About: I have experience with dogs from the puppy stage to older dogs, can deal with different dog personalities and will take time getting to know the dogs every dog is different and I want to be able to provide excellent care to each one of your fur babies. First and foremost, I want to emphasize that our doggie friends would need to be house trained, crate trained, and non-destructive. To make sure everyone including your and my fur babies are comfortable, I would prefer dogs that can be comfortable in the same environment as my cat. Excessive barking, furniture chewing, or other unexpected surprises are like 2020, let’s leave that behind. Now, why should you trust your beloved pets in my care? Well, besides growing up in a household that was practically a Noah's Ark (complete with kittens and puppies), I've volunteered with ASPCA and Queen’s Best Stumpy Dog Rescue. I know a few things about pet care, but I am not an expert. Living with housemates who had their own mini zoo of dogs and cats taught me the art of interspecies diplomacy. I've successfully negotiated treaties over squeaky toys and mediated disputes about sunny spots on the couch. So, if you're jetting off on a well-deserved vacation or just need a helping paw when life gets a bit too ruff, I'm here to provide a loving and secure environment for your pets. Let's work together for an ameowzing barkcation! 🏡🐶🐱 I work from home so I have a lot of free time aside from a few hours everyday that I’m busy with meeting. This means that I can give your furry babies the attention they want and deserve almost all day. This also means I’m almost always available to provide updates or be reachable when you need me. Please note that even though I'm available all day, I would discuss a schedule that works best for you and your baby. Frequencies of updates, play time, and potty breaks will be discussed prior to me accepting the booking. I follow instructions if you have detailed needs for your pet. I’m a methodical person open to technology when it comes to caring. I have a detailed itinerary that I can share with you that includes a list of questions that I will ask and note down any behaviors/schedules I need to follow. I will also, at minimum, provide an update in the morning and evening that includes detail such as how they're doing.

About: I can take care of all breeds and sizes. I’m in the very beginning of my RVT (Registered Veterinary Technician) program and am looking to get more experience then the average bear with dogs and cats. :) I am a college student with plenty of time on my hands so caring for your pets fits perfectly into my schedule along with studying lol :) I use a calm and gentle approach when caring for animals in my home; however, I do sound assertive with commands just so my buddy knows the rules and therefore also knows what treats come after following them.

“The main question would be, would I trust Veronica with a dog or pet of mine. This would emphatically be a yes, there is no doubt that I would trust not only any of my children but any of my pets to her. Over the past five years of our acquaintance, I have seen her provide post care for one dog that had had both eyes removed surgically. During the loss of the second eye, Veronica had to retrain the animal to both locate its food and water as well as navigate throughout the owner’s home. Another incident was that of a neighbor’s dachshund, who had been attacked by coyotes and left to die by the owners. Being a caring and loving animal lover, she asked the neighbor if she could take care of the dog and received a positive response. In fact, she was given the dog after financing approximately $3000 in medical care for the animal that was not technically hers. This was followed up by Veronica providing the necessary medical care to insure a successful outcome of the animal she named, Chaparro. The last incident that caused me to know that she can handle various situation was when another animal, a Pomeranian, named Negrito suffered a broken scapula that she has brought back to health. Besides the previous incidents, I was intrigued by her ability to train animals the way she has, a couple of dogs had darted out of a family member’s house and she was able to return them by blowing a whistle which caused the dogs to immediately halt and return. From these examples, I would say that Veronica is willing to go that extra mile in order to insure the safety as well as the care of any animal in her charge.”

“Jasmine is great with animals. She is the only person who I know who can up to any random animal and is able to play with it like if she knew the animal it's whole life. She knows a lot about animals and treats any animal like if they were their own pet. Jasmine specially loves dogs and every time she see a dog she treats it with it so much love.”
