Jane was amazing with our chihuahua, Keilani. She sent us daily photos and videos, gave Keilani baths, and took her on walks at the park. Most importantly, she treated Keilani like she was her own. Keilani doesn’t take to many people easily, but we could tell right away that she felt loved and comfortable with Jane and her husband. She was clearly very well cared for. Keilani was also in heat during her stay, and Jane handled it with no hesitation and knew exactly how to take care of her. We highly recommend Jane and will definitely request for her again in the future!

Alice (Junyi) watched our two husky/shepherd mixes for two weeks while we traveled internationally. One of our pups had an injury scare the day before we left. Alice was accommodating, caring, and communicative, consistently sending us videos, pictures, and status updates multiple times per day to help us feel comfortable with his recovery. Both pups seemed to have a great time playing in the backyard, going on walks, and playing fetch, and overall seemed very comfortable and well cared for. We look forward to having Alice watch the pups again in the future!
Tammy is a wonderful sitter and my dog loves her! I booked a sitting very far ahead of time with many special requests, and she accommodated them all. She also communicated well before and during the sitting. She was very attentive to Teddy, and sent us many pictures and videos of him enjoying himself and even snuggling in someone's lap. Jahni is a wonderful dog sitter! She took care of our 4 year old Pitti and she was so happy with her. We received daily updates, pictures and videos. I cannot recommend Joyce and Patrick enough! I am the owner of a reactive, vocal terrier mix who usually struggles with new environments and strangers. We already began setting the stage for Ori to begin to become familiar with Joyce and Patrick prior to my big trip. However, I was nervous to leave him for a week long international trip, but Joyce and Patrick made the entire process seamless. Joyce sent frequent photo updates of Ori sunbathing in their backyard splooting on their floor and loafing on the couch, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. They truly treated him like their own. If you have a sensitive or high needs dog, Joyce and Patrick are the absolute best choice. Joyce will absolutely become my go-to whenever I need my pup to have safe place to stay!

We were away in Taiwan for over two weeks, and our 19-year-old Shiro stayed with Kitti & Timmy. During that time, she experienced constipation followed by diarrhea after taking medication. They cared for her with so much patience, attentiveness, and love—truly like family. They kept us regularly updated and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way, which gave us great peace of mind. Caring for a senior dog is not easy, but they truly went above and beyond. Wan was everything I could hope for. Experienced, kind, gentle, and reassuring. We had a death in the family and had to travel with our dog to attend the funeral. Wan greeted our dog, Lucky, with lots of love and cared for her so well, that for once, she didn't miss us when we left! It was a relief to know Lucky was happy and well cared for.
Xinyan (Moyo) was an amazing caretaker to our dog Basil. We’ve never had anyone other than family watch Basil, but her suggestion to meet at a dog park before was so thoughtful. She asked great questions, which assured us that she knows how to take care of dogs. She watched him for 6 days, made sure he got his walks, even in rain, and sent us photo and video updates. Basil was well taken care of and we highly recommend her! We will definitely continue to ask Moyo to watch Basil.
