“This was a Barbara’s first time taking care of my senior dogs. We kept to the drop off in schedule, followed the care instructions, kept me updated with daily visit reports and pictures. Most importantly, my dogs were good when I arrived back from my trip. I will hire Barbara again.”

“Abigail was amazing with our pet cat. She went out of her way to play with him and bring him different items for entertainment. We appreciate her attention to detail from how he likes to be fed as well as just keeping him company for an hour so he wouldn’t feel lonely. She shared cute pictures and videos and communicated well while we were away. She was respectful of our home and we look forward to booking her again.”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats, including feeding, walking, cleaning, and giving them lots of attention and love. I’m patient, responsible, and detail-oriented, and I always make sure your pets feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m comfortable with: • Dogs of all sizes and energy levels • Cats (including shy or senior cats) • Basic routines (feeding, walking, litter box cleaning) I’m also very flexible with scheduling and can follow any specific instructions you have. I will treat your pets like my own family ❤️ Feel free to message me anytime — I usually respond quickly! I can be there whenever you need me; I'm always here for you, my dear. I'm available every day of the week, just for those adorable little ones. I clean my cats' toys every two weeks, maintain the litter box daily, and occasionally give them a bath if necessary. I also clean the room daily and mop the floor weekly. I treat them as if they were my own beloved children.
About: We don't have any pets of our own, but have experience with taking care of cats/dogs for our friends, family, and now Rover clients! We only take one "family" at a time (up to 2 dog/cat siblings). I'm available during the week and on weekends to care for your dogs or cats. My fiancé and I both work from home, and are flexible to take breaks to walk or play with your pets! When boarding your pets, we can offer them plenty of love and attention! For dogs, we usually do at least 2 walks per day (we keep the afternoon ones short if it's too hot). We have a large fenced-in backyard and a few parks in walking distance. For cats, we love playing with them with wand toys or simple yarn, or putting some Cat TV on for them haha.
“Val took great care of my Camomille while I was away. She followed all my directions closely and was very attentive to Camomille’s needs. I came home to a happy and well-cared-for kitty. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and grew up with breeds ranging from Labradors and Pit Bulls to Bull Mastiffs and French Bulldogs, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. As a Frenchie owner myself, I understand that every pet has their own personality, routines, energy level, and unique needs — and I genuinely enjoy taking the time to learn what makes each animal feel safe, comfortable, and happy. My own French Bulldog keeps me on my toes in the best way possible, so I’m very comfortable with high-energy pets, structured routines, and dogs that need extra patience or attention. Whether your pet loves active walks and playtime or prefers a calmer, nurturing environment, I adapt my care style to what helps them feel most at ease. I’m naturally very attentive, organized, and dependable. Professionally, I work remotely in project management, which has made me extremely detail-oriented, punctual, communicative, and reliable with schedules and instructions. I know how important consistency is for pets, and I take pride in following care instructions carefully while also being intuitive to a pet’s behavior and needs. One thing I truly value is communication and trust. I know how important pets are to their families, so I make it a priority to provide thoughtful updates, photos, and reassurance throughout each visit or walk so every paw mom and dad feels connected and at ease while away. Above all, I genuinely love animals for their loyalty, unconditional love, and unique personalities. My goal is always to create a warm, safe, fun, and loving experience for every pet in my care. I am extremely flexible during the week as I work remotely from home - this makes pet care convenient to your needs of when you need additional care. I always have spoiled my pets and treated them just like humans. My own dog sleeps in my bed with me every night. I am intuitive and with my extensive experience is being raised with dogs since a toddler, I am effective in understanding pets’ behavioral cues and when they need more attention or care. I will ensure to maintain consistent and proactive communication with the pet owners to ensure that the most reliable and nurturing experience is provided for your pet.

