She was kind with a very positive and honest vibe that convinced me she was the right choice for this 3 day stay. I am the type of person who enjoys getting multiple updates throughout the day (eating, potty breaks, walks, etc.), as it puts my mind at ease knowing Kuma is happy and doing well. I had to ask for multiple updates, but Harrison was very accommodating and sent me many more updates, along with photos and videos as requested. Wan was everything I could hope for. Experienced, kind, gentle, and reassuring. We had a death in the family and had to travel with our dog to attend the funeral. Wan greeted our dog, Lucky, with lots of love and cared for her so well, that for once, she didn't miss us when we left! It was a relief to know Lucky was happy and well cared for.
We left our dog Zazzi with Rey and his family for 3 weeks while we were overseas. Our hearts were soothed by the way he cared for our girl. She licked her paw raw, and he was quick to notify us and went to the vet to retrieve meds and an ecollar and she healed nicely. He gave photos and videos that showed how happy she was in his care. I would highly recommend him to friends and family!! Thank you Rey again for caring for Zazzi and easing our hearts as we were away!!
