“Ana and Mitchell were incredibly caring with Sophie. I needed a last-minute sitter for Sophie, who isn’t used to being home alone yet at 5 months, and they were amazing. What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. About: Lived in a multi-dog household for over 15 years providing care to pups of all ages (newborn puppies to seniors). Experienced in puppy care, senior care, medication administration, and rescue pups needing a little extra attention as they're getting adjusted to their new furrever homes. Although I don't personally provide training, I've had experience in going through training for our own pups and can support in maintaining the training that you have already in place. Guests are provided with care full-time. I'm available throughout the week and are generally flexible with pick up and drop off times. Though there may be some slight adjustments to the our daily routine, a general idea of our schedule for boarding consists of.. 6:30am potty break and playtime 7am breakfast and continued playtime 8:30am lounge/nap time Potty breaks every 3-4 hours 12:00pm -2:00pm Afternoon playtime some time during this time frame if the weather permits 5:30pm-7:00pm dinner around this time frame Evening play until 7:30pm-8pm 11:00pm for a final potty break We live in a fenced home that is double gated with a large spacious backyard. Guests are only allowed outside when there is human supervision. Guests are welcome to wrestle and play chase; however, if we do see there is an escalation in energy levels then we do a quick reset and separate guests for several minutes before returning to a lower energy of play behavior.

Trey and Lola seemed to be fast friends and were "patrolling" the (gated) back yard together when I arrived to pick her up. They treated Lola like family and ensured that Lola got her AM/PM medications. They even sent her home with an adorable little report card that I hung up on the fridge because it sparks joy. We boarded our pup with Amelia and Roland for 10 days after just moving to Pasadena and would definitely book with them again. One thing that wasn’t as clear on their profile is that where your pup will primarily be is at Roland’s house which is spacious with an outdoor fenced in area. Roland was very attentive to our dog and sent us multiple photos and videos to assure us that she was doing well. He was very communicative and understanding when my flight got delayed and I picked up my dog a few hours after we had originally discussed. He really seemed to enjoy spending time with our dog, and it was an overall great experience. We would book with them again.
If you are looking for a spectacular sitter, hire Steven! He went above and beyond for our pup, keeping us posted every step of the way with great photos. Our dog has separation anxiety, but Steven handled it flawlessly by dedicating lots of quality time to him and taking him on frequent daily walks. We couldn't have asked for better peace of mind. Amazing experience! My 2 dogs stayed with Jianlei for a few nights and I would definitely book another stay for them in the future. With a park right next door, my dogs were able to take frequent potty breaks and walks. Jianlei was very responsive and sent pictures/updates in the morning and evening which definitely helped with my peace of mind, especially since I have a senior dog. Shu Ting continues to be an amazing sitter! This last booking, our flight home was delayed and she was extremely accommodating.
