“Brian is a very nice and caring person who clearly loves animals and treats them well! He is kind and attentive, always showing pets love and care. You can tell he enjoys being around them, bringing as much fun and loving energy to pet care as he gets from taking care of them. When walking dogs, Brian is mindful of the environment, keeping pets on routes and in spaces where they feel comfortable. With older dogs/pets, Brian is gentle and caring, never pushing them or showing aggression. He ensures they are comfortable, everyone is having a good time, and any medical needs are taken care of, too! Most importantly, he is very patient and understanding of different pet personalities and remains mindful of the time needed for pets to adjust. He was balky with her at first (he does that with new people), but she was patient and worked within the limits he set until he was willing to go for his usual walks and play. They are not leash trained, but Arianna was able to walk them with no problem and even helped assit in training them not to pull on the leashes.
