Araceli did amazing with my two pups for a weekend stay. She provided plenty of picture updates throughout the day. She gave us a tour of her whole doggy day care house. We were beyond amazed of how big the space was and all the essentials needed that she had. Her doggy day care is cooled with A/C so we had no worries about our pups overheating in this summer heat. Wan's care for our two dogs was excellent! Kono is a senior dog on pain medication and Chewie is on medication for anxiety. I received daily photos and updates on how they were doing. Krystal is great. I was a little hesitant at first, because she only had a few reviews, but turned out that to be a much better sitter than my previous rover experience with someone with many more reviews. When I was greeted by her, she was already very enthusiastic to meet Buddy, who in return just ran towards her happily. Being a dog with needs, Buddy had specific requirements I had, and Krystal kept me up to date with everything she did which included multiple trips outside, walks, and ensuring he was getting all the food necessary. Without asking, she also provided pictures throughout the day to show my dog was doing fine. Even if it was for one day, I felt safe with Krystal handling my dog and she went above and beyond to make sure I knew how he was doing.
Sharlyn was terrific! A very positive attitude! We felt very comfortable leaving our Huskies (85 lbs & 64 lbs) with her. Her yard was spacious and gave our furries a ton of roof to roam and jet around. Sharlyn had a dedicated doggie room with a dog door offering ‘in & out privileges’. All in all, a great choice! Alice (Junyi) watched our two husky/shepherd mixes for two weeks while we traveled internationally. One of our pups had an injury scare the day before we left. Alice was accommodating, caring, and communicative, consistently sending us videos, pictures, and status updates multiple times per day to help us feel comfortable with his recovery. Both pups seemed to have a great time playing in the backyard, going on walks, and playing fetch, and overall seemed very comfortable and well cared for.
