“I had a last-minute reservation and was grateful they were able to accept it the same day. Communication was quick and responsive — they even sent me a photo and an update when I checked in to see how my dog was doing. Since I didn’t get a chance to see the indoor or backyard areas myself, I can’t personally comment on those spaces beyond the photos shared on the profile. Overall, I appreciated their flexibility and care, and my dog seemed happy when I picked him up.”

Their fenced in backyard and house are set up for entertaining new dogs with comfort and safety. They were able to get our puppy to eat his meals even though he's teething and sometimes unmotivated. I couldn’t be happier with the care our dog received. Yueli was incredibly responsible, attentive, and genuinely loving. They kept us updated with photos and messages, followed every instruction perfectly, and treated our dog like family. We came home to a happy, calm, well‑cared‑for our dog. This was the third booking with Brenda and her husband. We were out of the country for 3 weeks this time, and even though was hard to leave leave our baby, she's a senior dog on medication, I knew Brenda would take good care of her. Brenda responds quickly to texts and sends pictures daily which makes being away a whole lot easier. When we picked our girl up she looked happy and well cared for.
We were so thankful to have Dawn as our Rover! We were really worried about leaving our dog for 2.5 weeks, and she was so calm and reassuring throughout the whole process. She sent us photos every day, and our dog clearly loved his stay with her. Our dog has some reactivity, and so it’s really important for us to work with Rovers that understand his triggers. Dawn was attentive to all the info we provided beforehand and we could tell from the photos during the stay that our dog felt very safe and comfortable with her. We would highly recommend Dawn as a Rover!
As my first time for boarding our puppy with a sitter I was incredibly lucky and blessed to have Lullia and her hubby host and care for Waffles. From how she welcomed Waffles, eased my concerns to regular updates and videos I am very pleased. He went home happy as he spent days playing and being outside on walks despite some rainy weather. I definitely plan to get their help again.
Vicky was truly amazing. She sent me so many pictures throughout the day, took my baby on a nice walk, and even played with those little sensory discovery toys. She was honestly one of the best babysitters we’ve ever had ,caring, patient, and so thoughtful. I felt completely at ease the whole time. Highly recommend her!
