“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Anthony! He cared for our severely injured pup with the utmost compassion, patience, and professionalism. From the very start, Anthony followed every single care instruction with precision, making sure our dog was comfortable, safe, and on track with recovery. Beyond just being attentive, he showed our pup so much genuine love and affection—it truly gave us peace of mind knowing our dog was in the best hands possible. It’s rare to find someone who treats your pet as if they were their own, but that’s exactly what Anthony did. We are beyond grateful for his kindness and dedication, and we couldn’t feel more appreciative. We are already looking forward to having him doggy sit for us again in the future. Thank you for everything, Anthony!”

“Justin took good care of our home and fur babies while we were away on a 9 day trip. She kept me informed the entire time, took pictures, and sent daily updates on most if not all days. I would definitely use her again 😊. Thank you Justine!”

“Jaclyn watched Pancho for 3 days while I was out of town. She kept the house tidy and sent updates/pictures throughout the day. She is caring and friendly and I will definitely use her in the future.”

“Hunter did an excellent job. He was communicative and responded immediately every time I contacted him. He sent me pictures frequently keeping me updated on my doggy’s status. He informed me before he was leaving the house to eat and was never gone for an extended period of time. He was able to coerce her up the stairs when she decided to not allow him to pick her up and sent me a video with the progress! Then he figured out how to lift her onto the bed for bedtime! This was the first time that I used a pet sitter and am glad I found Rover.com (it was easy to find them!) and was hooked up with Hunter. I would definitely use Hunter again and highly recommend him as your next pet sitter. Thank you, Hunter and best of luck with veterinary school 🙂”

About: Fur babies love that I genuinely offer love and care at first sight and touch. With more than 10 years of first hand experience and knowledge, I truly enjoy interacting with the most intelligent, loyal, and loving creatures of them all. I have great pet care experience in: bath & grooming, tick & flea removal, and hair dematting. Also, I have experience administering medications. My key objective is to keep your fur baby comfortable and happy every minute under my watch. I have a flexible schedule with open extra early or late bookings for weekdays and weekends. I truly believe our beloved fur babies have a 6th sense and they will always be the best judge when sniffing people out if you get what I mean.
“Joyce did a great job with Bellini. She regularly sent me images and updates on my pet's behavior throughout my time away. Communicative, reliable, and an obvious pet lover - I felt confident my cat and my home were in good hands during my vacation. I'll definitely be working with Joyce again in the future. 5 star recommend!!”

“Viviana was amazing with our puppy, Ollie! It’s clear that she has a true love for animals and is committed to providing excellent care. She’s also knowledgeable and gave us great feedback on what to expect during this stage (it’s our first time raising a puppy). I would have her watch Ollie again soon, and I would recommend Viviana to others in a heartbeat!”

About: I've had dogs for as long as I can remember, until now. My friends know me as the person that will run across the street to pet a cute pup and tell the pup how much I love them. I recently moved back to Glendora from Dallas and would love to fill my pet void by giving love to your dogs. I live in a clean, spacious, very dog-friendly home with a big fenced-in yard. I work fully remotely with a flexible schedule! I work fully remotely and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I can schedule walks and check-ins around meetings throughout the day. I have a large fenced-in yard. I have experience with owning a reactive rescue who needed special attention and care when in new environments or out of the house. I'll always err on the side of caution and safety for everyone involved.
“Tyler took wonderful care of our three dogs. They absolutely love her. She listened to our instructions and made us feel confident that our dogs were safe and well taken care of. I would highly recommend her to anyone!”

About: I’ve grown up with animals in and around the house. I currently live with 11, 2 dogs and 9 cats. All of which vary in age. I’ve bottle fed newborn kittens, administered flea medication and other oral and external medications, and I can keep animals company. I’m working part-time and I’m currently looking for another source of income even if it’s just a little side money, I don’t do much outside of work, while my schedule is inconsistent, I don’t work often, though I’m willing to negotiate scheduling. I have 11 animals in my house. Currently 2 kittens who I have bottle fed, and in the process of harness training. I have a fenced backyard for my two dogs, and a cat who loves to smell the flowers. NONE of my felines are outdoor cats, though as previously mentioned, I have one who likes to take a step outside every once in a while and one of my kittens has a borderline unhealthy attachment to me. The litter boxes are cleaned every other day, and all animals, except the kittens because of how old they are, are on a feeding schedule. The dogs do get cooked meals. Currently I only have 2 animals posted on my profile, but I do live with 11 total. I just have yet to make their profiles.
About: I take care of every pet like they’re my own. I pay close attention to their routine, what they like, and what makes them comfortable. Whether your pet needs playtime, walks, or just someone to sit with them and keep them company, I’m happy to help and make them feel safe and loved. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. I’m retired, so I have plenty of time and flexibility for walks, visits, and spending quality time with your pet. I can easily adjust my day around their needs and make sure they feel cared for and comfortable. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routine exactly as you describe it. I make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable by keeping things familiar—feeding them on time, refreshing water, taking them for walks, and giving them playtime or quiet time depending on what they like. I always keep the home tidy, double-check that doors and gates are secure, and send updates so you know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make everything feel stress-free for both you and your pet.
About: I have taken care of pets and been around pets since I was a child. I mainly specialize in cats but I have experience with medium and little sized dogs too. I have had my own 2 kitties for about 8 years. I am a gig worker and I love having flexibility. It is great for being able to drop in and play with your animals or feed them. With my knack for attention to detail I can easily pay mind to any specific instructions I may need to follow. I give my pets love, patience and understanding and would treat your animals with the same respect I give my own.
About: I am the cat/dog-whisperer of the family. From poodles and pugs, to chihuahuas and collies, to pitties, bulldogs, and great dane’s. I have cared for many dogs over the years and currently have a cat of my own. She is a sassy orange tabby who doesn’t care for other cats or dogs which is why I can’t watch over your pets in my home (she’s very territorial), but am happy to care for them where they are comfortable! I have administered medications, cleaned everything you could imagine from a cat or a dog, and bonded with many a pet. I have volunteered at Humane societies across Los Angeles and have donated my time to a local animal groomers in Silverlake. Excited to meet your pets! Currently semi-available on weekends but available weekdays for dog-sitting, walking, and playing! Delighted to spend time with your cats and dogs while you take on the world! Unable to bring pets to my home due to roommates and pets of my own. I can clean liter boxes or scoop up your pup’s landmines. I am happy to bring some cat/dog treats. Can follow schedules and protocols for any pet necessities and will keep a line of communication regarding your pets activities. Expect cute pictures!
“Being the first time away from our shelter pup,we were very nervous about him - if he would be well taken care of, if he would have a good rapport with his sitter, and if our sitter would even work out. Steven was amazing and allowed us to enjoy our vacation knowing Ozzy was well taken care of. He established a good relationship with him before our vacation (it helped that we had several drop ins before so Ozzy would be familiar and comfortable with him - I highly recommend doing this for any new sitter) and was respectful of our home while we were away. Thank you Steven for taking such great care of Ozzy!”

