“I’m so thankful to have found Joyce and her roommate. At the beginning I was kind of nervous and even lose sleep few days prior to dropping Kiko off at Joyce’s. Once I drop her off and shortly after get an update, all my worries gone and I was able to go on vacation at ease. Joyce gave us regular updates with photos and videos. We really can tell that Kiko is happy and treated well. Kiko is now back home with our daughter while we are still on vacation. “Ana and Mitchell were incredibly caring with Sophie. I needed a last-minute sitter for Sophie, who isn’t used to being home alone yet at 5 months, and they were amazing. What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. Sophie will definitely be back soon. We even forgot a couple of things at their house and stopped by later, and Sophie was eager to go back inside to Ana and Mitchell’s home- showing just how comfortable she feels there.”

Haijin and Victor were extremely prompt with replies for a last minute boarding. Our puppy Casper (8mo high energy beagle mix) had a great time playing in their big yard with the other dogs. When we picked Casper up, he didn't want to leave. Will definitely book again, peace of mind and ease of arrangements made this a wonderful experience.
We are very pleased with our boarding experiece with Amelia. She was very gentle and attentive to our dog. We received sufficient updates incl. photos, videos, and how our dog interacted with other dogs. And our dog got along well with hers (we think our dog misses her buddy).
