During the meet and greet, Steven immediately put us at ease with his kindhearted and soft nature which made us confident in his ability to provide excellent care. While we were gone, steven provided updates with pictures every day, and we could see that they were happy, relaxed, and enjoying thier time with him. About: I love animal and has been volunteering as a dog walker in local shelters and rescue groups since 2012. Then I joined the pet care industry doing dog walking, pet sitting, and dog boarding services. I got my certified Dog Day Care Owner and Basic Dog Training Certification along with Dog CPR certification. I have opened a Doggie Daycare/Boarding store and due to the pandemic, we are closed after four years of great business and great reputation. I provide a fun and safe environment for dogs, and there is a secured faced back yard for them to zoom, play and grass to potty. They will be having a home away from home with lots of belly rubs, toys, treats and love!! Most importantly I will keep communicating with pawrents with all the updates and cute pictures. For New dog boarding client, a half day or full day daycare is required to see if your dog is safe and comfortable at my place with other pups. Also, vaccination records are required as well including Rabies, Bordetella and DHLPP I am taking care of dogs full time so all the dogs are constantly being watched, loved and cuddled. Safety, Health and happiness of the dogs are the most important elements while they are in my care. I have a fenced backyard and dogs will never left in the backyard having zoom time or potty time without my present. I have two friendly senior dogs to keep all the dogs company in a clam environment.

It was my first time using Haijin & Victor for my puppies. They sent us pictures and my babies looked like they were enjoying themselves. Booboo and I had a great experience with Yifan. She asked good questions, followed my detailed instructions, and provided updates with pictures twice a day. She was careful to make sure Booboo didn't jump and got her daily sunbathing in. Booboo is a senior dog and has anxiety but I could tell from the pictures that Booboo acclimated to her environment and enjoyed her time with Yifan. I'd 100% book with her again. :)
Kaili took wonderful care of Lolo while we were away. We boarded our pup with Amelia and Roland for 10 days after just moving to Pasadena and would definitely book with them again. One thing that wasn’t as clear on their profile is that where your pup will primarily be is at Roland’s house which is spacious with an outdoor fenced in area. Roland was very attentive to our dog and sent us multiple photos and videos to assure us that she was doing well. He was very communicative and understanding when my flight got delayed and I picked up my dog a few hours after we had originally discussed. He really seemed to enjoy spending time with our dog, and it was an overall great experience. We would book with them again.
