They are both very friendly around other animals and if you are not comfortable with yours being around other animals, that is totally understandable and I can easily separate them into their own individual spaces. I can crate them as well too if desired or needed. I have a very open backyard so lots of space to run around. As far as service in your home, I make sure to keep it how I walked into the space by meeting the dog or cat’s needs and cleaning up any messes they may have left. About: I am extremely passionate about animals. I have a background in animal behavior and biology, and have worked with domestic and exotic species for most of my life. For dogs, I have worked in rescue and boarding situations. I have a wealth of experience in handling and managing behavioral challenges such as fear aggression, reactivity, and resource guarding. I’ve worked with dogs of all ages, and have been trained to administer all sorts of medications. Additionally, I have worked with puppies and adult dogs in behavioral training, and am more than capable to follow your routines for management. I have worked with all manner of cats, as well as medication administration and general husbandry. I am more than willing to discuss specifics, in the case your kitty has some special instructions. Even if they aren’t the most friendly to strangers, I’m willing to work with them. Reptile, amphibian, and aquatic care is also well within my capabilities. I have experience with a host of different species, and am always willing to discuss specifics. I want what is best for you and your pets, so let me know how I can set them up for success. My schedule changes, but I have general availability throughout the week. Your needs can be discussed and worked with to best fit both our schedules. I always want to set your pets up for success. Open communication and discussion about your pet’s needs is my utmost priority. I want them to be comfortable in my presence, and that starts at the door. Allow me to work with you on how best to care for your animals while they are in my care. Your animals will always be safe in my care, and never placed in an environment that would endanger them.

About: I have been pet sitting for 10+ years and grew up on a farm which has given me a great skill set for caring for and training many different animals including cats and dogs of all ages, horses, and even llamas! I am currently a veterinary student in SoCal, so I have a wide variety of experience with different animals. I am a second year veterinary student. I always make sure my pet friends felt welcome and at home in my house. I work a hybrid schedule, Monday-Wednesday in office and Thursday and Friday at home. We’d love to accommodate to drop offs/pick ups, but for those in office days we’d only be able to accept guest dogs after 5:30 pm. Alongside my husband and daughter, we enjoy including your pup into our little family and providing lots of warm love. ~~~Meet & Greets~~~ Although I do not require meet and greets, it is important that your pup is fully comfortable with other people and dogs. I do have a young child that so it is important to know if your dog is okay around children. Since she was a puppy, our dog Marlow has been around many dogs, big and small, and has loved welcoming them into our home as well. She gets so excited having a buddy each time! Although I cannot offer tours of the home, we could always meet in the front yard. If an abnormal time schedule is needed, I'm happy to chat and discuss any adjustments that are needed if I have the capability that week. Your pets are always top priority! During their very first stay, I like to make sure that your peace of mind is met and will send you multiple pictures and updates. We have a fenced yard. About: I am a veterinary nurse with 4 years or small animal experience that ranges from emergency medicine, medication dosing/ administration, subcutaneous/IV/intramuscular injections, fear free practice/restraint, puppy care and end of life care for senior pets. I work full time at a general practice animal hospital so my days are full of the happy moments like meeting a dear clients new puppy or sending home a successful surgery patient but there are also days where we are there to hold a little one whose family couldn’t be there to let go. My work is not routine, it’s a lifestyle. Being able to share compassion, hope and knowledge is what allows me to be able to continue the work that I do everyday. I am a full time vet nurse and I sadly do not have any pets of my own. Im just a young girl that’s career oriented and determined to meet goals so that I can ensure my future pet gets the life it deserves. Until then I’m very happy to love and care for every pet I can.

About: Hi! My name is Valentina, I’ve been walking dogs for three years now in New York City with another app. I recently moved to California for Veterinary School and it will be my first time working with Rover! I’ve volunteered at dog shelters where I was in charge of walking and feeding them and also administered medications when needed. In New York I had the opportunity to walk over 150 dogs as a part time job while I was also working as a vet assistant in a clinic where we were fear free certified so I take it very seriously to establish a fear free and trusted bond with each animal. I’m really patient with animals and always make sure that they’re having a good time during their walks because it’s not just a walk for them. It’s their opportunity to explore and have some enrichment time! I speak English, Spanish and French so I do my best to establish a clear and transparent communication with every owner about their expectations and requirements of each pet! I currently don’t have any pets here in California so I’m always thrilled to get to spend some time with other pets through these job! I hope I can be a good fit for your furry friend! I’m currently in veterinary school so my availability is mostly during the weekends or afternoons after 5pm. But during the summer I’m open to any other day! I always make sure to communicate as much as possible with the owners. I like to provide a clear picture of how the walk/ sitting is going and to make sure they can feel as close as possible to their pets while they are not with them. I like to let owners know when we are about to leave and then during a pause send them a picture during the walk but I would usually put my phone away until we go back just to be fully present during the walk. I always make sure they have clean water before I leave and to leave them with a treat or toy while I’m leaving just for positive reinforcement!

About: Hey there! I’m Celeste. Ever since I could remember, I’ve been surrounded by animals. Ranging from cats and dogs to farm animals. Personally, having 2 cats and a GSD of my own. I’m not short on experience with animals large and small and administering medication. It’s a stressful experience to leave our pets at home, and just as confusing for them. I wish to treat them with the same love and attention they get at home while they eagerly await your return. I’m currently an Animal Science student, soon to be graduate. I’m looking for a part-time, but in the meantime, I have a wide-availability up until late August. Available everyday unless stated otherwise. When you book with me, your pet will enjoy neighborhood walks, plenty of cuddle time on the couch, as well as any and all needs taken care of. I have a flexible schedule for the summer, which means your pet will rarely be left alone for long periods on the weekends.

About: I've taken care of my friends cats and small dogs when I lived in Spain and took care of my own pets for the last 7 years. For the last 5 months, I've been volunteering at an animal shelter and fostering mama cats and their babies. I work from home and can visit people's houses or take in small animals.
