“The main question would be, would I trust Veronica with a dog or pet of mine. This would emphatically be a yes, there is no doubt that I would trust not only any of my children but any of my pets to her. Over the past five years of our acquaintance, I have seen her provide post care for one dog that had had both eyes removed surgically. During the loss of the second eye, Veronica had to retrain the animal to both locate its food and water as well as navigate throughout the owner’s home. Another incident was that of a neighbor’s dachshund, who had been attacked by coyotes and left to die by the owners. Being a caring and loving animal lover, she asked the neighbor if she could take care of the dog and received a positive response. In fact, she was given the dog after financing approximately $3000 in medical care for the animal that was not technically hers. This was followed up by Veronica providing the necessary medical care to insure a successful outcome of the animal she named, Chaparro. The last incident that caused me to know that she can handle various situation was when another animal, a Pomeranian, named Negrito suffered a broken scapula that she has brought back to health. Besides the previous incidents, I was intrigued by her ability to train animals the way she has, a couple of dogs had darted out of a family member’s house and she was able to return them by blowing a whistle which caused the dogs to immediately halt and return. From these examples, I would say that Veronica is willing to go that extra mile in order to insure the safety as well as the care of any animal in her charge.”

She is a genuine person who is passionate and caring for all animals especially for dogs. She has a lovely Shih Tzu, Mei Mei, whom have been with Pearl for as long as I have known her. Pearl would always make it her priority to make sure Mei Mei is well taken care of regardless of how busy school and work are. Zeus loves going to Joanna’s where he has a beautiful Big yard to run around and play with her two dogs who are sweet and very well trained. Zeus also loves that there is a pool that he can go in and cool off. Joanna’s Two girls also there to give zeus extra love and attention. Joanna will also take Zeus for walks. Joanna has also come to my house on several occasions to feed and take care of my two cats. I highly would recommend Joanna to take care of your fur babies. You will not be disappointed.”

About: I have a dog rootbeer that’s about to be a year old I’ve trained him very well and the cats are also very well behaved and loving and recive a lot of love Im currently not working I am always free to watch animals I really do love being around new pets and meeting some new fur baby’s If there’s rules in place for the animals I am taking care of I will always follow those rules and be respectful of the home and the owner

About: I recently retired and I am looking for a way to spend my time doing something I love, which will also benefit others. I have been around animals for my entire life and I know how important they are to a family. I currently have a cat who is leash-trained and he is always excited to go on his walks every day. Even when I was tired after a long day at work, I never let him down and made sure to take him for his walk. I would like to provide the same level of exercise and enjoyment to pets whose owners are unable to do so due to work or other commitments. I have previously taken care of my sister's dogs while she was out of town and loved taking them on walks, to the beach and dog park. I have also volunteered at a cat shelter where I helped to socialize cats for adoption. Through this experience, I have seen firsthand the positive impact of spending time with animals, calming them down, and building trust. With being recently retired, I am looking for something that will benefit others and provide a service. It will also keep me healthy and active. My cat is leash trained, so I take him out everyday. We have a small front yard, so on days when it’s raining, he can still go out and enjoy the yard. I even have a certain outdoor toy he likes to play with. It stays outside all the time, so he knows it’s there whenever he wants to bat it around.
