“Mia is a sweet person and good pet sitter! We asked her to meet up before the appointment to see how Ponyo would like her and Ponyo warmed up to her very quickly and let Mia pet her. During the pet sitting, she sent us cute pictures & some video! Overall, Mia was great with Ponyo, also cleaning the litter before leaving. The only thing to mention was that it was hard to reach Mia before the appointment to confirm, originally the schedule was at 6 AM but I messaged her around 12 AM to come in at 8 AM instead, I didn’t get a reply. Since the pet sitting was moved to 8 AM we asked for a confirmation and called/texted multiple times from 6:25 to 7:55 AM to no response. This created so much stress for us not knowing if she was coming or not. She finally messaged us around 8:02 AM and said she just woke up & asked if she should still come in. She got into our unit at 8:27 AM. She did however apologized to us which is all good. To reiterate though, Mia was good with Ponyo and was overall a good pet sitting. She just needs improvement on communication and on responding quickly.”

“Alex was wonderful! She took care of our senior dog for three nights while house sitting. Our older dog has multiple health issues and of course the week of a trip we had planned our dog had a neck strain and required a little more extra care and multiple medications. We were very nervous to leave her, at one point had thought about canceling our trip, but Alex reassured us when we were a bit nervous that she would be OK. You can tell she has a lot of experience and she even knew a lot of the medications our dog was on. We knew we were leaving her in good hands and it showed when our dog seemed to be doing better when we got home! If we were to ever need another house/pet sitter again we would not hesitate to use Alex. Thank you very much for taking care of our pup!”

“Mary has babysat my previous dog as well as my current dogs now and they all love her. She takes care of them well and loves them like they are her own pups. She pays very close attention and also takes specific instructions specially with my previous dog who needed a lot of medication and had a lot of allergies as a senior dog. She is flexible when I have had to extend hours due to my travel, and also accommodating when I have had to call for emergency drop ins for walks. We adore her!”

“We rebooked Amanda for a week-long house sit with my 75lb GSD rottweiler mix, who was so excited to hang with Amanda again. Amanda was communicative and for a longer stay we excitedly anticipated Amanda's 9pm pupdates each night. She included lots of photos and videos which made it easier being away from home. This stay was also over Halloween so Amanda graciously set out the candy bowl and sign we prepared for her. Amanda was polite & tidy with our home, and intuitive & playful with our dog. They are not leash trained, but Arianna was able to walk them with no problem and even helped assit in training them not to pull on the leashes. He was balky with her at first (he does that with new people), but she was patient and worked within the limits he set until he was willing to go for his usual walks and play. She sent pictures every day. We knew he was feeling more comfortable with her when he was laying on his back and snuggling on the couch.”
