care for Jackson if needed. Thanks Joe!
