I keep feeding schedules consistent with what they’re used to, provide supervised playtime, outdoor patio breaks, and lots of affection. He was able to enjoy her entire family and pets and had free run of the house. In other words, just like home which is what we were hoping for. Pricing was more than fair, and availability was extremely flexible. Wanting to spend as much time as possible with our dog, we dropped him off late and picked him up early and it was always no problem for Brenda. Sharlyn was terrific! A very positive attitude! We felt very comfortable leaving our Huskies (85 lbs & 64 lbs) with her. Alice (Junyi) watched our two husky/shepherd mixes for two weeks while we traveled internationally. One of our pups had an injury scare the day before we left. Alice was accommodating, caring, and communicative, consistently sending us videos, pictures, and status updates multiple times per day to help us feel comfortable with his recovery. Both pups seemed to have a great time playing in the backyard, going on walks, and playing fetch, and overall seemed very comfortable and well cared for. I cannot recommend Joyce and Patrick enough! I am the owner of a reactive, vocal terrier mix who usually struggles with new environments and strangers. We already began setting the stage for Ori to begin to become familiar with Joyce and Patrick prior to my big trip. However, I was nervous to leave him for a week long international trip, but Joyce and Patrick made the entire process seamless. Joyce sent frequent photo updates of Ori sunbathing in their backyard splooting on their floor and loafing on the couch, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. They truly treated him like their own. If you have a sensitive or high needs dog, Joyce and Patrick are the absolute best choice. Joyce will absolutely become my go-to whenever I need my pup to have safe place to stay!

Wan was everything I could hope for. Experienced, kind, gentle, and reassuring. We had a death in the family and had to travel with our dog to attend the funeral. Xinyan (Moyo) was an amazing caretaker to our dog Basil. We’ve never had anyone other than family watch Basil, but her suggestion to meet at a dog park before was so thoughtful.
