Rachel took the time to try to understand any concerns we had and she asked lots of questions and we explained they were each on a different food as one is on a prescription diet. It was a good experience with Hunter. Good things are that he is easy to communicate with, reliable, and knowledgeable about dogs. I could feel his passion for studying to become a vet, and he has a strong sense of professionalism toward animals. He did everything we asked for, sending many cute photos and videos. We could see how our dog was doing. He was on time, and responses were immediate. The room and backyard were kept clean. I appreciate it not only for taking care of our dog. I’m willing to ask about taking care of our dog next time if we have any chance. Our senior dog liked him well. I guess he missed Hunter the following day because he didn't see him.

Myra was able to handle my crazy calicos and my chinchilla with no problem! I have yet to find a pet sitter who is so detailed, care oriented, and well versed in exotic pets. She even gave my cats a nice groom! My medium haired looks fluffier than ever :). As for my chinchilla, I usually have to sweat over the fact that people have never even seen one before. She knew exactly what to feed him, pet him, clean his cage, and he was the calmest I’ve ever see him post trip. Left the apartment and litter boxes immaculate! Will be booking again.