About: Hello pawrents! I'm Betsy, and I'm here to offer your fur babies a home away from home. When it comes to hosting your four-legged friends, there are a few ground rules. First and foremost, I want to emphasize that our doggie friends would need to be house trained and non-destructive. Crate-trained is preferred, but not a must. To make sure everyone including your and my fur babies are comfortable, I would prefer dogs that can be comfortable in the same environment as my cat. Now, why should you trust your beloved pets in my care? Well, besides growing up in a household that was practically a Noah's Ark (complete with kittens and puppies), I've volunteered with ASPCA and Queen’s Best Stumpy Dog Rescue. I know a few things about pet care, but I am not an expert. Living with housemates who had their own mini zoo of dogs and cats taught me interspecies diplomacy. I've successfully negotiated treaties over squeaky toys and mediated disputes about sunny spots on the couch. So, if you're jetting off on a well-deserved vacation or just need a helping paw when life gets a bit too ruff, I'm here to provide a loving and secure environment for your pets. Let's work together for an ameowzing barkcation! 🏡🐶🐱 I work from home so I have a lot of free time aside from a few hours everyday that I’m busy with meeting. This means that I can give your furry babies the attention they want and deserve almost all day. This also means I’m almost always available to provide updates or be reachable when you need me. Please note that even though I'm available all day, I would discuss a schedule that works best for you and your baby. Frequencies of updates, play time, and potty breaks will be discussed prior to me accepting the booking. I follow instructions if you have detailed needs for your pet. I’m a methodical person open to technology when it comes to caring. I have a detailed itinerary that I can share with you that includes a list of questions that I will ask and note down any behaviors/schedules I need to follow. I will also, at minimum, provide an update in the morning and evening that includes detail such as how they're doing.
About: I’ve grown up with animals in and around the house. I currently live with 11, 2 dogs and 9 cats. All of which vary in age. I’ve bottle fed newborn kittens, administered flea medication and other oral and external medications, and I can keep animals company. I’m working part-time and I’m currently looking for another source of income even if it’s just a little side money, I don’t do much outside of work, while my schedule is inconsistent, I don’t work often, though I’m willing to negotiate scheduling. I have 11 animals in my house. Currently 2 kittens who I have bottle fed, and in the process of harness training. I have a fenced backyard for my two dogs, and a cat who loves to smell the flowers. NONE of my felines are outdoor cats, though as previously mentioned, I have one who likes to take a step outside every once in a while and one of my kittens has a borderline unhealthy attachment to me. The litter boxes are cleaned every other day, and all animals, except the kittens because of how old they are, are on a feeding schedule. The dogs do get cooked meals. Currently I only have 2 animals posted on my profile, but I do live with 11 total. I just have yet to make their profiles.

Tina checked in on our cats while we were out of town and we couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter. Highly recommended! She gave a ton of love and cuddles to our more outgoing cat and made our shy, skittish cat comfortable enough to come out of his hiding spot which is a rare occurrence. She handled gross tasks like cleaning up vomit piles and emptying the Litter Robot waste drawer like a champ.

Monica was great for our first booking. The cats warmed to her quickly, she was at the house on time, and even showed up an hour and a half early (at 5 am!) when I asked her to because my very special orange tabby managed to lock himself behind a screen door. Sent great photos, and responded quickly. I will definitely rebook her for future visits.

Anna was so fantastic I’m so lucky she was available on short notice! Super reliable and was even able to make it out during the city wide power outage and over the holidays. Felt comfortable knowing she would be there to look after my kitty while we were away!

I've had Michelle take care of my cats, fish, and now seahorses for the 4th time now! She is amazing and takes care of all my husband and I's animals so well! My cats love her and she always sends the most adorable pics of my cats that always make me and my husband smile and laugh 😁😆. Will always be using her as our pet sitter for the long term! 😻 thanks again Michelle!

As cat owners, we were hesitant to use Rover since many sitters seem to specialize with dogs. We noticed that Jaclyn had photos of both cats and dogs on her profile and we were so happy to have found her! From the moment she arrived for the meet and greet, we knew our kitties were in good hands. Even our shy girl, came out to play! We loved the daily picture updates and were impressed with Jaclyn’s ability to get both kitties in frame each time :) In addition to checking in on the kitties, she also checked our mail and offered to bring in the garbage cans after trash day. Overall, we are so so grateful for Jaclyn’s professionalism, communication, and care! 100% recommend for any feline friends!
