“I adopted my Australian Cattle Dog mix in August 2020. Since having her, I've observed how submissive, timid, fearful and anxious she can be. It was clear she wasn't socialized and the socialization she did have was either unhealthy (at best) or abusive (at worst). Come June 2021, I booked a 10-day out-of-state vacation. Though I wished I could bring Sophie, I couldn't. And, unfortunately, leaving her with family wasn't an option. From meet-and-greet to the actual boarding to pick-up, Felicia was stellar. I expected Sophie to refuse food for several days - it didn't happen. She ate the first night! I thought Sophie would avoid all the other dogs and cling to the front door while anxiously awaiting my return - didn't happen. Within 2 days, she bonded with Felicia and by day 4-5, she was curious about the other dogs and would initiate contact. By the latter part of her boarding, she would initiate play with other dogs and play fetch with them. Sophie became Felicia's second shadow and bedside companion. It's now been only 2 days post-boarding and I can see how confident and secure Sophie has become in herself and around other people/dogs. I'm so proud of Sophie's progress and I know it couldn't have happened without Felicia's excellent care. I have no doubt I will use Felicia's services again while I am away. About: I love animal and has been volunteering as a dog walker in local shelters and rescue groups since 2012. I got my certified Dog Day Care Owner and Basic Dog Training Certification along with Dog CPR certification. I have opened a Doggie Daycare/Boarding store and due to the pandemic, we are closed after four years of great business and great reputation. I provide a fun and safe environment for dogs, and there is a secured faced back yard for them to zoom, play and grass to potty. They will be having a home away from home with lots of belly rubs, toys, treats and love!! Most importantly I will keep communicating with pawrents with all the updates and cute pictures. For New dog boarding client, a half day or full day daycare is required to see if your dog is safe and comfortable at my place with other pups. Also, vaccination records are required as well including Rabies, Bordetella and DHLPP I am taking care of dogs full time so all the dogs are constantly being watched, loved and cuddled. Safety, Health and happiness of the dogs are the most important elements while they are in my care. I have a fenced backyard and dogs will never left in the backyard having zoom time or potty time without my present. I have two friendly senior dogs to keep all the dogs company in a clam environment.

Yang and his family took such wonderful care of Nyra! They watched her overnight and followed all directions. The communication is fast and responsive. Eric deserves EVERY single glowing review possible! This was the first time I've used Rover and Eric has made the process so seamless, easy, and reliable. On short notice, I needed somebody to board my small dog for a week. Originally, I had tried to book with someone else, but that sitter backed out almost last minute because my small dog isn't immediately friendly with other dogs. Eric, however, was extremely understanding of my predicament, and he listened when i told him him that my dog needs time to adjust to new company – she is not aggressive or angry, she is just timid, shy, and reclusive. Eric understood and assured me of his many years of experience with dogs. I got to meet him beforehand with my dog. His house is very lovely, clean, and polished, and perfectly set up to accommodate anybody's pup. It was not a stressful or triggering environment for dogs, and there was plenty of yard and space to explore. He was kind, professional, and showed me what my dog's boarding situation would look like, which I really appreciated. I was unsure if he would accept the booking request on such late notice, especially because my dog needed a little bit of time to trust him and her temporary new environment, but he assured me that everything would be fine. While I was away, he sent me pictures and videos of her in her new environment, which was very reassuring for me. My dog was so relaxed and calm in his house that she even made a friend! She was now dog-friends with Eric's dog, which was doubly reassuring and comforting for me to know that she had doggy company and companionship. When I came back to pick her up, she was just as happy and healthy as when I dropped her off. I cannot thank Eric enough, he has been so kind and professional and accommodating and I will definitely be booking again with him in the future and recommending him to everyone I know who needs a sitter for their pup. Nicholas took good care of Charlie and sent me videos daily of Charlie playing with the other dogs that he was sitting. I really appreciated seeing Charlie virtually everyday and knowing that he is safe and happy. He has a playroom for the dogs and a small fenced backyard for the dogs to play as well.