“Yasmin is such a sweet and patient soul! She has such a calm disposition that put my family at ease to trust in taking care of our fur babies. Such a wonderful experience working with her. We feel lucky to have met such a gem of a dog sitter who truly LOVES dogs. Upon booking she offered to meet our dogs the night before to meet and get acclimated with the dogs. This was comforting…and she even brought each of them a little chew toy to play with! On the day of our booking she was great with communication, updates, and sending pictures of our girls!! It was awesome to see them having fun, playing and resting throughout the day. My German Shepherd is very high energy and she took her high play drive like a pro! When I got home she was happy and mellow from being active all day! From my family to yours, thank you Yasmin!!💗”

About: I studied nursing at university, which has given me strong observation skills, patience, and a sense of responsibility when caring for others — including pets. I’m familiar with basic pet safety, health awareness, and what signs to watch for in daily care. I’ve been caring for cats since I was 14 years old and am very comfortable with daily routines such as feeding, cleaning litter boxes, trimming nails, and monitoring appetite and behavior changes. I also have experience caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities, including regular walks, playtime, and companionship. I understand how important consistency and emotional comfort are for pets, especially those who may feel anxious when away from home. I provide a calm, clean, and attentive environment, and I’m happy to follow each pet’s usual routine to help them feel safe and relaxed. I care for both cats and dogs with patience, love, and close attention. I am on vacation, I have plenty of time to play with puppies and kittens, I usually stay at home, and can accompany your pets at any time I have a fenced yard and a cat to accompany your pet, giving him plenty of room to move around. I will not restrict the pet's freedom. If you want your pet to be in a cage, I can also accept the cage you bring yourself.
“Stacey was a caring and conscientious sitter for our dog, Gus. She met him ahead of time, wanted to make sure she could care for him in the same way we do, and left a calm happy dog with us after her time with him. We will definitely ask her to sit again!”

“Athena was amazing. She is reliable, trustworthy and a kind hearted person. Athena was wonderful with our dog who has separation anxiety. For us knowing our dog is in good hands and well taken care of is extremely important. Athena was quick replying to messages, sent daily photos and kept us updated which gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend Athena and without a doubt will select her again.”
“I can’t say enough good things about Beverly! She stayed at our house to take care of our dogs while we were away, and honestly, it made our trip so much easier knowing they were in her hands. She sent us the sweetest photo updates throughout her stay and kept us in the loop about everything, from playtime to nap time. It was clear our pups absolutely loved her, and they were happy and tired in the best way when we got home. We’re already hoping Beverly is available the next time we need to travel. Thank you so much, Beverly!”

About: I have been dog and cat sitting for friends and neighbors since college. I have done over night visits to stay with anxious pets who need a human to sleep by, drop ins for cats and dogs, and walked dogs. I am currently back home for summer break from medical school. I am available any hour of the day to feed, play, and walk your pet. I can only do house visits because I am staying at my family’s home. But I will make sure to follow your directions on how to properly take care of your pet.

Tony was absolutely amazing with our two bulldogs, Hendrix and Benny! From the very beginning, he kept us constantly updated and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. He was incredibly sweet with the boys, spent time playing outside with them, hanging out with them, and genuinely treated them like his own. Hendrix and Benny absolutely adored him, which says everything because they can definitely be stubborn bulldogs 😂. What really meant so much to us was that on the last day, Tony could have left much earlier, but he stayed longer because he didn’t want them to be alone for too long. That level of kindness and care meant the world to us. Tony is smart, trustworthy, kind, and truly amazing with dogs. We are beyond grateful for him and would recommend him to anyone looking for someone who will genuinely love and care for their pets. Thank you so much, Tony!!

Kelsey is the BEST with our dogs. We love having her care for them and will absolutely book her in the future. She's so calm and understanding of our dogs, allowing each of them personal time and affection from her. We're forever grateful we found her on Rover!

Joyce is amazing! My babies warmed up to her immediately 🤗. I’m very picky about who I trust with my dogs, but I felt completely comfortable with Joyce from the start. She sent me pictures throughout her time with them, which I absolutely loved as a crazy dog mom! I highly recommend Joyce.

When I met Olivia, she met and held eye contact. I knew right then she was very mature for her age and was the person I wanted sitting my family. All instructions followed. Cats were beautifully groomed. I would not hesitate to book her again. She exemplifies 5 star service. Thank you so very much for putting up with my systems based helicopter parent ways!
